Kleiner Zwischenfall , Bus wurde sehr spât gereinigt , und auf zwei Sprachen Sehr durcheinander gesprochen ! Dieses Bähnchen eine schreckliche stinkende Erfahrung ! Vielleicht sollte man auf laufen oder electro umsteigen !

Via de app kreeg ik een melding van 10% korting als ik voor 100 euro excursies bestelde, ik heb 228 betaald maar de Tui reisbegeleider zei dat dit niet gold als ik direct bestelde……dat vind ikminder goed. Het weer in Ronda was erg goed, de stad zag er prachtig uit.De reisleider gaf veel informatie onderweg, dat was prima.

der Guide war sehr freundlich und hat sehr viel erzählt, leider kam davon im Bus außer in den allervordersten Reihen nicht viel an, auch nach Aufforderung zu leise und zu genuschelt!

The full facts about the trip were not disclosed when booking. It wasn’t made clear that despite being out for 9 hours, 5 and a half hours would be spent on the coach. While a comfort break was arranged, approx, 25 minutes, due to the venta only having 2 ladies toilets and was already busy, most people were unable to get a drink. Not worth stopping off at Sentenil, nothing there and too busy with cars/vans trying to navigate the narrow streets and miss visitors, again long queues for toilets.

Uitstap is de moeite waard, beide locaties zijn zeer mooi doch iedereen vond dat we op beide locaties wel een uur meer hadden mogen hebben!!! Iets eten over de middag in Ronda...en dan heb je nog half uurtje om ....veel te kort jammer. Niettemin was het er zeer mooi.

Overall a good trip but personally we would have liked more time in Rhonda we would have been happy to have had 2 trips and more time in both places, it all seemed very rushed and we didn't get to see lots of things in Rhonda that we would have liked too, next time if we book another trip we want to make sure we ask how long we will be spending in the place we are going to and then we will decide if we actually go or not.

Guide José war super. Leider war die Zeit in Ronda zu kurz. Dass der Rückweg über die Passstraße ging hätte vielleicht in der Beschreibung stehen sollen. Die Kurven waren für einige nicht angenehm. Es kam Übelkeit auf.

We hadden 1u in Setenil en dat is vo´ldoende maar slechts 2u30 in Ronda wat veel te weinig is. Te lange terugrit van 2u30 om alle medereizigers af te zetten. Slechte communicatie. Geen aanrader.

Setenil; not at all pedestrian friendly! I didn’t find walking there at all relaxing, especially if you had children, definitely a safety concern. Rhonda; the views were stunning, but I didn’t feel we had enough time there, It felt quite rushed. Rhonda would be better as a trip on its own. The trip for my husband and I was half price, at 90 euros, I would have been extremely disappointed if I had payed full price. The guide was excellent and entertaining.

We loved visiting the shops in the caves in Setenil and Ronda and exploring. The views on the journey were stunning, the guide and driver were friendly and informative, and the day passed very quickly. We seemed to spend a lot of time travelling from one place to another on the coach and not that long in the places we visited. I would have preferred to have just gone to Ronda and spent more time there exploring.

Our pick up was at 8am so never had breakfast spent over an hour on bus picking up from other hotels no toilet on bus the journey to the villages very long when got there not much time to do any sightseeing or having a bite to eat the day was mainly sitting on the bus the villages was lovely shame never got a chance to see more.

De reis er naar toe en terug. Duurde erg lang Het was lang lopen er naar toe als je iets wilde zien. Het weer speelde ook mee, maar daar kunnen jullie niets aan doen. De dag zelf ging niet door die vond plaats op 'n andere dag. Dus opnieuw betalen. Dat geld hebben na 'n week nog steeds niet terug

Op het laatste nippertje onze uitstap moeten annuleren door ziekte/koorts van mijn man. Geen terugbetaling zonder doktersbewijs (dat ons waarschijnlijk meer zou gekost hebben dan de uitstap). Misschien mogelijkheid om volgende week de uitstap te doen? Dàt moeten we nog navragen én afwachten.

In Ronda hadden we graag een uurtje meer tijd willen hebben, ook om even rustig koffie en een broodje te eten. 2 uurtjes was een beetje krap. Een te mooie plek om te kunnen ontdekken.

We have loved everything about our week in Best Triton Belanmadena. Our TUI rep was excellent on local knowledge so we were able to catch local buses to go to Mijas etc. Ronda trip was superb. Best Triton Hotel was second to none excellent. Will definitely book again.

Die Mitarbeiterin hat zwar auch auf Deutsch informiert, aber nicht so umfänglich wie in Englisch. Dadurch, dass wir noch über Schul-Englisch-Kenntnisse verfügen, war es noch akzeptabel.

Guide (Alice/Ali) could have been more of an actual guide in Sentenil where she just sent everyone off. In Ronda, she led 7 German guests around the place while leaving the remainder of an almost full bus to find their own way with minimal directional information. Very disappointing. Being keen on history myself, I found her historical talks sketchy and lacking in flow and cohesion.

Likes: Seeing Spain’s’ lovely countryside with areas of interest being pointed out by the guide. Setenil was lovely. Dislikes: Not being informed before booking that Ronda was very hilly and perhaps not suitable for the more mature guests. Also for the amount charged for the tour I think we could at least have been supplied with a bottle of water

In Ronda fühlten wir uns etwas allein gelassen und mussten uns selbst die Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden. Der Stadtplan war nur bedingt hilfreich. Dafür war die Zeit leider etwas zu knapp. Der Weg zum Busbahnhof gestaltete sich als ortsunkundiger etwas schwierig. Leider konnten wir auch die Stierarena nicht von innen sehen. Setenil war total faszinierend. !

Lieber Robert, Wir - andere Gäste und wir - fanden sich wirklich nett, doch die Führung war nicht wirklich gut. Von Karten ablesen und unterschiedliche Informationen auf deutsch und englisch zu geben ist... ausbaubar. Eine andere Tour, die wir gemacht haben, zeigten uns den Unterschied.

Rhonda is beautiful we would have liked more time there. We were very sad to have Max Grouger again and he was again disorganised and disinterested he spent the whole time walking along starting at his phone, people were shouting out , are you going to speak! We got away from him as quickly as possible this time. We were going to book another trip with TUI but he has put us off, such a shame. They need to consider not using him, people on our trip were very annoyed.

2 hours in Ronda inc. time to look for somewhere to eat and eating leaving 1 1/4 hours in Ronda and 7 hours travelling is not a pleasant excursion. Driver Antonio & guide Robert were very good. Simply Ronda is too far away from Nerja for a worthwhile excursion. Ronda is well worth visiting but the amount of time spent there on this excursion was a waste of money.

we organised this trip with a Tui rep from the h10 hotel, 0ne he has never heard of our hotel the Elba, we were told we would have 4 hours at ronda, we had an one and half hours, I confronted the guide, and he said it isn't possible, I explained that is what we paid for, he wasn't interested. we spent Moree time in the village that we visited that was the plan. the guide was as useful as a chocolate fire guard. a complete and utter waste of time and money.

Ein toller Ausflug mit einem Gide (Robert) der sehr viele interessante Informationen vermittelt hat. Alles war super gut organisiert. Einen Verbesserungsvorschlag hätten wir trotzdem. Die Zeit in Ronda (2 Stunden) ist echt knapp für diese umwerfende Stadt. Eine Stunde mehr wäre absolut hilfreich. Vielleicht können Sie diese Anregung ja aufgreifen. Danke!

Ronda and Sentinel are both amazing places to visit, our only disappointment was that we didn't have enough time in either place; we had approx 45 mins to explore Sentinel and just over 2 hours to explore Ronda.

Too much time in Setinil and not enough time in Ronda, could not visit the old city nor other parts in Ronda as advertised. Most of the audios did not work the guide when informed did nothing about this. The Guide was poor, lack of continuity in what he told you, and was not very well informed about either place.

We both enjoyed the whole trip. Max our guide was very good . He even arranged a lunch overlooking the gorge at Ronda. The only downside for me was the length of time to get to the destination and back. Over 2 hours on a bus each way was quite long

Je souhaite partager mon expérience concernant l’excursion réservée en français : • Bus en ********** de 20 minutes, sans information ni excuse. • Guide uniquement en allemand et anglais, alors que nous avions réservé en français. • À Setenil, petit train inutile vers un garage étrange pour acheter de l’huile d’olive, perdant 30 minutes. • À Ronda, au lieu des 3-4 heures prévues, seulement 2h30 sur place. Je n’ai donc pas bénéficié du service réservé ni du programme annoncé .

we enjoyed our visit to Ronda but felt that the stop at Sentinil was pretty pointless. there was very little to do or see with a lot of time was taken up waiting for and traveling on a tractor driven train. we could have had approx. and extra hour in the lovely town of Ronda.

Guide wasnt very informative, told nothing about bullring or majority of history of Ronda. Headsets provided in the main didnt work. He'd forgot to change the batteries from previous trip. Initial trip to Sentenil we were drove around an industrial unit which served no purpose at all. 1st time on a Tui trip with English n Germans. What commentary there was was one sentence English/one broken German. Not good. 1st time on a TUi trip of being asked to pay the driver a minimum 2€/ person tip!

Der Reiseleiter hat sehr wenig über die Geschichte erzählt. Er las aus dem Handy auf Deutsch vor und konnte sehr schlecht sprechen. Wir fühlten uns verarscht. Voraus hat es geheissen, dass auch eine Deutsch sprechende Reisebegleitung vor Ort sei. Schade.

9 Std Trip, davon 6,5 nur im Bus! Setenil ist einen Ausflug wert, in Ronda einen Schnelldurchlauf mit 1 Std Aufenthalt in einer Bar. Wäre sicher mit einem anderen Guide besser gewesen, hat Infos nur vom Handy abgelesen, in Deutsch gebucht, war aber schlimmer wie bei einem Erstklässler!!!

great trip but had concerns with the guide enjoyed the two towns but guide told us about stuff after we had passed them. also read his notes from phone and requested tips for driver as he doesn’t earn much set by the government german not understood although i not german
