Great boat trip although couldn’t understand guide. Guide in town was great, knowledgeable and clear. Dinner was very basic and disappointing. Had to walk to pickup point although the coach went past our hotel!

Extremely long bus trip almost 2 hours. Driver was unaware of which trips he was picking up. On arrival in town total disorganisation ensued. Guide was pretty unintelligible and everything was done in a rush. We were marched along the seafront with no thought for stragglers. Boat trip was good but commentary very distorted with static. Guide we had for walking tour was much improved although still difficulty with interference. Meal was OK but could of been better.

The guide has such a strong accent she could have been speaking Greek. It was very difficult to understand her so learnt very little about Corfu. Headphones didn’t work properly on the boat anyway. Too much static. Bay Cruise very relaxing. Corfu town beautiful. Taverna very nice. Food ok. We were told by Tui rep that the Corfu town tour would be first followed by boat trip then dinner. The guide did boat tour first. Many disappointed as they were hoping to catch sunset as stated by TUI rep.

We enjoyed the walking tour and the guide was lovely and informative. The boat trip and meal were also nice. The things that could really be improved on was the organisation and comminication as it seemed a bit chaotic and we did not know what was happening. Boat Trip? Serving wine out of large washed out plastic oil containers??? and a get them on, get the job done, get them off feel about it. Not advised meal was a set menu, starter was a sharing plate, 2 plates of grapes for 6 as dessert?

Transfer, boat trip ,and guided tour were fine. These so called Greek dinner was abysmal. I would not have fed that to my dog. The chicken dinner was anything but Greek served by staff who couldn’t give a toss. Both the salad starter and chicken had been sitting out for hours before being served too us. TUI pride themselves in quality ,you need to send one of your team to sample that dinner and tell me that’s TUI standard. £126 for two people ???? Very disappointing TUI

It seemed very disorganised and the group felt too large . The boat trip was enjoyable but the wine offered was disgusting. The guide rushed on ahead when we came off the boat and we struggled to catch up with the group and we weren’t the last of the group to get off. The walk was interesting and we enjoyed the taverna meal

Cotfu was amazing so was the boat trip But the meal was a real disappointment..I was waiting for our pudding to arrive then realized a small plate of grapes between 4 of us was the pudding really disgraceful I was also gutted to learn that I could of had the same trip with local tours for half the price tui selling for... You may want to think on that tui as I will now be price checking before I book tours with you again Bus driver lovely so was the tour rep's who met us in Corfu Sorry ??

We did not go on the trip, we was not picked up from the hotel, we waited 1hr the reception staff tried to contact TUI rep and was unable to contact her. The next day we spoke to the TUI rep (not the one who we booked) German explained what happened, she was going to look into it. On the ticket it said wait at main reception of the hotel. Then we was told on the ticket is should read wait outside of the hotel.no one came in into the hotel, to look for us and we would have seen the coach.

The trip was not advertised as having "free time" afterwards. As a lady on my own I was not confident about being left in Corfu town for an hour and a half, after dark, expected to find my own way back to the bus. I hoped the walking tour as a group would be longer and would show us more of the sites. The boat trip was pleasant and the tavern meal was very good.

Die Tour mit dem Boot war toll und hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Die Führung durch die Stadt war in Ordnung. Das Essen in der Taverne war abgesehen von der Vorspeise die sehr gut war nicht gut. Das Huhn im Saft war geschmacklos und hatte wenig mit griechischem Essen zu tun. Leider blieb auch zu wenig Zeit in der Stadt einzukaufen.

Tour of old corfu town was informative and interesting, Helen the guide was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our bay cruise was cancelled as sea was too rough but we were not informed until arriving in corfu town. Meal in taverna was very nice in lovely setting, only comment i would make is that a plate of water melon is not really what I would call dessert.

Corfu Town tour was less than 1km walking, I didn’t find it that interesting.Then taken to the taverna where we were left to find our own way back to the pickup point for the bay cruise.The food at the taverna was simple but really tasty,Greek salad & tzatziki, chicken & rice, but I think something more traditional for dessert than a wedge of watermelon!New guide for the Bay cruise was excellent. I don’t rec. the wine handed out.They take your picture and you can buy magnet/keyring later

The tour guide was good and very knowledgeable. However her fast talking coupled with the slightly dodgy audio sets led to a loss of information and understanding at certain times during the guided tour. A problem for a lot of the group. The food at the taverna was tasty but very basic. We shared one Greek salad, tzatziki and bread between 3 as a 'starter', the main was just chicken and rice and our 'dessert' was watermelon. No proper dessert. More free time in Corfu town would've been good.

The dinner was abit cheap , old wrinkled tomatoes in the salad and the tzatziki inedible. The transfer was excellent and on time ,the guide was knowledgeable and kept us all together but far to much time taken up sitting in the church and when the ear whispers wouldn’t work properly this nearly sent me to sleep in the pew . Boat trip was nice and just the right length in time

Walking tour very short and lacked a great deal of details beyond explaining about the Greek church. Meal was not good value at all. Salad, chicken with rice and watermelon. You have to pay for drinks. Cruise cancelled due to bad weather as soon as we arrived into the town. Wouldn’t recommend.

The tour guide was very informative. The cruise was cancelled due to the weather but this allowed us to spend more time sightseeing and shopping in the old town. Food was good. Only criticism was the late notice about the cancellation and the first text said trip cancelled and then was followed by a second text stating only the cruise was cancelled. The rep was on site and she confirmed that the coach would wait as we thought we had missed it due to the late notice. Overall a very good day

The zero"s are for the lack of communication from Tui and the transport and the canceling of only part of the excursion, and the quality of the bus used faulty chairs tissue paper blocking the air-conditioning and air-conditioning units hanging loose or taped up very badly the talking guide and food were very good but it was the lack of clear information from tui that spoilt the excursion.

The experience was fantastic! We enjoyed it a lot. Very good trip if you do not have much time. Informative, quick introduction to Corfu town, some free time for exploring side streets and shopping. Wonderful sunset cruise! Dinner was ok, some choice in term of menu would be appreciated.

This was a lovely experience with a very informative guide who was friendly and approachable. The service and the food provided at the taverna was great. To round it off was the lovely cruise with lots of information again from our guide. To see the sunset when we were on the cruise was spectacular. Our coach driver was really good and on time. A great example. Loved Corfu town such a beautiful place to visit. Great value for money.

We liked that our pick up at the hotel was only for 6 people and that we were taken directly to Corfu from our hotel without any stops asking the way. On the whole everything went fairly smoothly. What we didn't like were the directions back to the meeting point after the meal....remember the people you are giving directions to are most likely not familiar with the area and no amount of pointing in the distance with directions is suddenly going to make it clear where to go.

The trip was a good experience, the guide gave us lots of information, however only walked maybe 3/4 streets through the old town. The dinner provided was OK, the salad was lovely but for the main, chicken and rice and watermelon for pudding. My husbands headset died through the trip and all though they tried to fix / change it was unable to get it working so spent half the tour without it. The boat trip was brilliant, 80 min trip, sunset and for 10 euros got a pictured magnet and keyring.

The tour time was altered again as our previous trip this one was over an hour later which left less time in Corfu. There were difficulties with the audio equipment for both the Corfu town trip and the evening cruise. The cruise was enjoyable. It's disappointing you aren't picked up at the hotel and have to walk on a busy road for pickup. We booked a tour with a local company, they were much cheaper and picked up much closer to our hotel.

they changed the pick up time to an hour and a half later arrived at Corfu town 20 minutes wasted sorting ear pieces out for your meal at tavern was a disappointment went back to meet guide another 20 minutes wasted again sorting ear pieces out so 20 minutes late for boat the sunset was beautiful but the wine was awful

Ear audio device seem to have a malfunction and the tour guide spent too much time trying to sort this out. Audio devices not really compatible with people that wear hearing aids. Bluetooth would have been better for those that have hearing aids. On the boat one of our party seem to be contect to the German tour guide. Our guide couldn't sort it. Meal was ok but disappointed the pudding wasn't a traditional Greek pudding.

The tour of the Town was very interesting albeit a little short. More time should have been allocated. The meal was average, and not exactly traditional Greek as we were expecting. The boat trip was the best part of the excursion. A lot of time, nearly 20 minuted was spent trying to get the headphones to work, and in the end one group went off without them out of frustration. We were left hanging around in temperatures of over 35* for 30 minutes because of late pick up

The guide was very informative as we were taken round Corfu Town. The boat trip was enjoyable and not too crowded. It might be useful to make it clear that there is not enough time to go in to some of the places we saw. A second visit would be needed, perhaps independently

2uur in de bus heen zonder gids dus nul uitleg over de geschiedenisvan het eiland , aangekomen wachten op andere bussen ,wandeling oude stad en op elke hoek de uitleg gekregen die we beter inde bus hadden gekregen dan direct lunch ( redelijk van kwaliteit ) daarna maar 3 kwartier vrij tijd . Vlug wat foto’s nemen en naar verzamelpunt ; Dan de boottocht die wel top was. Dan weer 2 uur terug .met de bus , te weinig voor wat we moesten betalen .

We loved it all, enjoyed the old town, the cruise was lovely, atmospheric, and the meal it's location, most enjoyable. The guide was informative, however, the ear pieces we were given were problematic, we struggled for ages to fix them to our ears, then we could not hear the guide clearly, it was frustrating.

We thoroughly enjoyed the tour from start to finish. Nic our tour guide in the old town was excellent. The meal at the taverna was very good with Tzatziki, Greek salad to start then chicken breast in a tasty sauce with rice, a pudding. Bottle of water. Then an hours free time before the cruise again was very good remember to take a hoodie as got chilly, that lasted just over an hour then short walk to our coach to head home. It made us want to return to the town to explore more. Well worth it.

Busfahrt war zu lang, da der Busfahrer einige Gäste direkt vom Hotel abholen musste. Dafür musste er die engen Straßen fahren, obwohl die Gäste auch zur Hauptstraße gekonnt hätten. Wir fanden, es hat unnötig viel Zeit gekostet. Die Unzufriedenheit im Bus war deutlich. Dennoch ein toller Ausflug.

No boat safety talk. Could not hear guide near back of the group as she was too far away,even though ear pieces were fine nearer her. She was by boat and we wernt! The boat tour was interesting and worth doing as was the short tour afterwards but dinner is worth missing. Two olives to share in greek salad burt worse was the chicken, overcooked and dry, rice was lovely. Think it's the worst creme caramel I've had, consistency all wrong. Would prefer the tour parts and find our own dinner in town.

Pick up vehicle great, driver very competent which was proven on the trip home in darkness on hazardous mountain roads. Off the bus it was extremely frantic chaotic not organised. Ear pierces were not effective far too many people in the group and especially on the boat trip many standing. Quashed in seats unable to look at views. Guided tour around was okay accept group again too large at one point competing with another guided tour and shoppers. Meal was a pleasant surprise would not go again.

Boottocht leuk. Minder prettig en niet leuk de hele grote groep 77 personen. Rondleiding Engelse gids was erg met zichzelf ingenomen met saaie voorspelbare grapjes en diner in Taverne was nauwelijks Grieks te noemen en ook heel matig.

Die Reiseleiterin Sophia war einsame Spitze. Wir haben viel vom Leben und der Geschichte Corfus erfahren. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und auch gut organisiert. Die Bootsfahrt bei Sonnenuntergang bleibt unvergesslich.

I enjoyed seeing more of Corfu than just the hotel and surroundings. Corfu town was very interesting architecturally. The evening meal was excellent and very efficiently served. The evening boat trip was lovely and I enjoyed seeing the coastline from the water. The earphones arrangement was not too good. They kept dropping off my ear, and there was a lot of messing around getting them to work and when the guide was too far ahead we lost the signal.

We both really enjoyed the experience, and as it was our first holiday in Corfu wanted to find out more about the history, The walking tour of the old town was interesting but we did think we were getting too much information we felt we stopped listening in the end, loved the Taverna meal and the cruise again far too much information which seemed to just drone on so in the end you stop listening, we did enjoy our tour but less information is easier to remember.

Die Bootstour war leider ausgefallen. Die Busfahrt vom Hotel und zurück dauerte jeweils zwei Stunden, weil er diverse Hotels anfuhr. Die Besichtigung der Altstadt mit Guide Sophia war sehr gut, dauerte aber nur eine Stunde. Anschließend statt der Bootsfahrt noch Freizeit. An- und Abfahrt stehen in keinem Verhältnis, wenn man wie wir ganz aus dem Norden kommt.

The boat trip was cancelled - which we were advised about in advance - so overall this does not merit a 10. The walking guide (Helen) was good and very personable. The meal was bland, typical mass tourist offering and not really reflective of the good food you can get in Corfu. Bus driver also good. Timings also good - people and bus were all on time.

Drinks on the boat were poor quality. Headsets were a good idea but weren't always clear to hear what the guide was saying. Evening meal was excellent. The coach driver was also excellent.

Am besten war die Bootstour. Sehr schön am frühen Abend. Allerdings ist es schon anstrengend, ständig mit dem Kopfhörer zuzuhören. Die Abholung vom Hotel hat nicht geklappt, erst nach einem Telefonat mit Deutschland kam ein zweiter Bus nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit. Das Essen in der Taverne haben wir uns typisch griechisch vorgestellt, nur der Salat war lecker.

Good to hear the history of corfu town, enjoyable boat trip and excellent guide. The taverna food was also excellent. The bus driver did an amazing job. The arrival was a bit chaotic but I’m not sure how you could improve that.

The trip was enjoyable, the only down side was the transport which was nearly an hour late picking us up. This was acknowledged by Tui who compensated us with a £10 refund. We were late arriving for the boat trip and this obviously had a knock on effect on the other passengers who were waiting.

The tour it’s self was very good in concept The equipment let them down as you often can not hear what is being said The guides should be clearer on their instructions and on occasion came across as rude The restaurant struggled to accommodate the party size …. Food was ok but traditional would have been better

Dinner was very basic and not a traditional Greek main course, very dry chicken and bland rice. Desert was a poor copy of a pan Scott’s with a tasteless rubbery consistency. This was by far the worst food experience I have ever had in 39 years of visits to Corfu. I was offered a token refund by your Rep’ but refused it because I was not reported for that purpose, it was reported so you could do something positive for future tourists. Please address this problem.

When we booked the trip, we asked how much walking was involved as it was hot. Told 500m. We walked double that just to the boat! We were told pickup time was 17:35 - it was 16:35. Told tour was with other rep Milena - it wasn't. After booking were told that pick up was from main road (down long drive) rather than from hotel. Pick up was on time. Arrived in town at 16:40 then hung around till 17:15 to start. Guide was ok. Audio was intermittent. Meal was nice and had time to potter round town.

Auf Grund einer Verspätung der Ankunft unseres Reisebusses war au zeitlichen Gründen diese Tour mit Hektik und Zeit Kürzung beim Altstadtrundgang nicht ganz so entspannt wie ich mir das vorgestellt habe. Aber da konnte der Guide ja nichts dafür und er versuchte den Rundgang durch die Altstadt in kompensierter Form durchzuziehen. Im Allgemeinen hat mir die Tour dennoch gefallen und die Fahrt über die nördliche Küstenstrasse war für mich sehr beeindruckend welche Künstler die Busfahrer auf Korfu s

Enjoyed this tour very much. The boat was excellent with lots of information. I thought after the boat ride we were all weary and ready for refreshments and our meal. The tour of Corfu town was in my opinion not needed to stop as much. As I say it was time for our meal. The tour guide could have still continued but not as many stops on the main street. Our meal was fabulous. 3 courses. As a vegetarian there was no problem. I was offered 2 choices. Great

Die lange Fahrt bis man endlich am Zielort war. Bis der ganze Bus voll war und jeder und jede bei ihrem Hotel abgeklappert wurde, verging mit Verspätung nach 3 Stunden die Tour.

De rondleiding in de stad was kort maar krachtig.De boottocht was geweldig,de omgeving adembenemend mooi..Corfu is een eiland met van alles zowel Cultuur als Natuur.Afwisselend bergen,met veel groen,bomen en struiken,omringd door water,Ionische zee,meren en baaien. Een prima gids:zij wist heel veel,kon boeiend vertellen,een korte Geschiedenisles.Zij sprak ook keurig Engels.Het diner was een minpuntje.Eenvoudig,sober en smakeloos eten.Ik was de Top-maaltijden van 't Debono hotel gewend.

Die Reiseleiterin war sehr sympathisch und ortskundig. Sie hat uns viele interessante Informationen gegeben und ist auf Fragen eingegangen. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Angabe des expliziten Rücktransfers um 21.30 Uhr wäre ganz hilfreich.
