Poor
Hi, we were mis-sold the waterpark trip. We booked only because we were told 100% that it would be a bus transfer (we stressed this as we have a 2-year-old and no car seat). On the day, after waiting 45 minutes, a car turned up instead of a bus, meaning we couldn’t travel for safety reasons. Because of this, we lost the trip, wasted half a day, and are now £86 out of pocket. This was not our fault – TUI sold us the wrong service and failed to deliver what was promised.
