Cette excursion d'une journée de l'Istrie à Venise vous permet de traverser la mer Adriatique en bateau et d'explorer librement cette ville italienne romantique.Vous arriverez avec style au quai San Basilio, en plein cœur de Venise, pour commencer votre découverte de la "Sérénissime". En vous promenant dans ce lieu légendaire, vous aurez tout le temps de repérer quelques-uns des points forts de la ville. Ne manquez pas la légendaire place Saint-Marc, une piazza dominée par la magnifique basilique byzantine Saint-Marc et son beffroi.Faites une promenade en gondole, trouvez autant de ponts que vous le pouvez et entrez et sortez des restaurants classiques - il y a beaucoup de choses à faire ici. Vous vous rendrez par vos propres moyens au port pour quitter Venise en début de soirée et retourner en Croatie après avoir vu l'une des plus grandes villes d'Italie.

Venise a introduit une taxe touristique de 5,00 euros par personne pour entrer dans la ville, qui doit être payée au moins quatre jours avant votre visite, sinon elle s'élève à 10,00 euros. Elle s'applique aux visiteurs de plus de 14 ans de 08h30 à 16h00 et peut être payée en ligne exclusivement sur le site de l'office du tourisme de Venise : https://cda.ve.it.
Jusqu'à présent, les dates auxquelles la taxe de séjour de Venise s'applique en 2026 sont les suivantes : Tous les vendredis, samedis et dimanches des mois d'avril, mai, juin et juillet, plus le 6 avril, le 24 avril et le 3 mai et le 1er juin et le 7 juin.
Il est obligatoire de payer cette taxe de séjour aux dates choisies, sous peine de se voir refuser l'entrée à Venise.
Pour votre information, cette expérience nécessite que vous traversiez la frontière entre la Croatie et l'Italie. Pour que cela se passe le mieux possible, veuillez indiquer le nom et le prénom, la date de naissance, le numéro de passeport ou de carte d'identité, l'autorité qui l'a délivré et la date d'expiration de toutes les personnes inscrites sur cette réservation.

The guides were simply brilliant - approachable informative and ran a very tight ship - the trips they offered on board were brilliant we opted not to take on the meal as wanted to fulfill our goals and feedback was the meal was poor so we made the right decision with that - great fun soooo enjoyable the checking in process was the only thing that let it down with the speed but a unforgettable trip

Overall we enjoyed the trip the ferry crossing was long but very pleasant there was food and drinks on offer as well and the toilets were clean, despite what we had heard,I thought the package on offer was reasonable (gondala ride/boat taxi ride) were good value,we opted for the meal as well which in hindsight was our only mistake, the restaurant wasn't ready for us (even though bookings were in advance,) we lost precious site seeing time,, and the meal was not good.but Venice is a must see

It’s stated as 8hours. It’s actually 1hr hotel to pula with pick ups, 4h travel, 5h in Venice, then check in times, 4h back and 1h back 10h travelling, 5h in Venice and then over an hour check in either side. Venice was ok. Many boats, not quaint, street sellers were just fridge magnets, masks and t shirts

The whole day was just amazing from start to finish. The guides were fantastic and made the trip much more relaxing. They're was nothing not to like about the trip , even though it was a long day and Venice was very very busy.

We loved this trip. It was extremely well organised by Kompass. The package that they offered at 110 euros was worth every penny. We enjoyed the water taxi, the food and the gondola ride. In addition the Kompass guide made the whole visit enjoyable and seamless. Perfect!

The trip was informative and amazing and the opportunity to have the guides arrange the transfers and provide information was helpful. However the toilets on the boat were disgusting and the folding tables needed a good clean. The TUI rep gave us minimal information and informing us about the guided tour which only accepted cash would have been useful.

Missvisande information i denna upplevelse. Vart var turistguiden för kyrkan i Venedig som skulle ingå? Det vi betalade för var bara båtresan fram och tillbaka. Ingen turistguide. Vi fick spendera dubbelt så mycket pengar än planerat för eran falska marknadsföring som inte stämmer överens med bolaget Kompas.

Transfer from hotel to port meant we arrived 1 hour 30 mins before boat sailed. We were advised boat trip would be approx 3 hours, was actually 4 hours with additional 30 mins taxi boat transfer. We would not have booked the trip if we had known it would be 9 hours of boat travel & only 3 hours in Venice!

It would be really helpful if you would be a bit clearer that all you’re providing is a bus to pula and a boat to Venice. So it’s in no way good value as you then have to spend a further £120 pp to actually see and do anything.

Overall the trip to Venice was good beautiful city highly recommend doing the trip although it is a very long day at 6 am start and not back till 9:30 pm. The only criticisms we have was the lunch that was included in the package wasn’t great vegan not catered for, conditions on the catamaran crossing to Venice and coming back weren’t very good no ventilation temperature set to high lots of people got sick and a map should be included one per couple rather than charging everybody €5

As a family who haven’t visited before to have the package that was offered meant that we were given the opportunity to experience a lot within the time we had. The restaurant that we visited had lovely food but we felt that it was a very rushed service. We felt that the service on the boat could have been improved with Wi-Fi and free water.

Prior knowledge that the guided tour is not included. The information about Venice although really helpful was not a guided tour. So the advert and booking details are misleading. There is a lot of upselling on the trip which was really good but also really expensive. We found out after that we could have booked a river taxi for half the price we were charged by the operator of the tour. It would really help to be clearer that the trips total 100 euros per adult for the package.

The trip to Venice was great value for money transfer to pula boat over to Venice and we yes paid 100 eruos for the extras on the boat but as the guide explained one person in a gondola for ride round was 90-110 euros per person the package was great value includes a water bus to St marks square,a meal at lunch time that was very nice a gondola ride and at the end of the day a water taxi back to the boat to Pula don't miss this trip

We were told it was a 3 hour crossing on the catamaran, but it actually took 4 hours so this information was misleading. It shortened the length of time we had in Venice, which was very disappointing. However, I cannot fault our guides they were excellent, the sight-seeing package they offered was good value for money. The historical information they gave us was just at the right level.
