Goede vriendelijke chauffeur. De gids Lalo vertelde de geschiedenis van de Maya en Azteken. Vertelde echt veel en tijdens zijn uitleg betrok hij het groepje erbij. Maakte ons vaak aan het lachen. Lalo en chauffeur en deze excursie is echt aan te bevelen En complimenten voor beide heren. Deze excursie is zeker aan te bevelen.

En guidad tur i ruiner behöver dramatiseras och göras levande. Vår guide pratade väldigt mycket, men mest bara rätt tråkiga redogörelser om varje hus. Jag skulle vilja se lite inlevelse och mer beskrivningar om Mayas historia och platsen de levde på

Niemand is mij op komen halen. Ook hebben ze mijn niet gecontact. Volgens hotel security is er ook niemand aan de poort gekomen (iedereen moet zich registreren aan de poort als ze naar 1 van de 5 hotels op het barcelo resort willen rijden. Nu zegt de lokale partij dat ik niet ben op komen dagen. Ik wil graag mijn geld terug. Ik heb de hele ochtend gewacht en ik ben een halve dag kwijt geraakt.

This was a very poor value for money tour. Spent very little time at the Tulum ruins as we were very quickly through it so we could be taken to an expensive gift shop where the guide was on commission. It cost over £90 for a couple of hours, whereas Chichen Itza was only £110 for an entire day with breakfast and lunch. I honestly feel ripped off with this tour and would not recommend it in any way to anyone, and is poor to be offered by TUI

The tour was as expected. We had a stop on the way at tour company office to balance numbers in vans. I wish I had known we could not bring a plastic water bottle inside the Tulum park as it was very warm and humid. I would have purchased a reusable bottle before the trip. Nestor was our guide and did a good job. The driver as well and I am sorry but not sure how to say or spell his name. Glad for the chance to see and learn about the Mayan civilization.

David was our guide for the morning, and was absolutely superb. Knowledgable, friendly and highly engaging. Also we were a very small group of 6. My husband and I were the only ones from our hotel on the tour. The site itself incredible. Transport felt safe and secure. The only downside was the transport was over 30 minutes late collecting us from our resort. It would be good if there was a tracking facility or some kind of communication to let us know that they are running late.

The tour guide was excellent. Wished TUI had informed us that you couldn’t take any plastic bottles into the national park. We had to buy reusable bottles in the shop before entering the ruins.

Our guide, Ana, was excellent. Knowledgeable, professional and funny. Gave lots of interesting factual information. Tulum was impressive and I'm pleased we visited, but it was a little expensive for a half day excursion.

We thought this trip was brilliant. Our tour guide Micael was very knowledgeable about Tulum, informative and made sure to take time to check everyone was doing alright and answering questions. The only drawback, and wasn't known before the trip, no single use plastic or snacks are allowed to be taken beyond the security checkpoint, so we would recommend taking a reusable water bottle for the trip

Over all we had a good experience. The only problems we had was that the driver didn’t communicate with us in the beginning. He didn’t say anything and we didn’t know he was going to pick up the tour guide one hour later. Also the tour guide didn’t tell us before hand how much time we would have in each place. Over all just needed more communication from the staff

USD 556,00 für eine vierköpfige Familie: völlig überhöht! Bei Anfrage hieß es von TUI, Express Tour würde USD 99/Pers. kosten. Beim Buchen ca. halbe Std. später hieß es, aufgrund des Dollarstandes sei Tour "etwas teurer" (...). Info war: 8 h Abholung Hotel, 1 Std. Fahrt, geführte Tour Maya-Stätte - gebucht "engl", bekommen "engl/spanisch" - 1 Std. Rückfahrt, 12 h Ankunft Hotel. Fakt: 11:30 Uhr Maya-Stätte, nach 14 h Hotel. Subunternehmer. Guide/Fahrer nett. Würden wir nicht wieder buchen.

Super god guide, Anna, som kompetent ledte os på turen. Selvom det kun var en halvdagstur, havde guide og chauffør, sørget for både koldt vand, bananer, chips og kolde sodavand. Virkelig en fremragende service. Turen tog lidt over 6 timer, hvilket var en perfekt længde, hvor turen ikke blev for lang.

Tulum is sited on cliffs overlooking a beautiful view and very interesting. Well worth a visit. This trip is good if you just want to go straight to the site and back. The guide was good, but did not accompany us around the site as other guides did - so perhaps we did not learn as much as we could. Lots of souvenir shops just outside of the site and some places to eat and drink; all in a secure area so feels safe. We were provided with water and a banana on the return journey which was welcome.

I wish that we had more time at the ruins. After the tour guide spoke, there wasn’t much time to look at the shops, eat, look at the ocean, etc. felt rushed. no time to eat so all I had all day was the snacks on the tour van but I was grateful for those. Van driver was very nice. Tour guide was good but I had a hard time understanding his English.

Our guide, Lalo, was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience rewarding, learning about the Mayan culture & about Mexico more generally. He broke the ice in the group and moved us seamlessly through the entry, the site & the exit. It was quite a long transfer, but we were kept entertained. Pick-up was on time and efficient. All in all we would recommend this trip, (with this guide & driver, Ramon)

Our guide Myriam was so knowledgeable about the ruins and made the tour fun with a good sense of humour. She gave great suggestions on where to get the best photos and offered to take some too. I was also surprised by the driver giving us fresh moist towelettes with snacks after the walk as my ticket said food not included. They also provided water and umbrellas for shade. Such a great service and trip

Tydlig information om att engångs plastflaskor och plastpåsar inte får införas på området. In informerar om att ta med dryck, vi fick slänga hela vår flaska. Upplys om att ta med dryck i återanvändbar flaska. En av deltagarna blev medtagen av förlite vätska.

Guiden talade så mycket att det blev väldigt lite tid över till att se resmålet. Vill man tala så mycket kan man gärna göra det i bussen och inte på plats. Noll känsla för att hålla sig till en lagom nivå. Sedan var stället väl turistiskt med samling i souvenirbutiker, bad ändå om en utflykt där vi gärna slipper detta. Bättre ni informerar om det så man vet vad utflykten inehåller och då även tar tid från det man betalt för

Abholung am Hotel mit einem kleinen Bus, Ezequiel ist sicher gefahren. Ana, unsere Reiseführerin, hat im Bus schon viel über die Region, Tierwelt und Tulum erzählt und war sehr freundlich und hervorragend informiert. In Tulum gibt es ein paar touristische Shops, wo man eine Refill-Bottle kaufen kann. Sonnenschutz, Wasser und Hut notwendig! Eine sehr informative Tour vor Ort mit Ana und ca 1,5 Std freie Zeit haben vollkommen ausgereicht, bevor wir mittags wieder im Hotel waren! Sehr zu empfehlen

Loved the tour guide Christina, she was very informative, funny and we felt safe with her as our guide. Norbert our driver was also very good, very hospitable, ensuring we had water and snacks. I did feel it could have been made more clear the amount of walking required by Tui before booking. There was also strict rules that had to be followed and Tui should have made us aware of these beforehand eg no football or national colours allowed and no plastic bottles.

Tour guide run through the site, speaking very quickly starting before the group actually caught up so missed alot of history. Time given to visit market which is not what i expected from the tour, id rather would have had more guided time and learn about culture than go shops.

Mini Bus very uncomfortable with not a great deal of leg room. Tolum as been spoilt as a historic site and is now a tourist attraction. You no longer see an acient site coming out of the sea but a long tourist walkway after shops and a collection of buildings roped off. It as lost its romance.

The trip was really interesting and the tour guide brilliant! Tulum is beautiful and learning about the Mayans very interesting. The travel time to get there was 2 hours 30 minutes not as advertised. Not the most comfortable vehicle for that long! Coming back a bit quicker. Travel times in both trips not very accurate.

Terrible insight on the Tui app.....does not mention anywhere that plastic water bottles cannot be taken to ruins meaning in 35 degree midday sun we had no water. It does tell you to take swimming shorts though that are definitely not required. The app needs to be more informative

anderhalf uur rijden enkel in ongemakkelijk busje, wel leuke site, leuke luchtige gids, maar weinig uitleg. uurtje vrije tijd om wat rond te hangen, foto's te nemen of de shops te verkennen.. geen mogelijkheid tot zwemmen of snorkelen. Lekkere snack, ook water en zonnen paraplu beschikbaar Al bij al wel tof, maar voor de uitleg (en de tequila tasting) moet je het niet doen ..

Not long enough at Tulum Ruins we didn't see it all, it was quite rushed round then when we got back to the shopping area we didn't have enough time to eat, shop etc, it took longer to get there and back than the actual time at Tulum itself, we arrived very early 8am, but beware it it's very hot and humid so take non plastic water bottles as this is a must to get you round the tour, keep drinking! The tour guide was very I very knowledgeable so enjoyed it but it was very hot indeed!!

Whole day was excellent...it may have been an early start but so well worth it...getting to Ek Ballam early is a must before it gets busy and too hot. Thank you to our excellent guide Chang who was very informative and to our driver for getting us there and back safely. Trip to Cenote excellent together with buffet lunch which was yummy. Day finished off nicely in Valladolid to briefly see a true Mexican down and an opportunity to get an ice-cream or coffee.Thank you !

The site is quite exposed, a sun hat is essential. The views from the cliffs are spectacular and the wildlife on the site is disconcertingly approachable.

De gids deed het heel goed, er was veel ruimte voor vragen en flexibiliteit in het programma. Het was wel extreem heet, wat overigens goed opgevangen werd met koude doekjes en een flesje water bij de auto. De kleine groep maakte veel interactie mogelijk.

Overall, the experience was very basic: there was a pick up at the hotel, entry to Tulum where the guide talked for 5 min and then we got back. It literally is a short visit to Tulum. As the experience mentioned to bring swim wear, we packed all of our stuff and then it seemed that this was not included in the package. Also the “snacks and drinks” are “just” a bottle of water and a dry cookie. We did very much appreciate the cold towels after our temple visit though!

Belle excursion pour découvrir Tulum. Un peu cher dans l'ensemble. Nous avions réservé l'excursion en Français spécialement pour permettre à nos enfants de comprendre. Nous nous sommes retrouvés dans un groupe d'américains et la majeure partie des explications ont été données en anglais. Également, il n'est pas nécessaire de prendre du matériel de bain. Cela alourdi vos sacs. Il n'y a pas de baignade de prévue. Mais la visite vaut bien tout cela.

David was an excellent driver, we only had 6 people in our group so pick ups were swift & we didn’t wait for late comers. We were offered iced water, crisps, fruit & cookies. Patricio was a great guide, very knowledgable & spoke to us only under shade which was appreciated. Upon return to the van we were offered cold towels which went down a treat! Would definitely recommend.

The architectural site at Tulum is really interesting and certainly worth a visit. I have visited before but without a tour guide and so this time we opted for the guided tour. Our guide was excellent and answered all our questions. Unfortunately the time at the ruins felt very hurried and then we were left for over an hour to wander round the souvenir shops! Definitely recommend offering more time at the ruins, (even if it is just free time following the tour to explore the rest of the site)

The tour was short which was good due to the temperature. It was a 45 min walk around the ruins. It was a small tour bus 12 people which was great as we didn’t have to wait for a big coach of people and there were only 3 hotels to pick up from.

Was advised regarding safety and sunstroke etc. We had a great time and loved learning more about Mayan history, only thing to note is that it is very warm and a bit of walking so if you struggle with this then might not be the best tour. The tour is in a small minivan which made two stops and then brought us to a shopping area at Tulum. We were given 10 mins shopping because the guide, Mario, was arriving late. He showed up 20 mins later and then allowed stragglers to dawdle. He was knowledgeable and kind but starting late made it the hottest part of the day. He gave no info on the long walk to the ruins (20 mins) unlike other guides, though we suggested it. Water, bananas and cookies available in van. Good driver.

Fijn dat het maar een halve dag was. Gabby de gids was zeer informatief en leerde ons zelfs wat Spaans. Je kon alles vragen en ze gaf ons genoeg tijd om op je gemak zelf alles te bekijken. De chauffeur Salvador reed voor Mexicaanse begrippen erg goed. Er waren meer dan genoeg koekjes, bananen en water voor ons.

Le point négatif était que l'excursion n'a pas été fait en français, alors que lorsque nous avons réservé il était bien dit visite en français. Donc à rectifier. Visite faite le mardi 28 février 2023. Point positif : la visite était bien.

Leider war der Fahrer an einem anderen Treffpunkt als wir. Tui hat sich aber sehr rasch und effizient darum gekümmert und wir konnten am nächsten Tag die Tour mitmachen. Die Tour an sich, können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Loved it but it says 2-4 hrs long and it’s double that. It took an hour to pick up other guests and then it’s a 2 hr drive to Tulum. Our guide knew her stuff and we really enjoyed our day but we boarded our bus at 6.35am and was dropped back at our hotel at 2.30pm which is pretty much 8 hrs not 2-4!!

Tulum was really good trip but due to roadworks it took us 3 1/2 hours to return to the hotel making it a really long day , if we had been told when we made the booking we wouldn't have gone

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht in Ordnung! Statt der angekündigten 6 Pers. waren wir plötzlich 15 im Minibus. Snack war eine Banane und Kekse. Der Guide war zwar super und nett, stand aber nur 20min zur Verfügung. Vom Fahrer wurde ihm gesagt er solle sich kurz fassen. Mehr Informationen zu den Maya-Ruinen wären nett gewesen, anstatt Stunden alleine herumlaufen. Trotz allem sollte man die Maya-Ruinen in Tulum gesehen haben!

il n'y avait pas d'autres européens dans l'établissement, uniquement des canadiens et américains. l'excursion à Tulum a été mal organisée. Il devait s'agir d'une demi journée et je suis partie à 6h30 pour rentrer à l'hotel à 15h30. J'aurai du avoir un guide francophone ! et la veille on m'informe que ce sera en anglais ! bref pas professionnel du tout. Le représentant sur place était invisible... et aucun guide dans les bus, uniquement des chauffeurs qui parlent espagnols.
