We were dropped off near the new Rhodes area and told we would be picked up at Kolona sea gate. We hen asked where that was the guide pointed and said that way. Most of our time there was stressed by not knowing where we were going to meet the coach. When we eventually found out where to go we spoke to others who had spent the time stressing as we did. What made it worse was the coach passed exactly where we were to be picked up, they could quite easily pointed out the collection point as they

Rhodes Town was beautiful. The transfer was 2 hours long with too many pick ups. On arrival in Rhodes Town the tour guide was extremely rude & told those with just a transfer to meet at Seagate at 10.20 with no instruction where that was. We spent half hour looking for it before we could start to enjoy our experience

When the coach stopped at destination the TUI rep that was doing the guided tour for those that were doing it got them of the coach then told the rest of us to go the the sea gates after being rude to a bloke that was talking to the driver then his wife. When I got of the coach with my son I asked her which way was it to the sea gates she ignored me twice and on the third time she said down there. I had to search it up on google maps. This was unacceptable

Sjåfør forsto ikke engelsk. Fikk bare beskjed om "back, back" når vi spurte om hentestedet på kvelden. Stor forvirring. Fikk også beskjed om å vente på guide(?). Dette var jo ikke en guidet tur. Flere var engstelige hvordan vi skulle finne bussen på kvelden.

As there was mixed nationalities and mixed trips it was very confusing, some were German, some English, some transfer only. Different guides got on to talk to there various groups. When we got dropped off we asked where we were being picked up and at what time. We were told to walk back for about 20 minutes and then ask someone where the Kolona gate was. Why couldn't they have dropped us off there first with clear instructions on the pickup as they had driven passed it??

Die Info über die Abfahrtsstelle war etwas irritierend, da es nicht die Ankunftstelle war, wie bei Ausflügen in denvergangen Jahren. Es wurde nur "Seetor" genannt und nach Rückfrage wurde man auf das Internet hingewiesen. Die sorgte für kurze Panik unter den Mitreißenden, einige liefen kurz vor der Abfahrt zum Hafen vor.

Coach dropped us off quite away from entrance to Rhodes town. This was because there were people doing dinner cruises & others on a different trip on a boat. Someone came on coach in a rush to get those people off, then said quickly to the rest of us pick up will be at 10.20pm by Marine gate, it’s the biggest gate, you can’t miss it. She then got off as quick as she came on. No directions to where this was!! First of all, pick up should have been at 10pm, & no one had a clue where this gate was.

We were dropped off in one place and told the pickup point was in a different place, we were not given any information or directions just told what the pickup place was called, things like that are fine if you are familiar with the surroundings but I was not it was my first ever visit to Rhodes and it left me feeling very vulnerable.

Hei. Opplegget med oppmøte fungerte fint. Det burde vært bedre formidlet at oppmøte for opphenting var ved "sea gate" og at man skulle ha samme bussnummer hjem. Laget ett ark med kartutsnitt og litt info som kunne bli delt ut? Rodos by var flott. Oppmøte for hjemturen fikk fint etter å ha funnet ut hvor Sea Gate var. Bussjåfør hjem med buss 013 var ikke bra. Kjørte "vel fort" i svingene ut fra rodos by og ut til hovedvei. Kjørte "oppi" en moped med 2 på, før en farlig forbikjør. i en sving.

Bussin Haku paikka oli epäselvä, myös bussin opas ilmoitti lähtöpaikan epäselvästi ja sijainti ei ollut selkeä. Moni matkalainen oli hieman stresseissä, kun ei ollut varma noutopaikasta ja bussitkin tulivat myöhässä.

Wir haben den reinen Transfer nach Rhodos bei Nacht gebucht - wurden pünktlich abgeholt und haben noch Zeit „geschenkt“ bekommen, da wir bei dem abholen Zeit verloren hatten durch andere Urlauber. Wir alle wurden am Ort für die Guide-Tour rausgelassen und mussten dadurch 10min wieder in die andere Richtung laufen für die Altstadt. Das hätte man noch besser lösen können für Leute mit und ohne Tour durch die Stadt.

Super ist, dass es überhaupt die Möglichkeit zum Transfer gibt. Schade ist nur, dass erst Sekunden vor dem Ausstieg eine Dame den Bus betritt und Hektik verbreitet wo man sich am Ende wieder trifft. Vorschlag: Einen Zettel in die Hand drücken mit den genauen Standortdaten und Uhrzeit für den Rücktransfer bzw. ne Mail. Alles in allem aber eine gute Alternative, da vonLindos aus ansonsten fast nur das teure Taxi in Frage kommt. TUI bleibt aber erste Wahl. TUI ist ein top Veranstalter.Daumen hoch.

When we arrived in town guide on bus was rushing had to ask driver where pick up point was he told us where we where dropped off we returned there on time bus was at different point screen people left stranded with young children and elderly people had to get taxi back to hotel at great expense very disappointed

Man bekam von den Guides den Eindruck vermittelt, wenn man nur den Transfer ohne so einem ********** Guide gebucht hat, ist/war man unten durch. Man bekam irgendeine Info bezüglich Rückfahrt und Abfahrtsort! Bus war dann keiner (mehr) vor Ort. Mussten uns ein Taxi organisieren - zahlt uns das Tui??? Werde nie wieder so einen Transfer über Tui buchen!!

Vi kørte med bus 013 (MAN ZTE-6541) med ankomst 16:40 ved hotel stoppestedet. Ankomst til Rhodos by 17:23 men sat af i modsatte ende end afhentnings stedet (vi fik af guiden på hotellet (Jessica) at vide at ankomst/ afhentning var samme sted). En Engelsk talende guide fortalte vi ville blive afhentet 22:20 (20 minutter senere end angive af både Jessica og i mailen med billetten) "At the Seagate" - og at vi bare kunne Google "hvor det var".

Coach trip was great. We got off the coach only for the guide team to inform us that we wouldn’t be picked up from there but from the “sea gate”. It has been 40 years since I have been in Rhodes town and had no idea where that was. When we asked, all that was said was “you’ll find it, you can’t miss it”. There was no help, no maps. The booking said that we’d be provided with a login for an app that would help - that wasn’t provided either. Disappointing- total lack of support.

We were encouraged by our TUI rep to take the coach transfer to Rhodos instead of making our own plans to use a daily shuttle bus. The reason being it would take only 1 hour and be fully air conditioned. The bus was full and had no air conditioning, it was dirty and boiling hot and took 1 hour 30 minutes with lots of pick up stops. When we arrived in Rhodos there was no clear instructions given on where our pick up point was, a tour guide took the passengers doing her guided tour and left!

Coach journey was fine until we got to destination tour guide then got on the bus told us where we would be picked up and time which did not correspond with the email when we booked different location for pick up and different time very confusing for everyone who was on the trip we left Rhodes old town an hour before so we could start trying to find and get to pick up point in fear of missing the coach for return journey

Transfer itself was fine and Rhodes town is lovely. It was chaos trying to get back. The pick up location is different from drop off and this caused panic as it wasn’t explained well. On return, the guide told us the wrong bus number and it was carnage trying to find someone who could help given the hundreds of people and tens of buses leaving. Guides seem more interested in tour groups than transfer only customers. Transfer ran late both ways. A text with bus info/location would be better

We enjoyed the trip and the time spent in Rhodes town. Returning to the bus however was not as good. We were waiting at the designated pick up point with a couple of hundred other people also waiting for their bus at the same time in the same place. Once the buses arrived not everyone knew which bus number they were getting on and some of the drivers weren't sure where they were heading so it was really chaotic. When you're travelling with children and it's late at night, this isn't ideal.

Utydelig kommunikasjon rundt transport. Det sto 22:00 som hente tidspunkt mens bussen kom ikke for 22:36. Pickup point var heller ikke definert godt nok, det som sto i billetten var på andre siden av hovedveien i forhold til hvor vi ble hentet.

Enkel transfer geboekt, die was ok. Net iets te lang in Rhodos Town, we hadden liever een uurtje sneller opgepikt geweest. Verder wel alles ok, gemakkelijk dat je zelf niet moet rijden naar Rhodos stad want het is niet evident om daar zelf parkeerplaats te vinden.

Leider haben wir mit Leuten im Bus gesessen, die anscheinend eine Tour mit Führung gebucht hatten. Wir hatten nur den Transfer gebucht und das wurde leider gar nicht berücksichtigt. Wir mussten nachfragen, wann und wo wir abgeholt werden und bei Nachfrage gab es eine blöde Antwort. Als wir zur vereinbarten Zeit am Treffpunkt waren, war der Bus nicht da und wir mussten den richtigen Bus suchen, der uns wieder ans Hotel bringt. Alles in allem leider nicht empfehlenswert.

Katastrophe. Keiner wusste wo wir abgeholt werden. Liefen dem Bus hinterher. Transfer allgemein dauerte zu lange. Taxi hätte bedeutend weniger gekostet und wären nicht um 23:40 erst im hotel angekommen. Mit Kinder überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. Wurde alles nur auf Englisch erklärt, bei den anderen Gästen Die deutschen Gäste mussten gleich aussteigen. Für uns war niemand da....alle deutsch sprachigen Gäste liefen kurz vor Abholung - 45 min. vorher schon rum um die Bus Haltestelle zu suchen.

Changement d'horaire fait mais pas prévenu... nous avons attendu le bus plus d'heure pour parti car nous étions que 4 sur cette excursion. Du coup retour une heure plutard mais les boutique fermaient à 21h donc nous avons attendu 1h30 pour repartir. Très mécontent pour le prix payer ça ne vaux pas ça !!!!!

lors de notre réservation nous avons pris un transfert de 15h à 21h30, ne voyant pas le bus arrivé nous nous sommes inquiétés. la délégué marmara était injoignable et nous avons trouvé personne avant 15h45!!! on nous annonce finalement un départ à 16h et un retour à 23h30. finalement le bus retardé à 16h15… c’est inadmissible de payer aussi chère une prestation pour avoir aucune aide de notre délégué et que le transfert sois si mal organisé, d’autant plus que les magasin dans rhodes ferme à 21h3

ahdisti se Vanhan kaupungin sieppareiden päällekäypäisyys ja hihasta tempominen heidän kuppiloihinsa. Luulin, että se oli jo mennyttä aikaa ja tuokin kohde olisi jo tullut tälle vuosituhannelle. Pääsimme kyllä sieppareista eroon, kun tarpeeksi napakasti ilmaisimme, että emme ole kiinnostuneita. Paluukuljetuksen lähtöajasta oli epäselvyyttä ja odotimme tunnin kaupungintalon edustalla ennen kuin bussi lähti. Kuski ei kertonut meille bussissa lähtöaikaa.

Although we knew when the coach picked us going it was not clear what time we would be returning. Once there the drive said 10 ish which wasn’t helpful. One group with a guide didn’t return until 10.20. Then we had to wait for another 10 minutes before we set off. If we had know we weren’t leaving until 10.30 we wouldn’t have arrived at 9.45 to make sure we were on time.

Ett smidigt alternativ för att ta sig ända från Kolymbia till Rhodos stad, dock tyckte jag transporten var för dyr men det är väl så det kostar att vara där. Tiden räckte gott och väl till, hade kunnat vara en timme kortare. Vi hämtades upp 17:35, var framme ca 18:15-18:20. Bussen gick att sätta sig i från ca kl 23 vilket var skönt, innan den avgick något försenat 23:30.

Gillade upplevelsen, det som skulle ha varit bättre är att i bokningsvekräftelsen eller när vi kom fram fick vi ingen information om verken bussnummer tillbaka eller tid när bussen skulle komma och plocka upp oss, så att det kändes väldigt otydligt

Hvis det er første gang man er i byen bør man se den om dagen. Her får man det bedste indtryk. Det er flot men meget turistet om aftenen, hvor man ikke kan se då meget andet end butikker. Dejlig form for hurtig transport.

Wir hatten nur Transfer nach Rhodos Stadt gebucht vom Magic Life Club aus. Bus kam pünktlich, Fahrzeit mit über zwei Stunden recht lang. Man hatte fünf Stunden Zeit, um die Stadt zu erkunden - das ist ausreichend.

Rhodes town by night is beautiful, however we noticed the German tourists had a guide as part of their excursion and we didn’t have that option with this excursion.

Loved Rhodes by night, very reliable transport service although I believe the German guests are looked after slighly better. They had option of tour guide for this excursion but we didn’t

Helhetsintrycket är såklart jättebra, men både busschaufför och guiden som anslöt framme i Rhodos stad kunde vara lite tydligare med informationen.

Would have been helpful to have been provided with a street map and a name of the location we were dropped off at to be able to navigate the area and understand where the drop off/ pick up points were in relation to the town… not everyone has access to google maps in phones

Vi ble stresset veldig på at bussen skulle kjøre fra Rhodos by 22.20, var man ikke på plass til da ville bussen kjøre. Likevel var vi ikke avgårde før 22.50.

Der Transfer an sich ist im Vergleich zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln viel zu teuer. Für den öffentlichen Bus Zahl man Hin- und Zurück pro Person 5,-€, für den Tui Transfer pro Person 20,-€. Die Hinfahrt hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Bei der Rückfahrt hatten wir über 30 Minuten Verzögerung, weil es einige Gäste nicht pünktlich zum Bus geschafft haben. Wir haben dadurch unseren Hotel internen Shuttle verpasst und mussten zu Fuß laufen. Außerdem war die Klimaanlage viel zu kalt eingestellt.

Angebot ist eine gute Idee. Für ein noch schöneres Erlebnis wäre eine spätere Heimfahrt schöner gewesen.
