It would help if the bus stops were made clearer / times.. There was no bus on Wednesday 12th august And I only saw it by chance on Thursday 13th I got on and the guides were not very friendly or helpful at all I had tried to cancel / refund as the local bus much easier but the system would not allow Lost £25 and would not recommend. Disappointed.

Bus did not turn up phoned tui for support did not receive support or refund. We were expecting. Abo def bus next day as did not want the same hoping on our last day. Wasted 52poundd

Die Tour ansich ist super nur was bringt ein Plan mit Haltestellen den man auf dem Handy nicht richtig lesen kann und auch nicht vergrößern kann und durch die Bauarbeiten vor Ort auch nicht zutreffend sind. Die Bushaltestelle war zwei Straßen weiter und wir sind einfach einem Bus hinterher gegangen, zumindest die Richtung in die wir ihn fahren gesehen haben um die Haltestelle zu finden. Bei TUI anrufen hat auch nichts gebracht, denn da war ich 5 Minuten in der Warteschleife.

On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday don‘t drive the busses. Monday was ok, Friday, the second day of drive troubles all over. The busses drove when they want, the timetable was only a sheet of paper. One bus was full, we had to wait for the next one, including delay more than one and a half hour.
