The bus never showed up. Tried and tried to get a refund but kept getting transferred to different numbers and emails for two weeks. No refund granted even though they ‘couldn’t provide’ the tracking gps from the driver to prove they never showed up. I’ve booked holidays through TUI multiple times but after the way they have handled this situation I won’t again. I had been very patient and polite but I am at a end with the situation

Bus driver was okay but the bus was making alot of really annoying noises all to way there. Town was not far from where the bus parked so it was just a stroll threw the park. One thing tho make sure you know how to find the bus because the town is big and lots of different turns and shops. All shops sell the same stuff really but it was a nice day. Not enough time to shop tho. We only got 3h and 30mins.

Hotel excellant. However, found tui organisation poor in that we arrived Friday lunch time for 7 days. To be told the tui welcome meeting would 12 on the Tuesday. Quite frankly pathetic. The holiday would be nearly over and no use to us. You advertise representation at hotel. Considering the considerable sum we paid. We were very dispointed in is aspect

Nothing at all driver was really good picked up and dropped off on time. Unfortunately someone on the coach had an upset stomach which was apparent but nothing you could do about that!

We could have done with more time due to us booking a boat trip while we were in Corfu town, so we didn't see much. But the Journey was comfortable and the driver was friendly enough, even though he did talk on his mobile phone for most of the journey

Would have liked a bit more time to explore. We had 3.5 hours but an extra hour would have been more ideal as lots to see and do. Overall a lovely trip and the coach driver was excellent.

The coach was 30 minutes late. The coach was in a poor state of repair. Loose seat backs, safety belts not working, next to no A/C. We arrived in Corfu town at 10.45 and told to be on the coach by 2pm. That's barely more than 3 hours to explore the town. No time for a decent meal or to see the fortress.

This trip is no where near long enough to experience Corfu Old Town. We were picked up at 9.30am (moved from our original pickup time of 9.10am) so arrived in the Old Towm around 10.15am only to be told to be back to the bus for 2pm! Why so short a time allowed to visit???? It is simply a transfer service from A to B so surely more than 4 hours could be allowed to see such a town with many attractions???? On a positive the bus was on time, clean and the driver very polite.

On the way to town it was perfect, AC was going on and the driver was super friendly. We were told well where we are getting picked up later so it was easy to put it into Google maps. I wish they extended the time actually going around Corfu and made the pickup time at 18:00 instead of 14:00 as there was still a lot more I'd like to see of the town. The way back was good but the bus stopped frequently to cool the engine and so the AC wasn't working and was quite a bit stuffy. Good overall

We just got the transfer to Corfu town without a guide. Had a couple of hours to wander about. I thought we wouldn’t have long enough but we had plenty of time and because the weather was so hot (not a complaint) we actually sat in the shade for some of the time to stay cool. Corfu town itself was a mix of old and new, with plenty of things to look at, places to eat at and streets to explore.

We were asked to wait at the pick up point from 9:20, the bus was quite late and then we got in a queue to get to Corfu Town, so we arrived around 10:40. And then we were told to stay at the same drop off point at 2 pm. So at the end, paying around £45 to be running around to be able to see something. I think that if we got a delay due to traffic, some extra time should be added for the customers to visit the town at a good pace.

Was slightly worries about booking the transfer after reading reviews online. However we had a brilliant experiance. The driver was prompt and clear with timings and information on pick up and drop off. We had around 4 hours free time which was plenty. Got dropped off right outside the Old Fortress which is where we wanted to explore, and had time for a bit of lunch before being picked up on time again.

We had a really nice time looking round the old town and the 4 hours was enough as it was a very hot day. The driver was very friendly and the bus was very nice we just feel it is a little overpriced as the normal bus that went into town was only €2.40

The trip was a little long but we were a fair way from the Town, Corfu Town is a vibrant and enjoyable place to visit. Regrettably the 4 hour visit was not enough time to see everything but would do this trip again.

Super easy to book this experience through the tui app, got to select date preffered. Transport arrived promptly and told us all what time to return to drop off point for journey home, we had more than enough time to have a wonder around the shops and have some lunch and was half the price of that our hotel wanted for the same experience would use these again for future experiences

Nice amount of time, if a little short in town. Much cheaper than a taxi. Main issue was our entire coach didn't know when we were due to be picked up and not entirely sure where as driver did not speak english. Prompt email back from travel company but I couldn't pick this up due to WiFi. So we had to call Tui. Other groups were given different return times which were then ammended. This part of the trip was poor and we wasted over half an hour trying to not get deserted miles from our hotel.

Really enjoyed the Corfu Town transfer, was simple and quick! However, there’s just a couple things to note; firstly the bus was late by about 20 minutes (just to keep in mind as you’re waiting so don’t be alarmed!) and secondly, we only had 4 hours in the centre, which was perfect for us, however if you’d prefer longer then it’s best to make your own arrangements.

Bus was an hour late to collet us (the TUI rep at the hotel was lovely and really helpful). Bus dropped us off in corfu town and told us an earlier collection time, and from a completely different location. Not knowing corfu town well enough, we missed the bus back and had to pay double for a taxi back to our hotel instead. I recommend getting a hotel transfer to town rather than booking with TUI.
