We paid for the encounter experience, this was the only highlight being with the dolphins, the trainer was amazing everything else fell very short of the mark. Was advertised there was an infinity pool there was none, said interaction with sting rays there was none. We had lunch included but didn’t have time to have the lunch. We traveled from Negril which was 1 hour got dropped off at 9 told our experience was at 9:30 and we would be picked up at 11:30. This just wasn’t enough time.

It was confusing when booking what you got with each package and after paying a fairly sizeable ticket price TUI upgrade to top package was surprised to find photos were $77 per person ??this is ridiculous

Driver was very prompt polite and professional with a good knowledge of the history of the area. The dolphin resort was amazing and such fun learning about the marine life especially swimming with the dolphins. The guides and staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Had a lovely lunch and were picked up on time by the driver. Would highly recommend

I didn’t like that everything was an added extra, and I couldn’t even drink MY OWN water out of my flash during the buffet, they wanted me to purchase a bottle from their restaurant. Also very expensive for not a lot of activities in the SLIGHTEST. Would not recommend to anyone

I opted for the admission price and upgraded to encounter when I arrived at Dolphin Cove. The experience was so much more than I thought it would be. Was so much fun and had a lot of interaction with the Dolphin and the trainer was very good.

Good trip, driver a bit late, dolphin experience fab, but a bit costly, photos a rip off at between £70 and £90 each!! Contrary to the advice given by the TUI rep. She thanked us when We fed this back to her on our return.

Photographs for this experience were very expensive and were not good value at all. overall experience was good but for the amount paid for this the time spent was not value for money and we will not be doing anything like this again when we next go to Jamaica.

It was actually really good and I think worth the money. You will get rinsed for photos, but our kids were so young they needed to be held so we just paid for 2 people’s photos rather than 4. It’s a bit of a money **********, but it goes to some huge company rather than the staff

Was a fantastic day swimming and having the encounter with the Dolphins. The Dolphin trainer Oakley was brilliant and even catered for non swimmers. Was mixed communication regarding costs of photos. Tui told us different to the staff at the experience. Was sorted by Tui though with a partial refund of the photo package. Would thoroughly recommend this experience.

We booked the regular tour (which in hindsight would have been a bit boring if no one went in) but paid $20 to upgrade to the 'interaction' which was billed as petting and getting a kiss from the dolphin, but actually my husband and daughter got so much time with them that it was definitely worth it! We stroked the stingray, saw the shark but don't see any ostriches (supposed to include ostrich feeding). There wasn't enough time to swim with the dolphins and see the stingray so we did miss lunch

So much fun with dolphins enjoyed it i even got to feed the dolphin for my birthday loved having the lovebirds eating out of my hand so much fun the ostrich was lovely could not believe how heavy her egg was so much fun feeding her too

Swimming with the Dolphins was absolutely amazing, would definitely recommend. Just a couple of things we wish we had been told before going as we’d have been better prepared. If you book the trip with lunch included, this will not include a drink, not even a glass of water. Photo’s, If you choose to have the professional photo package you pay per person and the costs soon add up, also if you want to take the pics away with you on the day it costs an additional $20 per print.

Superb trip! Should have been given water with the meal. Would have liked a little longer there. As we were on the Royal package we never got time for the manta rays or sharks. Otherwise, the people were fantastic and the trip was very memorable.

Amazing experience. Looked after from start to finish. Young and not do young ( us!) treated well . Dolphins well looked after and loved by trainers. Great choices of packages with optional upgrades on day if you change your mind.

Dolphin cove is amazing and well worth going however we felt very rushed, we got there 10.30am by the time we checked in it was time to go swim, eat (big que) then had to leave as bus said 1.30 we had to leave so didn’t get value as didn’t have time to see shark or feed the ostriches a little longer would have been nice. The dolphins are magical and trainers are great. The food was lovely especially the chicken curry! Photos very expensive!

Voor mijn dochter zwemmen met dolfijnen geboekt (degene met 1 dolfijn), ze had geluk, het was een kleine groep van 7 personen met 2 dolfijnen. Het duurde in totaal een uur. Mooie herinneringen gemaakt. Verder is er niet veel te doen, voor meegaande ouder is veel geld voor erg weinig. Foto's zijn erg duur, hele set voor 80 euro (+/- 16 foto's in max 4 poses), na een beetje lastig doen konden we de set voor 50 euro kopen. Niet gedaan, had zelf foto's gemaakt, minder mooi maar veel goedkoper!

We did the Royal package for my sons birthday and from start to finish it was amazing. Our guide pointed out some places and celebrity places along the way and the swim with dolphins was better than when I did it over 20 years ago.

Great experience. From being picked up from our hotel to being dropped off. All staff was pleasant, happy and informative. The dolphins are looked after very well and the complimentary food was s great traditional dish.

De activiteit zelf - interactie met de dolfijnen - was fantastisch. Enkel jammer dat de rit ernaartoe 1,5u in beslag neemt door de stops bij de verschillende resorts.
