Scopri la storia raccapricciante degli oltre 1,3 milioni di vittime che hanno perso la vita ad Auschwitz e Birkenau e rendi loro omaggio.La prima parte del vostro viaggio consiste in una visita di un’ora e mezza al campo di Auschwitz I per vedere la mostra permanente nelle ex baracche dei prigionieri.Successivamente, visiterai Auschwitz II-Birkenau, la parte più estesa del complesso di Auschwitz. Durante questa visita, impiegherai circa 1 ora e 10 minuti se scegli l’opzione guidata, oppure circa 40 minuti per l’opzione autoguidata. Qui vedrai i resti dei forni crematori, la rampa di scarico, le baracche originali e il memoriale dedicato alle ultime vittime del campo.

Per l'Opzione 1, l'orario di inizio del tour può variare in base alla disponibilità delle guide del museo. I biglietti si ritirano in loco. Potrebbero formarsi code. I tour in inglese sono soggetti a disponibilità; in caso contrario, verrà fornita un'altra lingua con una guida in inglese
Per l’Opzione 2, avrete a disposizione una guida e una mappa nella lingua da voi scelta. L’accompagnatore non entrerà nel museo con voi. La guida è disponibile in inglese, polacco, spagnolo, italiano, francese, tedesco, olandese, ceco, portoghese, russo, ucraino, ungherese, greco, turco, svedese, norvegese, finlandese, giapponese e coreano
Si prega di notare che, a seconda del periodo dell’anno, è possibile che si visiti prima il campo di Birkenau prima di visitare il campo di Auschwitz 1

Verrete prelevati dal centro di Cracovia, dopo il ritrovo di fronte all’Hotel Mercure, e sarete riaccompagnati all’Hotel Radisson Blu

Best wat verbeterpunten 1 chauffeur had best haast pittige rijder, we gingen kwartier voordat we bij het kamp waren eerst nog stoppen bij de benzinepomp voor 20 minuten. We werden door de chauffeur ergens anders weer afgezet bij terugkomst geen idee waar we waren. 2 we konden bij het kamp Birkenau maar minder als een half uur rondlopen te weinig om rustig te kijken 3 de duur van de trip was van 13.00 tot 19.45 en niet tot 21.00 Raad mensen niet aan om deze excursie te boeken, verre van tevrede

We werden keurig op tijd opgehaald want de chauffeur hield ons op de hoogte via whattsapp, prima chauffeur en correcte rijstijl. Duidelijke uitleg en overdracht op lokatie naar reisgids. Deze reisgids krijgt van mij een 9 voor taal, uitspraak en duidelijk informatief naar de groep. Jammer en niet geheel begrijpend waarom de rondleiding op Birkenau werd ingekort, was mijns inziens geen aanleiding voor. Het zou te warm zijn in combinatie met mogelijk onweer.

Pick up time was far too late, limiting the time spent at each camp. For such an important historic site it was too rushed, me missed about half of the first camp and then only had 15 minutes at the second camp.

I enjoyed nothing about this . Will never use you again. I got a email confirmation saying the trip was still going ahead for 8 the next morning. We arrived early and waited till 845. No bus and no contact. I tryed calling all the phone numbers that we had bin given no answer on anything and also tryed to email and again no response till 48hrs later saying sorry the trip had been cancelled. You ruined my wife’s birthday!!!!!! Will Neva recommend you.

Il giorno precedente abbiamo ricevuto la mail di promemoria e il mezzo si e’ presentato puntualmente al punto di incontro.
L’autista Marcel si e’ dimostrato simpatico e disponibile con i ragazzi e ha spiegato loro come organizzarsi con la visita e il rientro.

Our visit to Auschwitz was an incredibly powerful and emotional experience, and having Marcel as our driver made the day far more comfortable and meaningful. Marcel was punctual, calm, and extremely professional, which mattered a lot on a day like this. The drive was smooth and well organized.

La communication pour nous expliquer où on était pris en charge, comment, et le planning de la journée était vraiment top. Notre conducteur s'assurait qu'on avait bien compris le déroulement, et nous a dit les choses à prioriser car le seul point "moins bien" est qu'il faudrait 2 jours pour visiter!

Was booked for a full day tour pick up at 8.30 this changed to pick up time 11.15 didn’t enter austwich untill 2 pm was very rushed from time to austwich to berkenher booked a full day tour only got half a day can anyone explain why this happened

Had confirmation the night before, not 1-2 days as stated, the time was changed by 30mins. Not enough time to walk around Birkenau before getting the bus to Auschwitz. The site itself was an unforgettable experience

We waited two and a half hours for pick up and nobody came this is absolutely ridiculous and terrible service we could have used the time to do something else . It's freezing cold there are no toilets nearby and we didn't have any lunch. The day has been ruined we didn't get to the venue

Original guided tour cancelled at last minute by tui, meaning all other guided tours were booked so we had to go for a self guided tour. No apology, or any attempt to make amends for this by tui Was not told at point of booking that we would have to queue at auscwitz to actually get tickets. Despite being picked up at 0815, we didn't actually enter the museum until 1300, leaving nowhere near enough time to get around the 2 sites and see everything. No tui staff to be seen anywhere.

I booked the Aushwitz tour with musement.com and I have to say that I really enjoyed going to Aushwitz. I would highly recommend the trip. Some parts are sad. Booking it with musement.com was so simple and would recommend booking with them.

An amazing but awful place to visit, very humbling. Jacob my tour guide was very helpful and friendly and made everything clear. Unfortunately I didn’t realise how much walking was involved, I knew there would be some but never the amount experienced, so please make sure you’re able to manage.

Negatives-pick up time changed to early inconvenient time. Not enough time given to look around the camps.
Positive-the guide and driver very organised and helpful.
Wish I booked a guided tour instead. The lack of time and reading the booklet to see where you are took away from the experience.

Comfortable journey with the excellent guide, Kris. Kris gave us clear instructions as well as interesting facts /insights at various locations before we were dropped off at Birkenau. Having a self-guided tour was perfect - we could go at our own pace and take time to reflect where we wanted.

Our driver Mark was really lovely and was full of information. The day of our tour it was 30c, on our return to Mark he had bottles of water for us all. Mark went above and beyond for us as my nephew left his cap in his car. Mark returned it to us the following evening to our hotel.

Auschwitz war intressant, das meiste war mir aber bereits bekannt, ein zwei gute Dokumentationen im Tv reicht eigentlich.
Die aufhäufung der Schuhe und Koffer sah in den Dokumentationen im Tv grösser aus! die Kleidungstücke wurden auf einer schrägen Fläche so ausgestellt dass es nach mehr aussieht.
