Staff at river side could have been a bit nicer. One lady was quite rude. Barged passed me and never said thanks for me stepping aside for her. Made the experience a bit unpleasant. Trip was nice and informative.

The boat was on time, the tour was relaxing and beautiful as expected. The price is honest as well.
I appreciate the fact that they let me in although I had a backpack and a trolley because soon after the the tour I had to go to the airport. Thanks!

Die Fahrt in sich ist zwar nett, man hört aber nichts von dem, was erzählt wird.
Das Essen und die Getränke sind überteuert. Das Klo lässt zu wünschen übrig...
Außerdem darf man eigene Getränke und Speisen nicht verzehren, und das bei einer 20€ Fahrkarte!

Very informative, multi-language audio assistance that worked really well & a bar on board.
We changed our holiday itinerary to fit in some of the sights that had been highlighted on this cruise.
We will go back next time for the longer version.
