Sailing in the Caribbean sun is always going to be fun – but when it includes snorkelling in a Montego Bay marine park and a visit to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, then you've got perfection. This afternoon catamaran cruise delivers on everything a holiday boat trip should be, with equal measures of relaxation and reinvigoration.
Board the catamaran and we'll cruise out into the open sea. We'll drop anchor in the ideal spot for some reef snorkelling, while back on board there's an open bar with unlimited drinks.
We'll then sail towards the famous Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, where some wet and wild fun awaits. Cool off by diving in from the inflatable water platforms or hit the speedy slide that plunges you straight into the sea. Or, if you prefer, just sit back and sip an ice-cold cocktail or two. And to keep the good times going, on the return journey we'll sail to the sounds of lively Jamaican Soca and Reggae music, as you learn the latest dance moves with the crew.

Probably the worst Catamaran trip i have had the misfortune to be on , we were advised coach 20-25 mins in real life nearly 40-45 mins , only one 30 min snorkelling stop & then 45 minutes at Margartaville shopping & food ??? Why would never recommend this trip to anyone complete rip off .

Was sold as a snorkel excursion but it was essentially a very lively party boat that was packed full of people that were very drunk and we only stopped off at one place for snorkelling for around 30 mins. This was not what we were expecting and felt very uncomfortable at times where people on the boat were being overly sexual next to us.

Thoroughly enjoyed the snorkel cruise, the crew where very friendly and helpfull ...we didn't feel rushed and spend a good amount of time snorkling over the coral reef with plenty of fish to see, etc. (unlike 4 years ago)....value for money and will definitely do this one again. It was a young person's trip the dancing by them was in my opinion was x rated having the young ones SHAKING their ********** in your face! the best part about the trip was when we got back to the Hotel

Please bear in mind that the two of us are over 50. This was sold to us as you advertise, a sail and snorkel cruise. But it was in fact what people call a party boat, and there was no sail! For us, the "music" was mostly loud and unappealling. We didn't both to visit Margaraitaville - as we have done on other cruises. When 50 people show up at once there is very little time to order and the food is overpriced. Your crew were fabulous and we enjoyed much of our time on the water.

The trip was good value for money. You need to advise that you don’t have all drinks ie gin, tonic etc. The snacks comprised of 1 small beef patty and a bag of crisps. Wouldn’t say that was snacks for the trip! The staff, especially winston, were very attentive and were very good with dishing out drinks. I would say the at getting off the boat was dangerous as the boat was running and moving whilst people were getting on and off. Very unsafe.

The cruise was good more time snorkleing would be better. I know it was an adults only cruise but I think lines should be drawn, we were on a cruise with some young ladies who were dressed in thong bikini’s and decided that they were going to spend the whole cruise twerking and didn’t leave anything to the imagination everything was on show at times, and made some older males on the cruise feel very uncomfortable. The staff were very good though and made sure you enjoyed yourself.

We loved this trip so much,we did the afternoon cruise in montego bay and our crew including the photographers were fantastic and really made our trip.We had one down with sea sickness and one who is scared of open water but both were taken care of and were in the water and dancing on the return.Staff were attentive and focused on us having the best time.Not your usual booze cruise.So much more ,we would give it 20 if we could..Totally worth the money.Thankyou to ourTui rep at the Catalonia.

Crew very friendly and entertaining. But we sailed into a storm ( even the crew had on their oilskins) terrible weather thunder and lightning with torrential downpours everything was soaked so no dry clothes to put on afterwards. Did not feel that the excursion should have gone ahead for safety reasons. It was very frightening.

We enjoyed the experience and we saw lots of fishes. The crew went above and beyond getting everyone ready and keeping the activity safe. We had a couple of people that don’t know how to swim and they gave them a dedicated life guard so they could safely enjoy being in the water. Someone’s hat few off while driving back and they stopped and got the hat. The crew was amazing and friendly. We highly recommend this activity.

Very expensive, we were picked up at 2 and told a 20 minute drive but actually it was nearly an hour, we didn’t board until 3pm, we were told food and drink included, there were patties and crisps and the drinks were of a poor quality, the snorkelling was good but then we were just taken to a bar to buy food and drink, a very expensive trip for what you got

We had fun however the trip wasn’t as advertised. We booked a relaxing catamaran cruise and what we got was a straight up party boat with loud music and people getting very drunk. Totally fine if that’s what you’re wanting however we weren’t planning on the sort of experience.

Der Preis für das gebotene echt sehr groß ist. In der Beschreibung stehen 2 Schnorchel bzw. Schwimmstops, leider war es nur einer. Dann stand ein Besuch in Rick‘s Café in der Beschreibung welcher nicht gemacht wurde . Lediglich der Besuch im Margarittaville, wo einem total überteuerte Drinks angedreht wurden, wurde gemacht. Zu dem Schnorcheln muss man erwähnen, man darf nur mit Rettungsweste ins Wasser, so ist tauchen unmöglich.

The staff on board the boat were very friendly and helped with any questions we had. They made you feel very safe and kept you entertained even if you didn’t want to get off the boat and snorkel, they fed the fish so you could still see them. The stop at Margaritaville was very good, We felt safe going as part of a group and could see how it could be daunting if you was to go solo. The route allowed us to see a lot of Jamaica rather than following the same route out and back. Very good :)

We had a fantastic trip, the guides were excellent giving confidence to those less confident swimmers by sticking with them. They showed us star fish and an urchin up close… amazing! Also visited the Hip Strip which was awesome! Great atmosphere on the boat too. Highly recommended

This whole trip was amazing, from the bus driver to the stop off at Margaritaville, everything was just a vibe. Definitely recommend doing it. We were able to snorkle, swim, dance, drink and watch the sunset on board.

Really nice snorkelling location, lots of colourful fish and reef. Snorkelling equipment provided. Our issue was that it was cancelled on the day we booked, which we didn’t find out until waiting half an hour for the bus. Managed to book for the next day, waited half an hour, no one arrived, finally after 50 minutes waiting the bus arrived. The boat is about an hours drive from the hotel. Boat was nice and clean and all drinks and snacks included. Watching the sunset on the way home was lovely and romantic. Margaritaville was nice but we didn’t have much time there. Make sure you pack sun cream and a towel to dry off.

We had a really fun time but the snorkeling was a let down. There really was nothing to see where we stopped - it seemed to be chosen to cater for the predominantly US customers who couldn't swim and were given life jackets to stay afloat. Weren't allowed to stray very far from the boat - felt like a kids paddle than serious snorkeling. Thankfully the trip to Margaritaville and the music/dancing on the way back more than made up for it.

The overall experience was good. The staff was great. Not a massive fan of get hassled for photos when trying to relax on a paid break. Would of loved to had more time being able to snorkel. Potentially in more places. Got taken to a bar called margaritaville that was expensive and you wasn’t left alone to enjoy the sunset. I’d do the trip again next time if there was more chance of snorkelling and less chances of getting hassled
