Ten eerste de ondergrondse tramrit in Harrison's Cave was super met een goede gids. Alleen staat er ook "geniet vanaf een natuurwandeling met gids" dit klopt niet! Je gaat met een taxi naar de grotten en wordt daar afgezet en later ook weer opgehaald en verder is het, zoek het maar uit! Dus de natuurwandeling met gids is er niet!

We weren’t aware that the nature walk was at the same place as Harrison’s cave. Also - we wouldn’t have had time to do this. We talked to another passenger who said they walked up the this and had to come back down due to time restraints and was unable to do this. The tram tour was very good

No tour guide, just the collection driver telling us we’re to go. The tour is very good and interesting, however the driver to return us to the hotel disappeared and we had to jump into another minibus to take us back

Didn’t get off to a good staff as the booking told us to be at hotel reception at 8.15. When 8.30 came and no sign of transport out hotel contacted Tui and we were told that pick up was actually 9.40. Eventually we were collected 9.55. This error was Tui’s rather than the local tour company as the confirmation details were incorrect. Meant we wasted a number of hours when we could have been enjoying ourselves. We have booked numerous trips with Tui where punctuality was excellent.

The only comment I would make is that the taxi driver didn't tell us what time he would be picking us up for the return journey. I had to ask reception.

We didn’t have enough time there. We only had 10 minutes in the bird area before we had to be picked up at 12:30. The tour of the caves started at 10:40 finished at 12:10. We were left at times with no idea where to go.
