Participants should be able to walk 1km (half a mile) at a time and up and down 50 steps

This tour requires an overall minimum of 2 participants to run. The maximum number of participants is 11

It is recommended to wear closed shoes, sunscreen, hat and bring a reusable water bottle. Swimsuit and towel if it’s hot and warm clothing in layers if it’s cold (usually May-October)
