All fine, passed through all security, then reached final check at departures.
Just left there, and two staff there at final check refused to help….seemed to think we should have EasyJet speedy boarding?? Despite telling them we had paid Premier access to reach front of queues, nothing.

We found the staff very helpful and courteous , they even told us when our flight was boarding and arranged the special assistance to take us to the gate. There was nothing that we didn't like and would certainly use this service again.

Appalling service! We were not met at the airport and I approached someone with my paper and was told to joint the queue outside! He eventually came back and said the only way was to put me in a wheelchair to get me through when we reached the lounge we were served cold tea and coffee had to ask for food as none on display hot food of toast orders was a pack of dry crisp breads! It was terrible the WiFi code didn’t work and then when they got us to duty free it was time too board!!

The place was not clean rubbish bins full nothing on show as what to eat had to go looking for staff coffee machine was not working no staff around on checking in at the tip deck no one there stood for 15min had to ask tui rep at airport to find someone the only good thing about vip is a comfortable chair place could with a good clean and more staff only 3 staff and we always had to go looking for them

This was a great experience - staff were very attentive, it made the wait for our flight very pleasant and the process through the airport very easy. Lounge was comfortable with small but adequate choice of snacks and drinks. The toilets could perhaps have been a little cleaner and fresher. No handwash in dispenser

Regular updates with regard to delays in addition to digital flight information boards. Satellite television available Fast WiFi free I was given assistance to the gate via duty free by one of their staff prior to boarding as I have mobility issues. The VIP at enfidha was really comfortable and a good selection of drinks but the food was terrible tbh. The staff was lovely and couldn't do enough and the process of checking in etc was really good. Overall was great but the food needs sorting out. Its alot of money to pay for only an option of cheese n ham baguette toasted and cheese. Such a let down

I’m sure it would have been lovely but my mum and i never got to experience it. We were unable to locate desk 31 and TUI rep in sight to ask. We asked at check-in and were told down there, pointing to departures. As we had never been before we went through customs only to be told by a lady that worked for the airport that it was the other side, she even went out of her way to phone and ask if we were able to be escorted back through. We were very disappointed with the lack of TUI staff availabl.

Staff were helpful and kind. We liked being escorted through security to the departure lounge. Refreshments offered were poor quality. Very little choice, the sandwiches were dry and my first coffee was cold. I booked the VIP lounge because we travelled from Tunisia in November 2023 and the airport was in chaos. This year 2024, the airport was better organised. I felt it was poor value at £90 for two passengers.

There was food and drinks available but once the things that were on display were gone they weren't replenished, you could ask a member of staff but there was nothing to help yourself to. Our flight was delayed by seven hours and we were allowed to stay in the lounge and the lounge staff kindly fetched food for us using our allowance from Tui.

As a solo traveller this was a bit of a treat. I'm not sure I'd pay if I'd had the kids with me. You still have to queue to get in the front door of the airport -but then over to desk 3l with its red carpet! No queue and then an escorted around to the cool and quiet lounge and drinks bought to you. No watching the screens - just politely requested to follow me and escorted straight through passport control, security and to the gate. Felt like royalty.

Very comfortable and enjoyable experience. The check in experience was slow initially and we ended up checking in later than other people who had not paid for VIPs. The menu was pretty limited and certain good items were not available including fruit. Service was great overall.

Dedicated check-in lane for your flight where you are met by the lounge staff who guide you to the lounge. Drinks and snacks are available. They then guide you to Duty Free if required and through security/passport control to your gate. What more could you ask for.

Unfortunately due to being misdirected, I spent no time at all in the lounge. I wasn't aware of it being before going through security and passport control, so was already airside when I was told exactly where the lounge entrance was.

It felt like we were being treated like Royalty. I haven’t ever experienced anything like this before. We were met at the VIP check in desk where we checked our luggage in. We were then escorted to the VIP lounge which was very quiet and comfortable. Could do with a bit more choice of food.

my 3rd time with this VIP lounge and this time was not the same good experience, previous occasions told 10mins before being taken to pssport control, by a gentleman with patience. Not this time, just hurried through all the way by a young man who had little compassion for us with a walking stick or another lady with a walking stick, he hurried off and left us trailing behind. no oppotunity for duty free. At the boarding gate he just disapeared without a word, leaving us shocked.
