Felt has to rush back for the boat and queuing for passport control. Didn’t really know where I was or anything when there which caused abit of worry about missing boat. Don’t think some of the seatbelts were working properly on transfer bus and had kids with me . Safety issue. Was told at booking that we had unlimited time. But was still nice going and having opportunity to visit Rhodes

The trip was good but a long day which we didn’t mind, Queues at passport was time consuming and took away our time in Rhodes. If we were to do it again we would look to do hop on and off bus to go round the town first and then get the shopping in the old town later, no guide really to let is know about that. Shopping behind the wall at the harbour was amazing and we didn’t get lost. ??

Es hat uns gefallen die unkomplizierte Buchung bis hin zur Abholung verlief alles reibungslos. Selbst die Passkontrolle bei der Aus-Einreise ging sehr schnell. Negativ Aspekt Es war überlaufen sehr viele Touristen.

Trip advertised as 8 hours, we only got 5 hours in Rhodes. The ferry took 2 1/2 hours to get there, arriving at 11… we had to be back on the ferry to depart at 4:30 and it was a 2 hour journey back.

You get dumped at a port with no English speaking people to find your way to the boat ticket office no information provided on what to do or where to go. I asked the driver he smiled walked off did not speak English. The trip across we was told 90 minutes took 3 hours. Same on the way back.

This is not a Tui excursion, it's transport - and if you're lucky, Tui will actually honour their end of the bargain. We were up early, waiting for the hotel transfer to the boat and after 40 minutes of no bus the hotel organised a taxi for us. It was a hair-raising ride but we made it to the port with minutes to spare. Not the best start to a relaxing day. The boat is fine, but don't be fooled into thinking it's a luxury cruise. It's a busy passenger boat. Rhodes is fantastic though.

Wycieczka bardzo fajna, bo wysiada sie w malowniczym porcie. Minusem dla mnie byl czas przeplyniecia, poniewaz wszedzie mówiono nam, ze trwa 1,5 godz. A my plynelismy ok.2,5 godz. Wiec 2 godz. mniej na zwiedzanie niz zakladalismy. I w jedna strone jak plynelismy dosc mocno bujalo.

Main thing was the travel time Had as one and half hours from turkey to Rhodes We were on the boat for just over two and half hours and just over two hours back So most of the time we were meant to have there was taken by travel and then travel from and to hotel

Die Hin und Rückfahrten sind leider sehr früh. Wir wurden um 7 Uhr morgens abgeholt und kamen gegen 11 in Rhodos an. Für die Rückfahrt mussten wir um 16 Uhr am Hafen sein. Das Aufenthalt dauerte also kürzer wie die Hin und Rückfahrt . Den Preis (69€+2x5€ Hafengebühr) nicht wert. Am Abend in Fethiye angekommen, mussten wir 30 min neben dem Transfer auf die anderen Göste warte, die am Schluss gar nicht gekommen sind!

Boat was very dirty and horrible smell, was a commuters ferry not a catamaran The crossing was longer that advised and we left the hotel at 7am and didn’t get back until 9pm, with 8hours of that being travelling

We did this trip last year and it was a little chaotic in terms of passport queues, however, on this occasion we did not experience any delays. For those that do this trip for the first time, you are picked up, transported to the harbour where you are directed to get your ticket. The time of your return is on your return ticket, you are not told this information. Rhodes itself is beautiful with plenty to see, eat and drink. We were then met upon our return and transported back to our hotel

Was given wrong information by tui rep.. from getting off the coach to getting on the boat and also at the other end to getting on the boat was a joke.. you would think by now they would have a much better way of boarding passengers

Although the allocated time to wander around Rhodes was not enough to discover its stunning views and highlights the transfers and the trip are well organised. I just hope that there is an option to include at least an overnight stay together with the package holiday from Dalaman or other destinations.

I was a little disappointed that the ferry was indoors and had no outside option. Considering the travelling was 3hrs on the ferry this is a key bit of information that customers should be told. It spoilt our entire day, sitting indoors for a total of 4hrs (including the coach transfer too). Not at all what we expected. The trip was advertised as a 7hr trip. We were gone for 12hrs , 7am - nearly 7 pm. This also should have been stated. Rhodes itself was amazing though.

Wir wurden um 7.00 Uhr am Hotel abgeholt und waren fast 12 Stunden später zurück und im Hotel. Die Grenzkontrollen dauerten nicht länger als 15 Minuten, allerdings sind wir außerhalb der Saison. Die Zeit in Rhodos war für uns mit 4,5 Stunden ausreichend, wir hatten genug Zeit zum bummeln und essen. Es war ein schöner Ausflug! Für den Preis eine klare Empfehlung. Seefest sollte man allerdings schon sein.

Visiting Rhodes its self was a stunning place! How ever the cost of this trip really isn't worth it at all.... the bus pick up was late by 20mins once we got to the ferry the boarder prosses wasn't to bad we got through pritty quite but we was at the front... crossing over from Turkey to Rhodes was horrible 3 out of 5 was sick we was told it was hour 15/ hour 30 mins how ever it took 2 hours to cross on the way back trying to get on the boat it was over sold and had to stand for the 2hour cross

Die Autofahrt war nicht ganz so doll, teilweise über rote Ampeln und Stopschilder gefahren. Ansonsten war der Ausflug Super.

Easy to book on the app. Prompt pick up. Enjoyable ferry crossing and Rhodes town is excellent for shopping sightseeing and dining. We thought there was sufficient time to spend in Rhodes. We thought maybe a little more communication around arrangements on the return. Once off the ferry back in Turkey nobody was waiting for us. We did end up finding the driver nowhere near where we got dropped off. Apart from that I’d recommend the trip.

Passkontrolle wird Zeit in Anspruch nehmen also unbedingt Sonnenschutz mitnehmen, da man draußen länger in Warteschlangen steht. Den ganzen Tag ist man auf sich alleine gestellt aber zur Not helfen Passanten. Man ist ingesamt ca. 13 Stunden auf den Beinen aber der Ausflug ist das Geld und die Zeit wert, wunderschöne Insel und tolle Erfahrung!

It was a nice trip but there was a lot of incorrect details. 1. Catamaran- it was a ferry and you were seated on airplane seats, few restrictive. 2. 8 hour trip - it was 12 hours and a lot of queuing and waiting around. 3. You had to queue to get tickets, to go through passport control, for luggage and to get on the boat. At the other end you had to queue for passport control and luggage. That there and back, too much. 4. Taxi transfer - waited in mini bus 45 minutes with no water in high heat

Having read past reviews, we were hesitant. However, the whole day was fantastic. We were met by our taxi, I did need to check with him about what time we were being collected, however, didn't know that it tied in with the hydrofoil back from Rhodes. Things to be aware of, when you go through passport control, although the signs say you can only use 1 lane, you can infact use all 3. Be prepared to queue going through passport control back into Turkey. It was a long day, but would do it again.

It was a great trip. We were picked up on time and got to the port in good time. It would have been helpful to have been given the hydrofoil times in advance, and an idea of what time we would return to the hotel in the evening - as we had no idea.

Komplett durch organinsierter Tagesausflug, einfach mit der TUI App zu buchen. In Rhodos muss man sich selbst zurechtfinden, ist aber sehr einfach. Auf Rhodos hat man ca. 5h Zeit bis es wieder zurück geht in die Türkei. Tipp; nehmt Euch ein Taxi, für ca. 50 € wird Euch viel geboten.

5 Euro Hafengebühr musste man trotzdem pro Person zahlen. Auf den Tickets steht die Zeit der Rückfahrt drauf. Es sagt ja keiner was, weil kein Guide. Hat alles problemlos funktioniert. Auf Rhodos leider zu wenig Zeit um noch mehr zu sehen. Insgesamt ist die Tour sehr zu empfehlen. Am besten beim Buchen Ausweis/Passnummer schon mit eingeben, geht am Hafen schneller. EU-Ausweis (Personalausweis) reicht.

We enjoyed the trip overall however, we felt that it would have been better to have a TUI rep to explain about what to expect on the ferry and where would be the best places to go. A guide to tell us about an open top bus tour which was apparently available, we heard about this, on the way back, from another passenger who had done the trip before.

Der Transfer vom und zum Hotel hat tadellos geklappt. Bei der Rückfahrt sollte darauf hingewiesen werden, dass die Abholung hinter dem Schiffsanleger erfolgt - nicht am Ausgang. Rhodos selbst ist immer einen Besuch wert.

We got a 45 minute tour by a local guide for £60 which was well worth it the walk back to the dock via the old town was incredible. On the downside was the weather once we got back to turkey it was pouring down with rain

The coach was late, driver was trying to make up time and drove badly, going through red lights etc, the ferry took 3 hours each way therefore your time in rhodes was under 4 hours for a 14 hour day

The trip is a long day but definitely worth it. Once in Rhodes you get plenty of time to look around. Everything is within walking distance and so much to see and do. Many old streets full of restaurants, gift shops and beautiful local handicraft. Museums dotted through the old town full of history and the many artifacts showing the history of Rhodes. Remember that you are visiting another country so there is passport control and security so some queuing. Doesn't distract from a great trip.

A Great day out, air conditioning on boat appreciated, good view from window. Told clearly return time, lots to see and do in Rhodes, including palace museum and wall at top. Driver recognise us in entry queue on return. Other passengers left from Port on return, so unfortunately had to wait till boat completely unloaded, last minibus to go. On return boarding guide on board to tell passengers to tell driver in queue if don’t need lift for benefit of other passengers.
