Situate alle estremità opposte del Golfo di Kastela, Spalato e Trogir offrono due visioni contrastanti del passato. La vostra giornata inizia a Spalato, una città sorprendente costruita all'interno delle mura del Palazzo dell'imperatore romano Diocleziano. Passeggiando per i suoi corridoi e cortili in pietra, non vi limitate a visitare le antiche rovine, ma vi muovete in un luogo che sembra ancora molto vivo. Un tempo le troupe cinematografiche si trovavano esattamente dove vi trovate ora, poiché il centro storico di Spalato è stato utilizzato come location per le riprese di "Game of Thrones".Avrete tempo per passeggiare a vostro piacimento: fermatevi per il pranzo, curiosate nei piccoli negozi, oppure sistematevi e osservate il mondo che passa. Visiterete due mercati e farete uno spuntino tipico a Mlinice Pantana, prima di dirigervi a Trogir.Una volta arrivati a Trogir, noterete un'atmosfera più tranquilla e compatta su questa piccola isola appena al largo. Il suo centro storico sembra quasi congelato nel tempo, con strade strette, piazze eleganti e architettura medievale. Al centro si trova la Cattedrale di San Lorenzo, che ospita il notevole portale di Radovan. Insieme, Spalato e Trogir mostrano due facce della Dalmazia, quella energica e quella frenetica, ed è questo contrasto che fa sì che la giornata rimanga con voi.

Diese Tour (von insgesamt 4) war eigentlich für Montags mit deutscher Reisebegleitung geplant. Sonntagabend wurde diese dann-ohne Angabe von Gründen-,abgesagt. Ersatzweise könne man und aber am Donnerstag (Tag der Abreise anbieten) eine geführte Tour anbieten. Leider mussten wir dann auf die englisch geführte Tour zurückgreifen. Da haben wir zwar viel verstanden, aber leider nicht alles. Da ist mein Spanisch besser. Die beiden Städte sollte man sich aber unbedingt ansehen. Der Guide war eine 10.

2 gode flotte byer, meget god pause stop med lidt mad og drikke. Giden snakkede alt for meget, både under tur og i bussen. Alt ustruktureret, springer fra emne til emne. Og så var der ikke så meget tid tilbage for selv gå rundt.

It was enjoyable, but tiring. Didn't think it was worth stopping at a cafe/restaurant in Trogir, in a bit of a scruffy location, for a bit of ham and cheese on bread. Our Guide was very helpful and pleasant, and negotiated the crowds and business of Split as best she could, but we didn't get a lot of free time because of going to Trogir also.

The guide and driver were fantastic. Unfortunately the Aircon on the bus was non existent and I felt quite unwell during the long journeys. I would not recommend this trip unless the transport was changed.

This was a long day. By the guides own admission, the group was too large (46). It actually took 75 minutes to collect all the guests from various hotels (we were collected first and dropped of last due obviously to being furthest away). I would suggest having two or three smaller groups OR just collecting guests on two or three smaller buses and shuttling to one meeting point to transfer to one larger coach.

Whilst we enjoyed visiting both Split and Trogir, it was too much to do in one day. We were picked up at 8am in a large coach and then made several stops at other hotels along the way. It ended up taking us 3-hours to get to Split as we had to use the coast road all the way from Igrane! I would recommend that you use smaller mini-buses from each hotel to improve the journey times.

I feel that the trip should be to only one destination. There was so much to see , and very little time at each site . There was so tour guild had so much information to give , that maybe just at one site and not so rushed . Also it should be stated that if you are any way unable to walk with sticks , unaided then it’s probably not suitable

Excellent Tour Guide, confident, experienced and amusing. Felt 46 people was excessive, as trying to communicate information of the attractions was hard to hear because of numbers and crowds. Because of traffic congestion we were late arriving in Split, so things had to be trimmed slightly. Also four hotel pick-ups got annoying. Maybe because of this, just do Split as the outing. Cannot praise the Guide and Driver enough, really professional.

This was a very long day but well worth it and doing Split second worked well with a snack and pit stop which was lovely. However, the trip took place on one of the hottest day of the year - we where advised it was 46 degrees! We were crammed on a minibus with failed air con and it was like being ferried round in a mobile sauna. The guide was knowledgeable and friendly but she moved so quick and we got separated from the group at one point, missing out on a venue.That said a good, if long day

The guide Vincenzo was very knowledge and engaging. The guided tours were jam packed full of information & exceptionally organised and detailed to timing noted. Well informed of the plans for the day. Only point for improvement would be on booking being clear of the time of return (trip said “full day” - we were back approx 7-15pm after departing at 8am). That said we had a fantastic day, learned lots and would highly recommend.

Both Towns are beautiful, but trying to squeeze both into 1 trip is too much. Would be better to have more free time by doing each town separately, lots to see but no time to do it all. Feel we know more about the guides family than we do about 2 ancient towns

I enjoyed visiting the two places. The downside was being out for nearly 12 hours in total. Pick up was 8.10 am and we eventually got back at 7.45. This trip needs to be adjusted so there are at lease 50% less pick up. You need to split the trip and ony pick up hotels close together. I would say 100% of every one on this trip would agree.

There were too many pick ups on the way which delayed us getting to split. Then we only had 2hrs in split after guided tour to look around which was not really enough time.to explore and have something ro eat. Then the coach was late as it broke down the guide was apologetic even though it was not her fault. We left late and the stop on the way at the mills was only 30mins the food was dry I am guessing it had been out a while since we were late. Then at Trogir we only had about 55mins

Der Guide hat vieles wiederholt erzählt und wirkte nicht sicher in den Fakten, die sie erzählen sollte. Führungen waren sehr lang, daher wenig Zeit für Freizeit. Trogir und Split sind zu viel an einem Tag, besser separat anbieten. Beim Snack wurde nicht auf Allergien, Vegetarisch etc. eingegangen. Location für Snack war schön gewählt. Besser wäre allerdings diesen während der Fahrt zu machen um keine Zeit zu verschwenden. Keine Toilettenpause bei >2h Rückfahrt geht gar nicht!

Reiseführerin hat bereits während der Fahrt interessant Infos zur Umgebung und Geschichte gegeben und es fand ein schöner Rundgang durch Split und Trogir statt. Die Zeit ist leider viel zu kurz. Hier wäre besser nur ein Ausflug nach Split anzubieten und Trogir separat ( ggf. mit einem anderen Ziel z.b. nur Stadt Omis) anzubieten. Dann wäre der Ausflug etwas entspannter.

Die Abholung per Bus von Hotel war immer pünktlich. Die "Reiseleitung" hat zwar immer geprallt, dass sie für sämtliche Regionen zertifiziert sei aber man hat auf der Fahrt nichts erfahren. Vor Ort nur von Infotafel zu Infotafel von das offensichtliche nur wiederholt. Es wurde keine Rücksicht auf Toilette Pausen genommen. Waren knapp 11h unterwegs und nur knapp 4h in den Städten inklusive Führung! Preis-Leistung gleicht an Abzocke!!!

In both places tickets for the cathedral were included. The guide took us in, talked for 10 minutes then took us out again. No opportunity to explore the cathedrals by ourselves. Split was delightful but we didn’t have enough time there - again the guide spent too long talking. The mill was a waste of time

Die Reise in die zwei wunderschönen Städte Trogir und Split hat sehr viel Spaß bereitet. Die Reiseleiterin Svonka war ausgezeichnet und informierte uns umfassend über alles Wichtige, sei es der geschichtliche Hintergrund, Kunstgeschichte, Geografie, Klima oder Land und Leute. Wat een geweldige excursie, Onze Gids Vincent en chauffeur Miro waren professioneel en zorgden voor een topdag. Vincent weet zoveel te vertellen en zit vol met kennis over de stad, omgeving, tempels, godsdienst verteld hier heel enthousiast over. Tijdens de reis was er gelukkig ook tijd en ruimte voor een toiletbezoek en een kop koffie. In SPLIT en TROGIR krijg je ook voldoende tijd en ruimte om zelf de stad te ontdekken. De locatie tijdens de lunch (snack) was ook erg verrassend.

In Split hätten wir etwas mehr Zeit benötigt und die Führung war sehr trocken. Auf den Imbis (Brot mit etwas Belag und einem Glas Wein) hätte man gut verzichten können. Auch der Aufe´ndhalt in Trogir hätten wir ebenfalls verzichtet, aber das ist sicherlich Geschmacksache.

It was a very full day. We were the first pick up and it took about 2 hours to pick up all the other guests. I'm not complaining about that but it is a long time to be sat on a bus, particularly as some guests weren't ready so we spent unnecessary time in my opinion, hanging around waiting for them. Vincent was an excellent guide. Split was overwhelmingly busy. Trogir was more pleasant and enjoyable but by 5:00 you could see that all the guests were absolutely exhausted.

Für uns war der Tag in Split und Trogir sehr schön und fast schon zu informativ. Beide Orte haben eine sehr schöne Altstadt und unser Reiseführer hat uns ab den Einstieg in den Bus über den kompletten Tag mit sehr interessanten Dingen unterhalten. Wir haben in Split einen Teil des Palastes angeschaut und hatten danach ca 1 Std Freizeit. Dann ging die Fahrt weiter nach Trogir. Unterwegs hatten wir eine kleine Rast in einem reg. Rest., bevor wir weiter nach Trogir fuhren u. durch die Altstadt bumm

Was a long day fitting both Split and Trogir into the same trip. I and many of the other guests expressed how would have been better to do both places on srperate excursions as there was not enough time in either place to fully experience their beauty. Our guide was amazing an went out his way to ensure we git the best out of the limited time we had.

Tolle Tour, wunderschön. Sehr gute Reiseleitung. Gechichtlich zuviel mit Jahreszahlen erzählt, die man sich eh nicht merken kann. Ohne Kopfhörer war es auch nicht immer zu verstehen, wenn man nicht direkt vorne steht. Wäre besser für die Tour, gerade wenn viele dabei sind. Insgesamt aber ein toller Ausflug, wunderschön und toll. Weiter zu empfehlen.

The price was a little high for the experience, Joseph was brilliant and very knowledgeable on everything we saw, the snacks in the restaurant were not good as the cheese and meat combo wasn’t for everyone, especially as the cheese was a little hard and had the rubbery look. The location of the restaurant was lovely just the food wasn’t great to be honest. We enjoyed everything else immensely. Everything else was great.

Our guide Josep, was fantastic! Very informative and balanced the length of the tour just right, to give us enough information in both towns and allowing enough time for free wander. The trip was really good value for money and alot was packed in but without feeling it was too much. The stop off for lunch at a former water mill was lovely. Trogir and Split are amazing places to visit. Would definately recommend.

Joseph tour guide was great. Very friendly, welcoming & knowledgeable. Tour was a lovely day & enjoyed the free time to explore. Feel trip quite pricy (were a family of 5) but if you can go and explore Trogir and Split then definitely do.

Großen Dank an die Tui-Mitarbeiterin die uns begleitet hat, super nett und sehr gute und ausführliche Erläuterungen der beiden Städte. Auf jedenfall ein muss diesen Ausflug zu machen.

Wir waren rundherum sehr zufrieden. Die Reisebegleitung war super und sehr sympathisch. Der Busfahrer hat uns sicher ans Ziel gebracht. Wir konnten viel über die Stadt Split und Trogir erfahren. Vielleicht wäre etwas mehr Zeit in Trogir möglich, um die kleinen Gassen zu erkunden.

Lite långt i split efter guidningen men vi hade tonåringar med oss som var ovilliga att gå runt efter guidningen. Själva guidningen var bra ??. Lite lång dag bara 12 Tim efter upphämtning vid busshållplatsen ovanför hotellet till tillbaka på kvällen.

This is a excellent day out to two UNESCO attractions We have previously been 3 times , but why this time we had to spend over 2 hours travelling to Split by the Coast Road to pick up 2 People from 2 Miles out off Split Spoilt the day with the New Road around Omis & The Motorway available it did not make sense & the same coming back ????

Pas de guide parlant même un peu le français,pour aucune des excursions proposées depuis le tui blue makarska. Mais les prix restent les mêmes !!!

Lange busreis ,in totaal +- 5 u in bus gezeten . Aankomst s'avonds in het hotel iis er nog weinig tijd om rustug te dineren .Om 21 u werd het eten al afgeruimd !
