A really fantastic performance, the music and singers were so skilled and a blessing to my ears. Due to the performance being held in the museum with such a limited number of seats, it felt like the ideal location and in some ways a personal recital. The only small downside was that you had to pay by cash for the pre-performance drinks.

My friend has been so we knew there were pre-drinks available in the gardens and that it was in an air conditioner museum but I think it would have been good to inform people of this in the trip info. The drink choices were very limited Prosecco, water or a pre-bottled Aperol spritz, (this we found disappointing as it’s easy to make locally). The 3 Tenors + musicians were amazing and made it an enjoyable performance for all ages (we had a 15 & 18 yr old), had some humour in it but emotional too.

Really intimate setting in a small room adorned with paintings, pottery and other art within a beautiful museum. Had a drink of prosecco beforehand walking around the beautiful museum gardens. It was really really lovely in all aspects and the performance excellent.

Saw this performance several years ago and enjoyed the experience. This time greeted by rude lady who barked 10Euro for drinks.Queued up for cheap prosecco. Performance started 10mins late.Musicians played for 10mins before 3 Tenors arrived.They sang for 15mins before talking a 20 minute break. They sang again for 30mins. Not worth the money or effort to get there for 45mins of actual singing. Musicians and singers were very good.

Beautiful venue, both inside and outside. The 3 Tenors were amazing and amusing Small numbers of audience making, performance easy to see, hear and more personal. The venue was out of central Sorrento and we were told it was a 10 minute walk to the venue. My husband has mobility issues, which the Rep was advised of, it was quite tricky for him walking and took a lot longer than 10 minutes. We ended up ordering a taxi from the venue to return to the hotel. Staff very helpful.

Three tenors were fabulous. Faultless. Venue had a couple of problems. They offered a glass of wine on sale but no card payment facility so hardly anybody had one. People don’t tend to carry cash now. No program for the evening. Would have liked to have a program as a memento of the evening and they could have made a little more money by selling one. Just remember to take some cash.

Concert was great, and would recommend it highly. Actual length of performance is much shorter than advertised though. Starts at 9pm, 30min singing followed by 20 min interval then 35 min singing. Ends at 10:25pm. TUI ticket advert says 2-4 hours and although we assumed 2 hours it is considerably shorter than that.

The concert was absolutely amazing, took place in a small intimate setting (museum) which made it very special We had not been to see any Opera before and had decided what better place to see than whilst in Italy. We were blown away by the voices of the 3 tenors, very moving. I would definitely recommend seeing the 3 tenors even if your not particularly in to opera it was a fabulous experience

Disappointing overall and the performance felt a bit rushed. Musically it was enjoyable but they were over 15 minutes late starting. The musicians played a couple of pieces on their own before the tenors appeared, each one initially performing solo. They then disappeared for a break less than 30 minutes later. We were seated about three quarters of the way back in the room and it was very difficult to see the tenors, never mind the musicians who were sitting down. I felt it was poor value.

We had a fantastic evening at the show. Wonderful musicians & singers. It took place in a small intimate venue within a museum. We had paid for an upgrade to VIP tickets which meant you get to sit in the front few rows. I think the VIP tickets are worthwhile for the extra we paid. The tenors all had fabulous voices & we recognised most of the songs. It was nice that they brought a little bit of humour into the show too. Don’t miss this experience if you are visiting Sorrento. We would go again.

This was a very informative and interesting trip and I did not expect the tunnel network to be so extensive. The guide was very knowledgeable and offered bypass routes at the narrower passages however if you don’t like confined spaces, this may not be the trip for you.

The experience itself was great. On the negative side, we paid extra for central seats however we were placed at the rear of the room. We certainly weren’t central. It seems if you booked directly with the venue then you got better seats. Our tickets had TUI written on them which we felt led us to be given worse seats.

Room was a bit small and that combined with the seats reminded me a little of a school play set up rather than a professional show. Centre sea pricing seemed to begin after the first row, my seats were 4th from the back so would not necessarily class that as centre, but a minor point. If you like opera then judging by the reaction of the audience the singers were very good, opera is not my thing but I could appreciate that these fellas could belt out a tune.

Paid for middle seating and initially asked to sit at the rear until I queried it. Room very hot, so could have provided fans. But the musicians were excellent as were the Three Tenors. Nice comedy moments between the singers. Also enjoyed the prosecco and walk around the grounds prior to the show.

The event was outstanding. Couldn't fault it. Exceeded our expectations. The music & singing were both divine. We didn't expect them to be funny & entertaining as well. Grounds /setting were stunning. But poor signage to the venue, esp in the dark. Arrived too early, to allow us time to find the venue. But we were rudely told we couldn't wait inside. Yet other guests arriving 10 mins after us were openly welcomed to wait inside. Unfortunately this ruined the eve a bit, to celebrate my 50th!

If there was anything to improve on, it would be to may be put on a bus to collect TUI clients from their hotels for a small fee as there could be some elderly clients who may want to see the show but would not be able to walk that far. I will say that myself and my husband thoroughly enjoyed it and when we come again to Sorrento we would definitly go to the show again.

I have had the pleasure of hearing three perfect voices. The programme was carefully chosen and presented to appeal to the varied audience. The Three Tenors were amazing. It was a fabulous evening of singing and entertainment. My only criticism is that the TUI rep said the show lasted two hours but sometimes ran over slightly. With this in mind we booked transport to leave the hotel at 8.30pm ready for a 9.00pm performance and booked transport back at 11.30pm. In reality the performance started at 9.00pm and we walked back from the venue arriving at 11.00pm. The performance lasted only one hour 20 minutes in total.

Optional glass of prosecco on arrival in garden (not included in ticket price). Arrive early if you want this - don't take up to concert. Lift to first floor where concert takes place. Our Tui rep booked this experience for us and the seats we wanted. Confirmation and ticket came through quickly on phone. We made our own way to venue using hotel's shuttle bus. The three Tennors Concert was amazing and in a beautiful setting within a museum.
