Sun, slides and sun cream are the order of the day at Aqua Park Nessebar. You'll have a rip-roaring time gliding down the park's 38 waterslides, splashing about in the pools and resting up between the action on the sun loungers. All ages are well and truly catered for.And with transport taken care of, too, all you'll need is your bathing gear and sense of adventure. Speed down the Spiral, race down the Phantom, or land into the Deep Blue. Then there's the Slalom to tackle, or try your hand at taming the Wild Cobra while hopping between a whole host of other waterslides.Fit in some relaxation time with two rivers, pools with hydrotherapy and a hoy tub at your disposal. Meanwhile, kids can run riot in the Water Castle and pool, or time it right for one of the shows starting throughout the day.

I believe the advert for this trip is very misleading. As it advertised an English speaking tour guide, I expected a TUI operated transfer. However, having spoken via messages to a TUI representative, apparently we were expected to use the free shuttle which is operated by the aqua park. Had this been pointed out at the time of the booking, I’d have booked directly with the park instead of waiting half an hour for a bus which didn’t arrive and subsequently paying for expensive taxis each way.

Saved us waiting in the Que for normal tickets at the park - shuttle bus free for everyone so only perk was the rep booking us the open ticket - but the flexibility on picking any day was good, bus clean and park really good - food not to pricey and was overall a very good experience. Nice to have the rep sort it all out rather than do it yourself at no additional price to normal park tickets

The aqua park Nessebar is a great waterpark for a fun family day out. You are better off paying at the entrance rather than pre-booking tickets as the que is long and slow.

Rep advised that our 17 year olds could go in by saying they were 18. They were asked for ID and refused entry so we had to buy a ticket for my husband to attend with them on another day.

Fajna atrakcja, tylko kolejki na najwyzsze zjezdzalnie siegajace do samego dolu. Duzo osób z obslugi wyjasniajacych zasady. Po wejsciu na teren aquaparku trzeba nabic sobie zegarek pieniedzmi. Jezeli chcecie cos zjesc to do wyboru sa kebaby, hamburgery, nagetsy itp. ceny w granicach 13-20 leva. Ogólnie bylo ok.

Viel zu teuer und durch die hohe Auslastung muss man solange anstehen das jeglicher Spaß vergeht. Ich denke es lohnt sich einfach für den Preis nicht. Ps wenn man vorher Bucht Online oder über den Reiseveranstalter muss man sehr lange in der Warteschlange stehen. Die Kassen vor Ort zu benutzen geht um einiges schneller. Wir standen über 1 Stunde in der Warteschlange

The main rides had around an hour waiting & people jumping queues was very disappointing & caused a few arguments & a bit of friction between many. Didn’t see any fighting but witnessed heated moments between many people, this is not what we wanted our children to watch We were told by TUI that buying entry through them would mean that we wouldn’t need to queue to get in the park, this was completely nonsense as only one person checking our tickets took 75 mins to get in. Cash payers had 10mins.

We caught the first bus but queued for quite some time outside the aqua park for entry with no shade and limited seating. Great slide variations, sunbeds and pools we did have a great time, long queues for some slides but to be expected. Wasn't impressed when my son lost the top up watch provided in the diving board area and was made to pay 10 lev by security in order to leave the park, we was told it was in the T&C's that we agreed to but wasn't shown this at any point and they were very rude.

Leider war der Weg zum Shuttle über 30 min Fußweg, das war uns bei dem schönen Wetter eindeutig zu lang, weswegen wir dann (auch wg fehlinterpretation das wir vom Hotel abgeholt werden) ein Taxi hin genommen haben. Rücktour war und der Bus viel zu voll, also wieder aufs Taxi umgestiegen Mit 45 BG zwar auch arg teuer, bei 8 min Fahrzeit, aber was macht man nicht um ausreichend atmen zu können. Der Aquapark war wirklich ein Traum. Super Essen, klasse Rutschen

I found this to be very good value for money. We bought the day passes. The idea of having not to carry any cash or values around all day was a god send. You just load up your bracelet with monies and just tap that throughout the day fir Ny food, snacks or drinks. Such a simple process. Staff were very patient and helpful. The choice of food was very good a bit of something for everyone and very reasonably priced for a themed park.

The waterpark itself was amazing. I am abit scared of the bigger rides so chose to avoid but my husband loved them all. There’s so much to do everyone will enjoy it whether you’re a daredevil or not. My only issue when there was the wasps / hornets at the food areas. I am extremely frightened of them so because the food areas were outside we were swarmed and I had to leave without eating. I did not experience this in any other part of the park and I would absolutely go back.

The water park was amazing with really good slides and we all had a great time. The things we liked less were: the shuttle buses were not as frequent as we had been told and there were long queues to get into the park. Once in, it was a great experience.

Unbedingt den ganzen Tag buchen, es lohnt sich und muss man auch wenn man alle Rutschen nutzen möchte. Ja, man steht an einigen Rutschen etwas zu lang an aber die Fahrt lohnt sich und entschädigt vieles. Das Personal ist freundlich, schnelle Abwicklung an den Kassen (gutes Konzept). Die Preise für Speisen und Getränke sind human. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Bitte überpünktlich an der Busstation sein?? Uns hat es mega sehr gefallen (Mutter 42, Kind 12) Gerne wieder??

We hadden een middagticket. Vanaf 1500 uur kun je op het park zijn. Dat is veel te kort aangezien de attracties om 17.30 uur sluiten. We hebben dus heel weinig glijbanen kunnen doen. Voor de laatste glijbaan stonden we meer dan een uur in de rij.

Schöner Wasserpark für jung und alt. Eintritt etwas chaotisch organisiert das es nur ein Kassenautomat gab trotz Onlinetickets. Sehr viel Personal und Lifeguard, die gut aufgepasst. Rund um ein gelungener Tag. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Cena nie róznila sie niczym wzgledem standardowego cennika w kasie. Posiadanie wykupionych biletów wczesniej niewiele zmieniala, bo wiekszosc ludzi miala wczesniej oplacone bilety, wiec wszyscy stali w jednej dlugiej kolejce. Sama procedura wejscia mimo biletów w reku byla bardzo dluga, jedno okienko wydawalo opaski wejsciowe. Park powinien popracowac nad usprawnieniem procedury wejsciowej.

Wir haben 4 Stunden gebucht konnten aber erst ab 15 Uhr in den Park (hat nur bis 18 Uhr auf), dafür durften wir 93€ bezahlen was schon Wucher ist dafür das es nur 3 Stunden waren. Im Park angekommen muss man erstmal sein Armband aufladen um dann ein Armband für den Schrank zu bekommen das man seine Sachen verstauen kann. Ab ca 16.30 muss man Glück haben noch was zu essen zu bekommen weil die nur bis 17 Uhr geöffnet haben. Man muss früher raus weil um 18 Uhr der Bus fährt. Sehr enttäuschend

The bus transfer there was really easy. For the way back we remembered our bus stop number but was an asked for our bus stop name was this was really annoying because we had to go onto Google Street view to find out.. the park itself was good value for money, but there was long queues (40 mins) for biggest slides. Overall, a great day..

De bus was erg druk en heet, niet aangenaam om je zo te verplaatsen, vooral voor onze 5-jarige dochter. Voor de terugweg namen we een taxi. Toen we aan kwamen met ons Tui-ticket, mochten we niet binnen. Honderden mensen na ons konden onmiddellijk het park binnen. Wij hebben 50 minuten aan de ingang moeten wachten totdat ze ons ticket gevalideerd hadden. Ter plaatse gaven ze aan dat dit aan Tui ligt. Het aquapark zelf was heel leuk! Enkel lange wachttijden bij grote attracties.

We was told the bus are to run every 20 minutes to and from the water park we left the water park to head back at 12:30 and was told no bus is on till 15:30. There was no normal transport ever that day and have to pay £40 for a taxi to get back !!

Bra utvalg av sklier og god sikkerhet så barna koset seg. Maten var under enhver kritikk. Var Svale reder rett over matstasjonen, så lå avføring på gulvene og svaler som satt på søylene. Hamburger / Chips til en pris av 3x 21lv så ble hamburgerene kastet. De har sannsynligvis ligget klare en stund da dem var utrolig tørre og vasne. ??

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Nessebar Sol, erste mal im Bay, nun im Palace. Für alle die gern am Meer liegen, beim Palace sind Liegen am Strand dabei, bei den anderen nicht. Der Neunjährige hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, alles da was das Kinderherz sich wünscht. Im Juni um einiges ruhiger wie im August. Immer Liegen frei. Sehr angenehm. Nicht alles perfekt, aber Preis-Leistung super.

Mycket fin och trevlig park, finns något för alla. Men extremt dålig information om vart, när och hur det fungerar med transfern. Personalen på vårt hotell hjälpte oss så gott dom kunde men TUI borde ha bättre information om detta. Tex länka till parkens egna sida om trensfer i bokningen.

The process from tui was quick and easy and and the water park was amazimg we goto water parks every holiday as we have 3 children various ages and this is the best weve been to by far hardly anty queing all day long not too strict very good slides sunbeds for free bars and food gslore overall amzing service and vslue for money would defo recomend it if u have kids theres somthing for all ages plus parents can ride with kids too

We were taken first to another aqua park from sunny beach, cause the driver couldn't understand English and the brought back. Only after talking again to the TUI representative we got the right bus for the nessebar aqua park. More informations should be given about the transport and more informations available at the bus stops.

Booked through hotel rep for half day 3-6pm. Told shuttle bus wld collect us but provided limited information in terms of stops other than it will pick up 2.50. Bus was not 30 minutes late so hot to aqua park around 3.45 to be then told slides shut at 5.30 and last bus is 6pm back to hotel. For what we paid and the limited time we had it is scandalous.

Tui guiderne havde ikke styr på hvilken bus vil skulle med, selvom vi gentagne gange satte spørgsmålstegn til afhentings stedet, holdte de fast i det de havde oplyst til os, så havde det ikke været for hotel personalet, var vi endt i et forkert vandland.

Riktigt rolig och härlig upplevelse väl på plats. Efter att ha bokat allt via TUI trodde jag/ vi att det skulle bli en ”smärtfri” upplevelse, men icke. 2 dagar innan hör jag av mig till ”fråga guiderna” för att få mer info om upphämtning och tidsintervall gällande den ”gratis transfer” som ska ingå. Får enbart svar om att ”prata med receptionen, dom har koll”. Lång historia kort, dom hade noll koll och TUI- folket hjälpte inte alls till att lösa allt. Slutade med egen taxi till aquaparken.

Hallo, der Aquapark ist sehr schön und wir waren gerne dort. Was uns gestört hatte, dass es keinen Transfer vom Esperanto Hotel zum Park gab und wir hätten 50 min laufen sollen zum sunny beach. Wir haben die Leistung bezahlt und nicht erhalten.

Das Frühstück empfanden wir sehr eintönig und schlecht. Haben so etwas noch nicht erlebt. Ein kaltes Getränk, immer der gleiche Apfelsaft, nur ein heißes Getränk. 4 Frühstücke zur Auswahl. Immer das Gleiche. Note 6 als Beurteilung. Die Zimmer waren aber sehr angenehm und sauber. Englisch negativ.

The park itself is the selling point. The majority of staff were miserable and moody, only the entrance staff were welcoming. Locker desk was shocking as was pre loaded watch for service. Lockers state they are not monitored. Queues for a few slides were an hour long which is too long but others were minutes so we tried to stick to these. Food and drink were acceptable. Free bus was rubbish the first one didn't stop next one was picking up/dropping locals randomly. So bad we got a taxi home

Absolut zu empfehlen! Das zweite mal da gewesen, es gibt neue, richtig aufregende Rutschen. Es macht einen heidenspaß dort und ist das Geld/ den Eintritt absolut Wert! Wasserqualität ist top, Liegestühle sind top und mit dem Shuttle fährt es sich entspannt hin und zurück. Die Rutschen sind mega, einige mehr, andere weniger. Manchmal denkt man als Deutscher, so würde das bei uns nicht aufhaben dürfen, aber so ist das nunmal. Nichts schlimmes passiert bislang, ein paar Kratzer, aber das ist okay.

Uruselt att behöva boka in egen transport från Obzor till Sunny Beach och därifrån vidare till Aquapark i Nessebar. Vore betydligt smidigare att ha en direkt transport från hotellet i Obzor direkt till Aquapark särskilt med tanke på den höga värmen och små barn. Positivt med de attraktioner som erbjuds på Aquapark, då de är riktigt roliga att åka, dock långa (ca 35min) köer på de flesta av rutchbanorna.

Ein sehr schön gestalteter Rutschenpark, der für jeden was dabei hat. Dazu kommt, dass überall Personal bereit steht(gerade am Eingang wird sich gleich um einen gekümmert).
Was fehlt, ist eine große Uhr, da man die meist ablegt. Außerdem gibt es oft lange Warteschlangen an den Rutschen.

Der Aqua Park ist das perfekte Ausflugsziel für Kinder und Erwachsene. Durch die Buchung über TUI hat man keine Wartezeiten. Der Transfer klappt auch super nur die Busse sind extrem überfüllt und es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Stehen und Schwitzen ist vorprogrammiert. Wer Probleme mit dem Kreislauf hat sollte alternativ ein Taxi nehmen. Für jedes Alter ist etwas dabei. Sicherheit steht dort an erster Stelle! So viel Personal hab ich mein Leben noch nicht gesehen. Essen super und viel Auswahl. Top!!!

Even though it said transfer included there wasn't any provided we had to get 2 taxis at the extra cost of 50 leva, I think you should also offer a food and drinks package aswel as you are not allowed to take food/drink into the waterpark.

Fantastisk vattenpark där man hade mycket och välja på, kändes säker med mycket personal runt om som tog säkerhet på allvar. Barnen nöjda. Fanns dock inte supermycket för mindre barn. Köpte biljetter via Tui-appen vilket fungerade fint förutom att där var ålder på barnen men när vi kom fram var biljetterna på längsgående vilket gjorde att äldsta barnets biljett inte fungerade och jag fick betala ytterligare 238 kr. Bra att tänka på vid bokning av biljetter.

Finns något för alla åldersgrupper. Vi hade en bra dag i vattenparken. Man får en klocka som man laddar på med pengar, så man slipper ha koll på plånboken. Dem pengar man inte använder får man tillbaka. Gratis bussar från sunny beach, nessebar och även flera ställen, så lätt att ta sig till parken.

Selve parken var helt super! Det var trygt med mange vakter, det var rent og smart løsning med at man setter inn penger på et armbånd. Maten der var god. Det var noen som tok bilder rundt omkring som man kunne kjøpe etterpå. Eneste jeg er misfornøyd med var dårlig og misvisende informasjon fra tui om hvordan vi skulle komme oss dit. Jeg tok kontakt med guide der nede som ga helt feil oppmøtested. Det bør informeres bedre. Og bussen er forøvrig en gratis buss som parken organiserer.

Toppen upplevelse! Vi köpte en biljett för halvdag och förväntade oss att kunna åka dit vilken tid vi ville. Dock så gällde bara halvdag mellan 15-18 och det var dålig information om detta.

Action packed day out with something for all the family from sunbeds for chilling to the most extremes flumes.Value for money! The park is huge and alot of flights of steps which could get hot in the middle of the day so would recommend taking swimming/beach shoes to walk around in. Once you enter the park you will be given a watch you can take this and put money on it, once you have done this you can hire a safety deposit box to place valuables for a small fee.

Changing facilities were good and a good selection of slides. Encouraging attendants on the more scary flumes. Although we booked a half day it is only 3 hours not 4. With the park winding down from 5.30 that cuts your time still further especially after getting changed etc at the beginning. A cash less system would be good like the park in Nessebar.

The park was really quiet which was great as it meant no queues for the slides. We were there all day so kids and the hubby got to go on all the slides several times. The food there was reasonably priced. The lazy river wasn’t open which was a shame and it wasn’t clear when booking that it wouldn’t be operating. A shame that there isn’t an option to be a spectator, I had to pay full price and didn’t go on any rides, but I like to go to see the kids having fun

The park itself is amazing. However, the guidance to get there for the transport that’s included is non existent. It states transport is included and that’s it. It doesn’t state that you need to find the bus stop, wait for the free bus and figure out which one it is. The written guide at the park for how to load the watch with money as the park is cashless, is in very broken English and the staff try their best to explain. I got it eventually. TUI need to load more info on the trip onto the app

The free bus from sunny beach to the aqua park was handy, booking through tui cost less, the park was amazing great food choices, fun slides and pools definitely the best part of our holiday
