The transfer took an hour and a quarter for a trip of 30 minutes lots of pick ups in a non air conditioned bus, one stop missed and went back, one stop went around twice. Not much safety information for snorkelling compared to other trips we have been on. Trip was really enjoyable overall, crew very friendly, plenty of drinks & plenty of food

cruise was great a real fun time the only issue was we turned at our pick up location 3 minutes before the actual pick up time only to see the coach disappearing into the distance tried to contact them via the number provided to get no response has to get a local cab

After a bad start when our pick-up failed the arrive, and TUI blamed me for the error and told me to call a cab and pay for it myself, the excursion was great.

The cruise was really good. Nice trip around the coast. We stopped to snorkel but I didn’t see any turtles as they were too far away for me to swim to so I was disappointed. Food nice, free drinks, crew friendly and attentive. Some in our tour were dancing and partying which was nice, but not my thing. I enjoyed watching the sunset most of all.

Crew on boat were very friendly and made it a great afternoon, drink was plentiful and the good delicious, can’t really fault anything about this excursion, although the pickup time was probably 30 minutes too early as we had to wait to board the boat ??

Fantastic experience on the catamaran. Excellent crew and captain - informative and humorous throughout. The music was also good to enable you to enjoy the Caribbean but not so loud as to dominate and prevent conversation. Great photo opportunities. The food and drink were fantastic. The only downside is that the pick-up from the hotel was scheduled for 13.45 and Tui stated the excursion included lunch. This is not the case; the excursion included supper so unfortunately very hungry by then.

Even the bajan coach pick up was a delight. The cruise was fantastic, well organised, not over crowded and scnorking with the turtles was amazing. Great food and unlimited drinks, couldn’t fault it! Highly recommended!!

Lovely day, staff were very friendly and you could see they absolutely loved their job, catamaran was very clean. Chester who picked us up & dropped is back was a lovely fella and very informative about all of the island! Food that was served was delicious & plenty of drinks being served! Seeing the turtles was absolutely amazing!

Loved the excursion The people who took us on the boat all the staff and crew Worth the money, would recommend the sunset cruise The food was amazing and plenty to drink, could see all the turtles Also the driver who took us on the bus journey Nothing TUI can improve on Just on arrival at the boat nothing was explained clearly

It was a large catamaran which does not have the atmosphere of the smaller ones. It basically did not go anywhere, not good enough for the money Staff were friendly food okay. If you want a better experience book a smaller private charters.

Staff/crew great, down to earth and friendly, happy to answer questions and have a laugh, polite, can't fault them, cruise was lovely, food great. I absolutely threw it down on our cruise but as we were on our way back down the coast to harbour, nobody's fault, again crew dealt with it fantastically and in good humour, it actually added to the trip
