Si parte per un viaggio attraverso la Val d'Ossola per raggiungere la località svizzera di Zermatt, presieduta dall'iconica vetta del Cervino.In questo tour dovrete avere a portata di mano la vostra macchina fotografica, poiché il percorso si snoda dalle rive del Lago Maggiore fino alla Val d'Ossola. Avrete tutto il tempo per ammirare il paesaggio e scattare qualche foto prima di prendere la ferrovia a cremagliera per raggiungere l'elegante località svizzera di Zermatt, la vostra destinazione per la giornata.Passeggiate tra i gruppi di chalet in legno, gustate un tipico pranzo svizzero e ammirate lo spettacolo da cui non riuscirete a staccare gli occhi: il Cervino. La sua cima frastagliata, simile a una pinna, è visibile da ogni parte e se volete dare un'occhiata più da vicino, siete nel posto giusto per salire sulla metropolitana di montagna Sunnegga. Il treno vi porta sull'altopiano panoramico di Sunnegga, da cui si gode di una vista davvero speciale sul Cervino.

Luca our guide was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and was very friendly and easy to talk to and made sure we were well looked after throughout the trip. The journey and destination were great and lots of amazing views.

Trip cancelled with 2 days notice by email whilst we are in resortleaving us as customer very disappointed as this was central to the trip reasons given “operational reasons” insufficient -we will be submitting a complaint

Enjoyable trip. Stunning route and destination. Luca was an excellent guide - friendly, funny and informative. The drive was smooth and trouble free. App would not allow me to arrange pick up from my hotel. Fortunately it was sorted out by the rep. Overpriced but an opportunity not to be missed.

This was a most enjoyable day, the guide Lucca was brilliant, the journey went well, scenery was breathtaking and Zermatt was a very typical beautiful Swiss town, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience. It's a long day but this is due to the location the time spent in Zermatt was just right.

Great trip, well organised. Lovely views over the Simplon Pass and a very approachable/ helpful guide Lucca who gave a lot of interesting commentary about the places we passed on the way. Could have done with more time in Zermatt as the trip to Sunnegga took up some time however was well worthwhile to get a better view of the Matterhorn. However with the time restraints to be back in resort by 6.30pm we understood this was not possible. A very nice day out and a change from the lake.

Breathtaking journey from Lake Maggiore through the Alps to Zermatt. Luca the Travel Guide was an absolute legend - knowledgeable, entertaining and going to great lengths to exceed the expectations of every guest on the trip. Arrived in Zermatt on a crystal clear day to secure picture postcard photographs. Absolutely awesome day!

Loved the journey through the Simplon Pass, the train to Zermatt and the funicular to Sunegga. Lucca is an excellent guide and gave very interesting commentary. Our driver (Andre) was excellent and made us feel safe on the challenging roads. We enjoyed seeing the Matterhorn on a beautiful, clear day and visiting Zermatt. Even the comfort stop was amidst beautiful scenery.

We had done this trip back in 2017 and the format of the trip was essentially the same but the tour guide this time, Luca, was an excellent guide. Clearly enthusiastic and knowledgeable, he gave insights to Zermatt that was lacking on our last visit. I don't think there is much you could do to make this tour any better than it is short of a helicopter ride to the top of the Mayterhorn!

Luca was a knowledgeable and approachable guide. Lovely sense of humour and his commentary on the journey was well researched and often very amusing. The journey, although long, was well worth the time given as the scenery was beautiful and Zermat is a beautiful town with lovely restaurants. A visit to view The Matterhorn was well worth it. We stopped on the way and my only complaint was that there was no option for a takeaway coffee/hot chocolate, but that isn’t the fault of TUI or Luca.

Enjoyed all of the tour. Did not at all looking the booking process on the app, got stuck with it 4 times, luckily the rep was there to help. Don't like the app, it's difficult to use!! Tried to book another trip when the rep was not there , it appeared to work but I did not recieve the email, contacted rep on app (that wasn't easy to find) she eventually informed me that the transaction had not gone through, and told Mr to contact my bank to ensure it had not. I havnt got bank contact details m

Didn't enjoy the long transfer from Verona to Lake Maggiore. Liked that there were plenty of staff at the airport. Finding transfer bus was easy. Rep at the resort was very good.

Excellent at airports & resort staff. Good information, on the whole but excursions I had prebooked were cancelled & I only found this out by a casual comment made by my TUI rep' at our first meeting, which I often don't attend. I received no email or message nor refund until I mentioned this to my rep. She clearly chased this up and it was dealt with. My rep was very helpful in giving ne relevant information to do the trips independently.

The hotel was in a very good position with regards to restaurants, shops, the ferry and even had bus stops located nearby. A balcony with a lakeside view is a must. The staff were excellent in this hotel and also in the Milan au Lac where we had our evening meal. The trips we undertook were the Borrowmean Islands, Lake Orta and the highlight was to see the Matterhorn at Zermatt all excellent. The one disadvantage is the 2-3 hr trip from Verona airport instead of Milan which is closer.

Enjoyed the journey and spectacular views. The drive in the coach was part of the trip. Our guide was very informative and entertaining/funny at the same time. Everything was very well organised. It was a small group which made it better. Going on the train to Zermatt then the funicular up the mountain to see the Matterhorn was the highlight. Definitely worth it, although an extra 29 euros on top of the trip. Plenty of free time to wander round Zermatt and experience Switzerland. Fantastic!

The Zermatt excursion was fantastic value for money. So well organised and our guide Luca was very knowledgeable on route to Switzerland so felt we were in safe hands! Free time in Zermatt was a perfect amount of time to look around, eat, drink and see the Matterhorn. Would recommend the day trip to anyone travelling to North Italy.

Fantastic trip, wonderful journey there and back, dropped off outside our hotel coming back. The tour guide was very informative and helpful. The Matterhorn was incredible and this trip made our holiday to Lake Maggiore. Would be useful to explain about the extra costs in more detail as some people didn’t have cash with them to pay for the train and funicular. The guide sorted that for them and took them to the kiosk where they could use their cards. Just wonderful 10/10

This tour was brilliant, and Luca was an amazing guide. He was really knowledgeable and funny and he also recommended not doing the trip up the Matterhorn when it was cloudy and showed us the webcams so we could keep checking to see if it cleared, I really appreciated that effort to save people money on something that wouldn't have been worth it on that day. The scenery on the way was breathtaking and Zermatt itself was beautiful. I think the amount of free time to explore was perfect
