You'll visit the highland hamlet that gave the world Bob Marley to explore his birthplace and mausoleum, and discover one of the most exotic natural attractions in the country – Dunn's River Falls.Your adventure kicks off pretty much the moment you leave your hotel as you head to the coast to visit Dunn's River Falls, which starred in the James Bond classic, Dr. No. These 55-metre-high and 180-metre-wide falls are interspersed with lagoons and climbing them is an experience in itself. Driving inland for a winding and at times bumpy climb to St Ann Parish, you can expect amazing views of the Dry Harbour Mountains before arriving at Nine Mile. Bob's birthplace is a national shrine and throngs of Rastafarians mill about outside. You'll see his home and final resting place as your guide fills you in on his life and music.

We was rushed by keesha the whole day first we was taking to a friends shop and encouraging us to spend money with them then taken to the dunns river had to change on the bus as keesha told us to then rushed in and rushed out as soon as we were done told to change on the buss again to save time not happy doing this with small children in view of others and with an autistic child this shouldn’t be the norm and at 9 mile we didn’t get to shop as keesha rushed us out straight after the toor not goo

Dunn River Falls is amazing, the guides are great fun - it isn't a difficult climb but it is more difficult than a flight of stairs but you don't have to climb it. Nine Mile is wonderful and the rasta guide was great. Take some cash for tipping the various guides, they are well worth it. However, our main tour guide tried to pressure us into buying ganja products. Each to their own, but I personally don't use ganja. I felt like I was letting them down by not partaking.

Dunno River Falls was very good, a far harder climb than I imagined, thank goodness for the guide being on hand to help up some of the steeper and slippery bits. Lunch was excellent and refreshing punch on arrival at the restaurant. Long drive to 9 miles, almost 2 hours and coming back traffic was bad getting into Ochi Rios.

Bus driver very good, but very quiet, guid on the bus ok, but could be more interactive, guides at Dune River falls excellent, funny and made the experience very enjoyable, tour guide at Bob Marley called Rambo was amazing, so much fun and made the experience.

The only thing we didn't like was the journey. I know this is part of the experience. As long as the journey is l, it was shortened by our wonderful knowledgeable tour guide Vivian. Her enthusiasm, friendliness made the trip all the more enjoyable. The food was lovely. And really hit the spot. Overall an amazing experience.

The tour was excellent the guide friendly and knowledgeable. The Dunns river part was brilliant, well organised and the guides really good considering our safety at all times but making sure we made the most of the experience. Denis our guide up the falls was brilliant. Plenty of time to dry off and change before heading for lunch, lunch was good and what you would expect on a tour. The second half of the day to Nine Mile was also very interesting my only criticism would be the guide there

Within a few minutes of leaving the hotel we were taken to a gift shop and hard sold extremely overpriced products. At every opportunity across the whole experience the primary focus was getting the tour party into the gift shops and bars to spend money, the tours felt like a secondary option. At 9 mile being heard into a hut to be hard sold marijuana was an intimidating experience. We were then held in 9 mile at the end of the tour behind gates until we tipped the guide.

Dunn's River Falls was amazing. Guide Raymond and photographer Fabian were brilliant. They made it so much fun. It wasn't as daunting as it looks. Nine Mile is a up in the mountains and quite a scary drive up and down. Didn't like the high pressure sales but the tour it self was great. Special shout out to Priest Jerome for informative and fun coach trip.

From the start of our trip. Exceptional. Our rep told everyone about the parishes, explained the history. Once we got to Dunn falls we were handed over the Melbourne, what an amazing guy. He couldn’t so enough for everyone in his group. One minute he Was up with the head to the group next he was down the bottom helping us manage the steps.

The tour was excellent, as was the guide and the driver. It would have been beneficial however for either the TUI rep or the info received when booked to provide more detail on the agenda, what we should bring with us, and other helpful hints to make the most of the day. The only useful info we managed to find before attending was from previous tour reviews online.

Dunn’s river waterfalls)We didn’t like the fact that they put extra people on to our group. It wasn’t pleasant. The guide was lovely. The photographer was such a jolly person. Smokehouse plantation - Jerk chicken was served cold!!! Nine Miles - A good insight into Bob Marley’s life. We had to walk around bear feet at one time. It would have nice if they told to bring some socks. I am funny about walking bear feet in public places.

Nine Miles ware reine Abzocke, von einem Souvenirladen zum nächsten. Mittagessen Jerk Chicken war ein trockenes Hähnchen. Dunns Riverfalls: Besteigung Wasserfall war ein schönes Erlebnis. Aber danach musste man durch einen riesigen Souvernirmarkt mit sehr lästigen Verkäufern. Durch TUI wurden wir kurzfristig auf englischen Guide umgebucht., obwohl die deutsprache Tour stattfand, eine Frechheit! Info kam so spät, dass nicht mehr storniert werden konnte.

You get picked up at 7:35 and dropped back to your hotel around 18:30 and In that time you do a walk up Dunn’s river that takes 30-45 mins and a 20 mins tour of Bob Marley's birth place and grave, those 2 activities are good when you actually get to do them but there is so much upsell and waiting around it gets unbearable and completely ruins the day! It costs so much for 65 mins of actual activities plus lunch

Leuke reisleiding, Judith, met veel humor. Heeft onderweg al van alles verteld over de omgeving en dingen waar we langsreden. Dunns falls was echt boven verwachting; echt super de moeite waard. Foto's en video die daar worden gemaakt en die je kan kopen (je krijgt een link per mail) waren teleurstellend voor de $40. Lekkere lunch onderweg. 9 Miles was ook boven verwachting. Veel indruk gemaakt.

So we did love our trip BUT waaaay too long in a bumpy bus, felt rushed doing Dunn’s River Falls- would have like to spend time on the beach before and at the pools during, and Bob Marley was rushed, always a group behind, lunch was nice but sparse, for the money.

My wife and I attended the Dunn’s River Falls and Nine Mile Bob Marley excursion booked via TUI. While we enjoyed both attractions and the site guides, the experience was compromised by the bus driver’s dangerous driving, including excessive speed, overtaking on blind bends, speeding through built-up areas, and forcing into traffic, leaving us feeling unsafe. The tour guide dismissed concerns as “part of the adventure” and did not complete the journey. Please investigate this and respond to me.

The experience and staff were fabulous. Our Tui trip guide was lovely, and very informative. I felt very safe with the guide at the falls, feeling safe and not pressured at all times. A great experience. Our tour guide and driver were fabulous. The nine mile tour was good, our guide around Bob marley house & mausoleum was very funny and informative. Good experience. The only downfall was travel time longer than expected and stated on web site.

Long wait for latecomer, given very little information about trip and choice of lunch. Bus driver drove very irratically and very fast to the point of feeling unsafe. Too much emphasis on purchasing souvenirs from expensive shop of tour choice and also did not appreciate being herded to “dope peddlers” at nine mile, before entering museum. Climbing the falls definitely the highlight. The guides were entertaining and attentive, and especially considerate of everybody's differing levels of fitness and agility. Lunch was delicious, Nine Miles was a nice end. Very long day though. 11 hours from start to finish from RIU Palace. Oh, and the main tour guide Moreen was awesome.

We really enjoyed the attractions we visited and all guides were very good. Relevant information and advice were given clearly and a lot of attention was placed on safety, particularly at Dunn's River falls. Our included jerk chicken lunch was really tasty and we had a wide choice of drink, which was also included. The tour packs in quite a lot in one day but we didn't feel rushed at any point. Overall, a really good, great value excursion.

I loved this trip it was a really eventful day. Learned alot about parts of jamaica on our bus journey which was great as it passed time on a long trip. Climbing Dunn falls was great experience and seeing where Bob Marley was born and laid to rest was very special.

Our guide and driver were brilliant, informative and friendly with very skilful driving from Delano, our ‘no problem’ driver. Both attractions are amazing, the falls are beautiful and to see the final resting place of a reggae legend is very special. Lunch was lovely, great jerk chicken. Overall a fantastic day, though it is a long trip from Negril - but worth it!

I enjoyed seeing the beautiful waterfall, it was a lovely day out at Dunns River. Very reassuring tour guides , they made it clear that you had an option to climb or not to climb. Great views. The Tour guide did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend it. Glad we came.

The tour was pitched to us as a dunn river falls trip with a stop off at nine miles. We left the hotel at 7 30 and didn't arrive at dunn river until 3pm. We were offered a free drink at lunch but other than that no drinks were provided for a 11hr trip despite paying USD148pp. The TUI reps could have made it clearer on booking that most of the day would be spent travelling to nine miles which would have encouraged us to book the your without nine miles.

Personally, I have mobility issues so I couldn't do the climb of the falls. I had difficulty handling all of the steps. I took videos and photos from the viewing platforms. However, as I did not do the climb and was just a spectator, I don't agree that full price for the falls should have been warranted.

We begonnen de dag bij de prachtige Dunn’s river falls. Het klimmen over de watervallen was spannend, verfrissend en superleuk. De gidsen waren enthousiast en zorgden dat iedereen veilig boven kwam. Daarna reden we door de groene heuvels naar Nine Mile, de geboorteplaats van Bob Marley. De sfeer daar was echt bijzonder, met muziek, verhalen en een relaxte Jamaicaanse vibe. Alles was goed georganiseerd en de combinatie van natuur en cultuur maakte het voor ons een onvergetelijk

The falls were the highlight of the tour, a beautiful area and would highly recommend. Only down side is the rep didn’t tell us we would be climbing them but that was a fun experience. 9 mile was interesting and the guides were knowledgeable. Only downside for us was that everyone was trying to get tips or money out of us which sadly put a damper on the day as everyone was trying to get as much out of you as they could.

Having read some reviews before booking i became sceptical about whether i should book this excursion having been on it i enjoyed the whole experience and was left scratching my head about how people could give a negative review, an excellent day out from start to finish, learning some things about Jamiaca in between each event. 1 positive from review reading was that I got informed to get some water shoes and a waterproof phone case ahead of time, so that I didnt have to overspend on them here.

Dunns River Falls was an excellent and unique experience but it is not for anyone who feels unsteady on their feet. Nine Mile was an interesting journey to and from Bob Marley’s resting place, don’t watch the road ! There is a 10 minute education class before you enter the premises. As with most things in Jamaica tipping is very much appreciated.

We've just been on the tour, it was absolutely amazing! Our tour Priest Jerry and driver captain kirk were amazing, kept us entertained, informed and safe on the drive, which to be fair wasn't as bad as I expected as im.a very nervous passenger, not going to lie its not the best though, but worth it to see 9 miles. Dunn Falls was amazing, would have preferred a little more time to spend at the falls in the pools and taking in the stunning views! Bob Marley tour was really good, learned alot!

We never went. Got to the front entrance of the hotel. They were about 5 vans. Didn't know which one was ours. Look for a Tui rep we were informed they didn't get there until 9. We were there for 8.10. confused it was very badly organized and we didn't know who could help us. We even went to reception they could not help. Lost the money just under 300 us dollars. Not happy. Did other outing which we better organize

Falls walking requires certain agility . Some battled and kept falling without an early exit option. The TUI rep said the 9 mile tour was 40 minute drive from hotel which was totally inaccurate as it was 1hour 40min- had I known this I would not have attended this tour. I specifically asked about this before booking as I get motion sickness on a coach so by the time I arrived at 9 mile tour I felt very unwell.

Loved the tour, however extremely annoyed that we paid $40 for a video at Dunn’s Fall, we thought it wouldn’t download properly due to being lower speeds at the hotel. We have arrived home today and still the video does not download so feel a little ripped off in that respect and wouldn’t recommend anyone having them.

Right from booking my fight to trying to switch hotels, TUI was very helpful and great and on the plan from London to Jamaica, I almost passed out and the cabin crew were very great, they give me oxygen and brought me back,my grateful to them

Nine Miles is wel erg commercieel. Zeker ten opzichte van het museum in kingston. Maar ik had het niet willen missen.

We zijn opgehaald bij het hotel en na 15 minuten al gedropt bij een souvenierwinkel. Dat had voor ons niet gehoeven.Het beklimmen van de waterval is een leuke ervaring. Met een leuke gids en cameraman. Hierna hadden we lunch. Ons was verteld eten en drinken inbegrepen tijdens de trip. We kregen hier een glas water en punch. Dit was ook het enige wat we tijdens hele trip hebben gekregen. Rest voor eigen rekening. 4 dollar us voor een cola. Bob marley leuk, maar heel erg commercieel.

Straight from the off the driver & tour guide were great we stopped off at a gift shop & to use the toilet be for we got to Dunns River which was great .went on to Dunns River & wow the tour guy that we had with use was very kind & help full, as we couldn't climb the fall her took all our pictures so we had memories, what a beautiful day ??. We then went on to have lunch which was great .Nine Mile what can I say, One Love, tour guy great & funny .the hole place just touched your heart .memories

The tour guide and driver from the offset were very rude. My mum and uncle sat in the row behind the driver and was ask to move despite having travel sickness. We were forced to get off the bus at a shop despite us having a toddler and a comment was made by one of group that it may be a friends shop of the tour guide. The tour guide waited until we were all on the bus and shouted at us all making my 2 year old cry. When we got to Dunn river (which was really good) we weren’t told a pick up time.

01/09/25, Family 8/9 of adults from UK were so rude to our host sprouting at him that they felt that the stopping at the gift shops is his friends shop? So rude! it left myself & Mr Reuben feeling intimidated & uncomfortable. Just as that situation was over again two men in that group who had allot of hair on their chests were asked to put cover their chest at the restaurant & another venue they disagreed & took it off again. On the coach they complained about TUi: snide rude negative comments.

First of all, the TUI rep in the hotel was very rude and incompetent (a man). It was more of a bus ride than anything else. The places they stopped were so expensive!! Didn't even stop at Juicee Patties! The tour wasn't as expected, we could have just gone round ourselves. However, the tour guide and driver were good. The tour guide had a lot of knowledge to give.
