Antico insediamento costiero sul Mar Nero, Sozopol è un luogo affascinante da esplorare. Per prima cosa, parteciperete a una crociera in barca nella baia di Sozopol. Questi sembrano cambiare colore a seconda dell'ora del giorno, quindi il castello appare rosa al mattino, bianco durante il giorno e di notte sembra brillare".Arrivati a Sozopol, saliremo a bordo di una barca per fare una crociera intorno all'isola di St Ivan, la più grande della Bulgaria. Sbarcheremo per una passeggiata guidata tra le graziose stradine acciottolate di Sozopol, fiancheggiate da tradizionali case in legno. Scoprirete il passato della città come fiorente avamposto dell'antica Grecia, seguito dal dominio romano, bizantino e ottomano. Oggi, Sozopol offre il fascino del vecchio mondo, due belle spiagge e numerosi caffè, boutique e gallerie.Dopo la visita guidata, se scegliete di includerla, potrete gustare un tipico pranzo locale in un ristorante a conduzione familiare, per poi godervi un po' di tempo libero per fare shopping o esplorare la zona. Hi loved the visit to the Castle wish we could have spent more time looking around and sitting in the gardens for a drink possibly food. The boat trip was ok. The own on Sozopol was ok but small so spent time just sitting and waiting to get back on the bus. The food at the Windmill restaurant was cold/bland no choice as we did not know in advance what the menu was. only thing i liked was the salad.

Fantastic trip. The whole family enjoyed it. The tour man spoke great English and was very friendly. A little pricey for a family of 5. The only thing I would suggest is putting the child age up to maybe 15-16 to make is more affordable for larger groups.

The guide was fantastic and his commentary covered many aspects of Bulgaria. Particularly we came away with a good grounding in the history of the Black Sea and the places we visited in particular. We dont expect much from lunch but the main course was over-greasy. Perhaps less courses of better quality. The castle is interesting but parts were just gaudy and we were there longer than it justified

Sozopol is a beautiful place. Went on a boat trip along the coast and the pleasure of being accompanied by a few dolphins. Ravadinovo Castle was an odd place. A bit disappointed the Builders Room was not open when we visited and didn’t like how the animals where kept. However, really liked the castle none the less, and pleased we went.

The Castle stop was crazy but really enjoyable. It’s such an eccentric building. Great photos there Sozopol is a beautiful town and definitely worth the visit, the boat trip was scenic and relaxing Our tour guide Ivaylo was brilliant, really knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Lunch was provided in a scenic restaurant and was basic bill of fare but delicious.

Sozopol is beautiful, I only wish I had more time to explore this quaint town with its rich history. Our guide was very informative but spoke more than necessary. For the short time we had there it seemed wasted time. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The restaurant was situated in a very beautiful spot overlooking the ocean and surrounding area

The tour guide was very good he told us lots of information about the areas the only downside he could of done either a microphone as u couldn’t hear him well the boat part ok the optional meal was awful you got no choice and I didn’t like any of it the castle is very run down leads and pipes all over the walkways making trip hazards

Couldn’t fault the guide, he was excellent, very knowledgeable and kept us entertained. The boat trip was pointless. The boat people were miserable, they made no attempt to interact with us. They were unable to offer full hot drinks menu. Either the guide or boat people should point out things of interest. Like I said guide fantastic and kept us engaged on the walk round sozopol. Meal provided was tasty Castle visit disappointing. Have concerns for welfare of animals kept and shown.

Super guide, Irina est très professionnelle, nous étions que 2 français et après c'était des allemands, elle a malgres tout, très bien expliqué et toujours été très avenante. L'excursion est très bien organisé, balade en bateau, visite de sozopol et château. Le repas était très bon , service rapide pour pouvoir profiter pleinement du temps libre

Uitleg van de gids onderweg was prima. Boottocht was iets anders. Rondleiding gegeven in Sozopol, en daarna goed gegeten. Daarna nog tijd vrij op een expresso te nemen in het dorp. Toen ik te horen kreeg dat het kasteel van Ravadinovo nieuw gebouwd is dacht ik eerst nee he een tourist trap. Echter het kasteel is meer een autentiek kasteel dan echte kastelen. Je heb de kelder men harnassen en tafels en banken, en schilderijen. Het had meer sfeer. En er worden ook filmopnamen gedaan

Thought the trip was good value, bit of a long day, 9.5 hours, but enjoyable. Some people have commented on reviews that the boat trip was unnecessary but it is part of the trip, if you don't want to go on it, don't buy this excursion. It goes out around the bay for an hour, and is something different. The castle is very different, a modern build based on fairytales, again not something you would normally see, we didn't get the impression the small animal area was neglected. Sozopol is nice.

Przewodniczka miala ogromna wiedze i chetnie sie na dzielila. Mówila swietnie po polsku. Zwiedzane miejsca byly interesujace. Posilek w restauracji byl pyszny, na plus równiez widok na morze podczas jedzenia. Rejs lodzia móglby trwac nieco dluzej. Na negatywna ocene wycieczki wplywa glównie to, ze autokar w droge powrotna odjechal przed czasem zbiórki i przewodniczka nie zauwazyla, ze nie ma mnie na pokladzie. Przewodniczka nie zgodzila sie na powrot po mnie i kazala mi wrócic samodzielnie 70 km

I was very disappointed with the Sozopol tour this year. I went on the tour in 2024 with my daughter and it was so much better. Firstly we went to the castle with only 1 hour to take it all in. Then the boat tour without any commentary. Then Sozopol guided tour followed by an atrocious lunch at The Windmill. Free time after lunch was 1.5 hours but shops were shut for siesta. 2024 trip was boat trip/commentary, guided tour, wine tasting and lovely lunch then castle last for 2 hours.

The TUI guide was incredible,very knowledgable and passionate about Bulgaria.My only criticism would be that on the boat .l would have liked someone to have relayed information on the mussel beds and maybe told us about the fish caught in the Black Sea .

The castle was excellent but not enough time to enjoy. No time to walk all around or have a coffee or take everything in. Boat trip was unnecessary. A complete waste of time. The money spent for the boat should be used for better food. Restaurant was appalling. Food was awful, best thing was the salad. Soup totally bland and a stew with a knife and fork. Waiters rude. However Sozopol is beautiful. Needs more time to explore, to be able to shop and sightsee. Guide was knowledgeable.

Alles in Allem ein Erlebnis Das Märchenschloß und die Seerundfahrt sind super. Auch der kulinarische Zwischenstop ist mit seiner schönen Aussicht nicht schlecht. Die Altstadt selbst ist aber hat man vergleichbar Nessebar gesehen, nicht so wirklich das Ausflugsziel. Riccardo

Sozopol was a beautiful place and we enjoyed walking around on the guided tour very much. The lunch was lovely in a great restaurant with a exceptional view. Visit to the castle was very interesting and a great place for photos. On the negative side the bus was a terrible experience as our seats were broken, due to a full bus we couldn't exchange them and because the seat was so layed back it has caused me back pain ever since the trip.

The tour guide was very informative from pickup to returning back. The boat trip was good however information in regards the three Islands would have been welcome. The lunch was excellent and a delightful change for the usual chip meals. The time spent to explore Sozopol alone was way too long an hour would have been suffice. Die Stadtführung in Sosopol war sehr umfassend und interessant. Genauso die Besichtigung des Schlosses. Die Bootsfahrt war sehr eintönig, man ging auf das Boot, fuhr eine Stunde im Kreis und stieg wieder aus, ohne irgendwelche Erklärungen.

The whole experience was great, especially our guide who was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We learned a little about Bulgaria and it’s history in general and also about Sozopol, Bourgas and surrounding areas. The food at the Windmill was delicious. It was a good day out thanks to our guide.

De reisleider wist veel te vertellen. In de bus en in het stadje. Op een prachtige plek geluncht wat heerlijk was (4 gangen) het kasteel erg bijzonder. Veel te zien. Ruim de tijd overal. Boot tour was niet echt een aanvulling.

Loved all three experiences. Grounds of the castle were enjoyable to walk through. The boat trip was great for taking photos of the scenery and Sozopol was breathtaking to see. The food at the restaurant was excellent. The female tour guide on the coach and the male tour guide at Sozopol were outstanding as I temporarily lost my phone and they did all they could to help.

Przewodnik fantastyczny! Organizacja tez super. Troche za duzo reklamowania lokalnych sprzedawców, co bylo meczace po któryms takim stoisku. W restauracji tez obsluga inaczej podchodzila do osób z wycieczki, niz do klientów indywidualnych. Robili problem, aby zaplacic karta za dodatkowe napoje i nachalnie chcieli, aby pozostawic napiwek.

Nice enough trip to get out of sunny beach. Varied activities and lovely food. The castle was very random and different but a money trap and very expensive and you have to pay extras to go in and do the museum. Boat trip was nice and relaxing and Sozopol was nice not much to do in the free time but lovely to wonder independently.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The boat trip was enjoyable and tour of Sozopol Town was very good. The meal at the Windmill Restaurant was a bit bland and I felt rushed by the servers but that it probably because of the number of parties that eat there. The castle was great.. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the day.

The Tui description of the trip isnt accurate at all. The caste was small, poorly maintained with poor animal conditions. The boat trip was a just loop out of the port ant back. There as no guide information on the sites and there was no comunication that the boat was cash only. The town and the tour its self was amazing, the tour guide was very knowledgeable.

Schöne Stadt über welche wir gern mehr erfahren hätten. Urlauber waren zu 90 Prozent englisch Sprechende, dadurch wurden die meisten Informationen nicht ins deutsche übersetzt. Dolmetscherin war bestrebt, in der Stadt ihre persönlichen Geschäfte anbieten, bei welchen wir Produkte kaufen sollten. Schlechtes Deutsch sprach sie ebenfalls. Touristenabzocke

Die Tour war gut. Wir waren eine gemischte Gruppe (deutsch, englisch, französisch), daher war es sehr anstrengend den Worten von Irina zu folgen, da ihr Kollege für die englischsprachigen Teilnehmer, parallel ins Mikro gesprochen hat. Das Essen war ok. Schade, das man keinen Meerblick hatte, das hätte, nach dem Essen, sicherlich noch für Umsatz gesorgt. Ab und zu hat die Tour an eine Verkaufsveranstaltung erinnert. Sozopol ein kleines schönes Örtchen. Old Nessebar gefällt uns besser.

Sozopol is nice, the boat trip nice (but with no explanation what we were seeing), Ravadinovo castle is quirky I guess. The reason though for the low score was the non-stop talking on the coach by our guides. We had an English guide talk (often with irrelevant facts), followed by a Polish guide, and then back to him, constantly whilst driving. There was no pauses or respite the entire journey out. Love facts and info, but non-stop talking for over an hour was just excessive. Shame.

Overall a great tour and good value for money. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave us an interesting update throughout the tour. The boat trip was a lovely way to start the tour after the coach transfer. Walking tour was set at a steady pace with stops on the way for information about the lovely old town. Restaurant location was amazing, and the food was great. Castle not to my liking but my friend really enjoyed the quirky surroundings. A great trip well executed, thank you ??.

This trip was great, lots to see in beautiful Sozopol and the castle was amazing, lunch was also great with stunning views. Our tour guide on the bus was great, she had lots of knowledge and was very friendly. The walking tour guide was ok but would have preferred to have more time to explore on our own.

Bardzo nie podobala nam sie opieka przewodnika. Vladyslaw -to juz starszy czlowiek który nie nadaje sie juz na takie wycieczki. Przede wszystkim przejscie krótkiej trasy z nim trwalo o wiele za dlugo a na dodatek byl strasznie opryskliwy i nie mozna bylo mu zwrócic uwagi bo zaraz sie obruszal i zloscil. Nie polecam.

The trip was good, the guide and the food all good. Unfortunately the castle had some very mistreated animals which ruined it for us at the end of the day. We cannot believe Tui would support a tourist attraction that allowed such animal cruelty. There were 3 badly treated dogs, one chained up with no access to shade or water, 1 with filthy matted fur & an untreated sore on its nose. All in tiny cages. Dead fish in the filthy pond & a sad parrot with year old water. Disgraceful -Tui take action!

Mooie excursie, mooi kasteel en omgeving. Fijne boottocht, en een rondleiding door sozopol met goede uitleg en voldoende vrije tijd. Uitleg was in het Nederlands en Duits dus goed te volgen. De lunch was inbegrepen en bestond uit een salade, soep, rijst met een soort ragout en ijs. Sozopol is een mooi oud dorpje.

Its was extremely bad weather with heavy rain and there was no guided tour of the town due to the rain , the castle trip was cut short because it was raining you abd the trip was shortened by an hour. No refund or partial refund was given even though we didn't get the full tour. The food included was cold and not to our tastes. It was set menu but it doesn't say this in the trip when booking

Mention spéciale pour la guide Irina qui est super intéressante et débordante d'informations. Elle ne se limite pas à l'excursion et nous donne toutes les informations souhaitées, même lorsqu'il s'agit d'informations générales hors excursion. Nous aurions toutefois préféré avoir plus de temps libre à Sozopol et ne pas forcément visiter le château de Ravadino.

W trakcie rejsu padalo,takze nic nie widzielismy.Ten czas przewodniczka mogla wykorzystac na opowiadanie nam o Bulgarii. Zdaje sobie sprawe,ze wykracza to poza program, gdyz wszyscy przewodnicy spedzili czas wspólnie ze soba a nie ze swoimi grupami.Bylby to jednak mily gest i sprawilby, ze czas na statku bylby wykorzystany i atrakcyjny a nie stracony.

Wycieczka do zamku i rejs lodzia to niezapomniane chwile. Przewodnik Pani Geri swietna, polecam serdecznie. W czasie wycieczki czuc bylo klimat Sozopola i Bulgarii, zjedlismy smaczny obiad skladajacy sie z typowo bulgarskich dan. Ulice miasteczka maja swój klimat, a widoki z lodzi na klify miasta piekne.
