Besonders gefallen hat uns das Personal dort. Sie nehmen sich Zeit und sind geduldig. Einzig negativ, man sollte deutlich in der Beschreibung erwähnen das Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung diesen Ausflug nicht buchen sollten. Die Ausrüstung wiegt mehr als man denkt !

Our guide Lea was absolutely fantastic, taking us through the safety briefing in the Nautical Centre and the practice run in the pool before taking us out to sea. She was extremely calm and informative and I felt totally at ease when we made it to the open water! We saw so many types of fish and were lucky enough to see a turtle! A genuinely incredible experience that I'd recommend to anyone who's ever considered giving it a go!

Had a fantastic time and instructor was fantastic. The only thing I didn't like was there was no option to get videos taken when booking and then to find out other members of group got videos taken as paid for this in advance, Tui should do the same as this is a once in a life time experience for some of us to then find out no pictures or videos included of dive, this is very disappointing, only reason for lower score. Get finger out Tui and offer this option or be part of the excursion.

Die Trainerin war einfach überragend. Empatisch, geduldig und jederzeit aufmerksam. Ich fühlte mich jederzeit sicher und konnte mich voll auf das Taucherlebnis konzentrieren. Das war insgesamt eine phantastische Erfahrung!

I have just completed the beginners scuba dive. The dive itself was great, the instructor was very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt safe whilst diving. I saw beautiful fish and sharks. I have unfortunately knocked off a star as on return to my hotel, I noticed my side pocket on my handbag was unzipped and €5 was missing. You leave your belongings on a shelf which is not secure - any customers, staff, randoms off the street can access them. You can’t take belongings with you.

I’m not the strongest swimmer, never dived before. This gave me the opportunity to learn how. Fantastic for beginners and experienced divers. Leelo was absolutely brilliant; kept me calm, and without her encouragement and support, I would have bailed out. Saw lots of beautiful fish and a ship wreck! I would recommend this for anyone who wants to start diving, and is just as enjoyable for those more experienced with diving. My husband has dived before, and he loved it! Shout out to Leia too :-D

Onze zoon is twee keer geweest, 1e keer was t 1 op 1, heel luxe natuurlijk. De instructrice deed het ook super goed. De tweede keer zwembad gedeelte overgeslagen, daarna naar een wrak wezen duiken. Geweldige ervaring vind hij het!! Het is dat we bijna naar huis gingen anders had ie misschien wel voor zijn brevet gegaan.

We did a trial dive as a family of 4 (youngest 13). Dive instructor was very calm and assuring - particularly helping my wife to assist her on her first dive. I have done similar experience before and found this one to be a higher standard on safety practices.

Jag besökte detta dykcenter med mina två söner 16 och 13 år gamla. Ingen av oss hade gjort ett dyk med tuber tidigare, två gör fridykning i poolen. Detta var en utmärkt upplevelse, bra hantering, både i den korta teorin, pooldyket och öppetvattendyket. Ned till 10 m var djupare än vad jag trodde att vi skulle gå, men Aurora vår guide och teamet hanterade det utmärkt. Alla mycket vänliga och liten grupp på 5. Cap Verde är inte Röda havet, men för oss nybörjare var det perfekt. Lite blåsigt men ok

I was one on one which was very good ,she had a lot of patience with me as I struggled with breathing, following the instructions that I had to do. I was not able to complete the tasks before going into the sea and I felt I was not ready to enter the sea ,I will keep trying to understand why i struggled with breathing and practice if I can,some way to enjoy diving. The lady still let my enjoy the maximum time diving in the swimming pool where it was safe for me ,I will get in the sea some day

I really enjoyed the friendly and professional staff. Especially, Wendy and Aurora! Both were amazing. I have never dived before in my life. Both took the time and patience to teach me the proper techniques. Also, in my first attempt in the pool, I was feeling a bit uneasy but both managed to calm me and make the whole experience smooth. I did not have any issues from that point onwards.

Er war für mich ein Erlebnis. Erst wurde kurze Einweisung gemacht. Dann Übung im Poolbecken. Und dann ging es ins Meer. Ca 15 Minuten ca 5 Meter tief. Es ist wirklich zu empfehlen wenn man mal Tauchen probieren will. 5 x Daumen hoch.

If you are young and fit you will really enjoy the experience, Wendy the instructor is really good she knows what she is talking about, I’m in my 60’s now and not as fit as I was, was ok in the pool when learning, was not sure when got in the sea so didn’t do the last bit, but like I say if you are young and fit you will enjoy the experience.

I recently had the pleasure of going on a diving experience with a company that truly put their professionalism and friendliness on display. The company I went with was exceptional in every way; they helped me feel comfortable with the diving equipment, made sure I knew what to expect, and were really just great people to be around. But the real highlight of the trip was the diving experience itself. We got to explore thel depths of the ocean and it was truly a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

I found the guide very good & experienced. I enjoyed the first part which was a pool dive but unfortunately I found it quite bad on my heartburn and they advised it would be worse in the sea as you go deeper. I would not have booked had I know this was a potential issue. I also later saw that the company used offer just a pool dive course which was €30 cheaper and was annoyed this wasn’t on offer with TUI as felt I had been short changed already due to cutting trip short due to condition.

Carlos was amazing. He talked about the island on the way to shark bay. When we arrived in shark bay he gave us so much information about the bay and the sharks. It was a great experience.

1. sjåfør var sen til pickup point. 2. guide var nøye, god opplæring og flink. 3. lokalt personell var litt kaotisk mtp frakt fra havn til dykkeplass og tilbake. 4. guide var flink og rolig i vann, fulgte godt opp og man følte hun passer godt på oss.

Incroyable! En une vingtaine de minutes, Christie nous a appris les bases nous permettant de plonger en mer pour la première fois. Nous avons côtoyé deux tortues, un requin nourrice et une diversité d’autres poissons. Nous sommes tellement ravis de cette expérience que nous avons repris rendez-vous aujourd’hui pour une deuxième session (sans le mini cours en piscine). Christie est tres sympathique et professionnelle. Un vrai plaisir!

The overall experience was very enjoyable. The staff where very attentive and our safety was very important to them. Once you arrive they give you health questionnaire. During the pool diving trial the staff was willing to spend time with people individually if they were struggling to make you feel comfortable and safe. You get a safety briefing and get shown how far you will be going before the boat ride to the diving location. The diving was fun and will definitely do it again.

My instructor was Monica. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. There was 5 people on my experience. She made sure everyone was looked after. The trip was a out 4 hours with time in the pool and an open water dive. I've done a few of these try dives and this trip was by far the best

Excellent experience to try scuba diving. It was enough training with theory instruction & going in swimming pool first. Dive was great, conditions on day very good. Instructor was excellent, couldnt be more helpful. Thoroughly recommend anyone to try this.

Zdecydowanie polecam ludziom, którzy oczekuja czegos wiecej niz tylko lezenia przy basenie. Wprowadzenie e basenie daje mozliwosc przygotowania sie do nurkowania, które jest niesamowitym przezyciem. Podczas swojego nurkowania widzialem rekina, murene i plaszczke. Fajna jak by byla mozliwosc dostania zdjec/filmiku z nurkowania.

Følte virkelig man fik en oplevelse for sine penge. Som førstegangs dykker var det en rigtig god intro og gav mig bestemt lyst til at udfordre det mere. Skønt og nærværende personale som gav en tryk og gennemført oplevelse. Kan kun anbefales.
