Great
First of all - the places we visited were all perfect and as expected. My main criticism is the driver was the only non-tourist on the minibus but he never spoke except to say we depart Essaouira at 5pm. No indication how far to Argan factory or service station or how long we had at each.

The journey both ways was long but nice to see the Moroccan countryside. Essuaira itself was great, a lovely seaside town.

Bus driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Essaouira was lovely. Great to watch the kite surfers, wonder round the calm Medina and fishing port. Had a great seafood lunch near the port which was very reasonably priced and delicious.

Poor
So the bus was an hour late. When it came it was barely road worthy. I had mobility issues (as noted on my TUI booking) and could hardly get on and off the bus as the lower step was broken. Poor coach for a 3 hours there and 3 hours back journey. I’ve had this before with TUI where tours are subcontracted out to poor quality suppliers. In the past I’ve been willing to give the benefit of the doubt but this will be the last time

Really nice city on the seaside with friendly local people. Absolutely worth while spending 4 hours on the Moroccan sea-side. Why not a “very good” rating?
Although the driver was a skilled driver, he seemed primarily focused on his own comfort. E.g. he had his guests wait many times unnecessarily.

Navette a l hôtel top . Le trajet jusqu'à Essaouira un peu long mais normal vu la distance. La visite de l huile d argan attrape touriste mais bon c est le jeu. Je recommande ce voyage car moins chère qu une navette.

It was a good experience to see the sea view; but prior to that there were two issues which I was not impressed. The pickup from my hotel was late and the four hours for the tour I think is too much, hence coming back to the hotel was very late in the night.

La voiture n’était pas en très bon état et le chauffeur nous a fait quelques frayeurs sur une route droite en zigzagant, sinon le temps libre est parfait pour visiter la magnifique ville d’Essaouira !

Arrivée du chauffeur avec 45 minutes de **********. Nous n'avons même pas été contacté afin de nous prévenir. Visite intéressante à la coopérative d'huile d'argan. Nous avons apprécié d'être libre une fois arrivé à Essaouira.

Essaouira was lovely to visit. Poor communication from drivers, bus condition poor, not comfortable, air conditioning inadequate only on twice at adequate level for 20 mins. 8-10hr trip turned into 12.5 hrs.

Great way to get to Essaouira. Plenty of time to explore the town by yourself. Long journey to get there due to pick-ups and stops but includes comfort break and great Argan oil stop.
