On this romantic nighttime tour, you'll watch the sun go down and see the rocks of this otherworldly landscape turn shades of pink and ochre red. Then, once darkness has fallen, an expert astronomer will point out different constellations.The skies and atmospheric conditions above Teide – the highest mountain in Spain – are among the best in the world for stargazing. You'll be driven high up into the craggy wilderness of the national park, with lots of photo stops along the way.As daylight fades, watch the setting sun fire this landscape in a blaze of colour. Then, once darkness has fallen, we'll continue to a special viewing station where your knowledgeable guide will map out the night sky for you, constellation by constellation. All in all, it's one night to remember.

It was magical. Well organised. Plenty of stops at special places. All the toilet facilities were clean and the guide was excellent. His knowledge was incredible. Driver of bus was good, felt safe at all times inspite of being up a mountain in the dark. Warm blanket provided which was a lovely touch

We would have valued prior warning about the coach journey up - we then could have arranged to get travel sickness tablets The food was truly awful Our guide Daphne was brilliant and really made it. The experience of seeing the park, the sunset and the stars was absolutely incredible.

It was a great experience start to finish. The knowledge and humour of our guide. The stopping points. It was the coldest night (felt like -2) and the thoughtfulness of a hot drink and blankets. Views were stunning ! The dinner was excellent - piping hot and delicious.

Het enthousiasme van de gids over zijn nationale park was zeer goed. De communicatie naar de excursieleden omdat we een half uur verlaat waren door omstandigheden was slecht.Een excursie lid werd onwel en viel van haar stokje buiten de bus gelukkig was er een arts en verpleegkundige aan boord om adequaat te handelen.De indrukwekkende omgeving was fantastisch . Het eten was slecht en te massaal.sterrenkijken was indrukwekkend

Extremely enjoyable trip and I would say one of the best trips we have ever been on. Jasper our tour guide was very knowledgeable going into a lot of detail about the star constellations and planets. One of the highlights was observing the moon and Saturn through the telescope. Had a lovely meal at the Papillon restaurant too. Would thoroughly recommend this trip to anyone.

A great experience overall. Our guide and driver were both awesome and our guide so knowledgable about everything. Great sense of humour too. The only negative was the meal being in a very crowded space with so many others from all over the island.

Vi hadde en dårlig opplevelse da det var WELDIG vindfullt den dagen og mye skyer. Guiden sa at det var få dager i året at det var slik, og vi mener derfor TUREN BURDE VÆRT AVLYST. Tatt i betraktning at de kunne snakke med folk som oppholder seg der opp i høyden. Vi fikk ikke se noe solnedgang, vi ble forflyttet flere ganger for å finne passende lokasjoner og ble mye i bussen. Maten var heller ikke noe å skryte av. Vi krever derfor kompensasjon, har ikke fått det som lovet i presentasjonen.

A fantastic trip. Got to see a lot of the National Park during the day. Our guide (Alexandra?) was amazing - really informative and friendly. The scenery and views were fantastic. There were plenty of stops for views and comfort breaks. The meal was good - plenty of food and drink. Seeing the starry sky at night and Jupiter through the telescope was an unforgettable experience. Definitely the highlight of our trip to Tenerife.

We very much enjoyed our experience. The guide certainly knew her subject and had a cheerful and positive personality. We felt that the driver was competent and we were in good hands. The food was fine. There were one or two minor problems with the other guests being too noisy and not coming back to the coach on time. I should stress however that these did not spoil our day and that the guide dealt effectively with the situation.

I got to see all of the volcanic features of Mt Teide during the daytime, we had photo stops. The guide was excellent at explaining the different formations and plant life. The three course meal was excellent. The guide was brilliant pointing out with a laser different constellations, stars and planets. Looked through telescopes at a nebula, the moon and the star called Sirius. Highly recommend this trip. Sounds expensive but I was picked up at 2.30 and dropped back at 11

Integenstelling zoals bij boeking aangegeven, wordt er geen cava geschonken. Alcohol in het nationaal park tijdens de excursie is enkele maanden verboden. Maar dat kon de pret niet drukken, fantastische excursie met als afronding het sterren kijken. Absolute aanrader!!!

We loved our guide, Elena, she was super enthusiastic and entertaining, and gave very interesting information. She made the entire tour more than worthwhile. An 8 hour tour went by very quickly, not one moment of boredom. Our driver was excellent, and we felt safe going up the mountain and back down in the pitch black. There was nothing that could have made it better. We highly recommend it to anyone.

For: scenery was amazing, good driver and coach. Against: Our guide did give us some interesting information but mostly irrelevant so after a while you zoned out. The coach was 40 mins late and an accident delayed us further so we didn't have much time at viewing stops. The sunset was OK but not as good as seen on the Western Algarve. The meal was awful! Star gazing telescopes was good but only 3 items. The full moon meant there were less stars in view than in Manchester.

Goede reisleider die er echt wat van maakt voor de deelnemers. Enthousiast, duidelijke en uitgebreide uitleg tijdens de hele reis en stops (vulkaan, sterren en zonsondergang) Minpunt is helaas het 3-gangenmenu; wij zijn niet kieskeurig maar de “kipschnitzel” was echt niet om te eten. Blijft desondanks een excursie die iedereen aan te bevelen is.

This trip was fantastic. I didn't think it was necessary to stop at so many view points and the dinner felt a little bit chaotic as there were multiple groups there at once, but other than that I thought it was great. The cava and sunset was glorious and the stargazing was amazing. Our guide, Pepe, was very knowledgeable and funny as well! I absolutely recommend this!

This was one of the best things we done on our holiday! Absolutely breathtaking views and stunning scenery. Our Guide, Pepe was funny and made us feel safe whilst conducting great knowledge, about astronomy. Next time we are here in tenerife we will be rushing to do it again. Incredible.

A brilliant trip. Very well organised. Jõse Louise our driver and Tania our guide were brilliant. The knowledge/information she passed on to us about Tenerife, Mount Teide and the stars was amazing. We learnt so much. She came around everyone at viewing points to ask if we wanted photos if us in front of the views. Great to have a whole family photo! The sunset was amazing and the cava was an extra bonus. Restaurant was great, food was lovely. Definitely a trip worth booking

Leuke reisbegeleiding het diner was basic maar zeker niet slecht zowel alcoholische dranken als frisdrank aanbevolen tijdens het diner veel van de omgeving gezien overdag zonsondergang ook een mooie ervaring alleen het sterrenkijken mocht meer zijn zeker een must om te doen

Wat een mooie tour! We reden een mooie route naar boven door het National Park, met een mooie tussenstop met uitzicht op de vulkaan. Daarna volgde een prachtige zonsondergang en wat hebben we veel sterren gezien!

Our guide and driver, Pepé and Jorge, were exceptional. Fantastically smooth bus ride on some very windy roads. Tour was informative and entertaining from day into night. Spectacular sunset and an engaging story of the night sky. Plenty of Cava! Wish we had carried cash to leave a tip at the end!

The excursion is incredibly well organised and did a lot of activities which makes it well worth the money. It includes dinner as well. The guide is very knowledgable and made sure everyone is safe. The driver we had was really good and polite. I thoroughly enjoyed it! The TUI rep who recommended it at our hotel (the Atlantic Hills) was very good and explained it well

Das Stargazing war toll. Unser Guide Elena hatte viel Fachwissen über die Region und die einzelnen Sternbilder. Sie ist gut auf die Bedürfnisse der Gruppe eingegangen. Dagegen war der "Experte" enttäuschend. Der hat nämlich überhaupt nichts erklärt und die Auflösung der vollautomatischen Teleskope war unter unseren Erwartungen. Lediglich der Mond war detailliert zu erkennen. Einen Punkt zu sehen, wo das bloße Auge gar nichts erkennen kann, war kein Highlight. Der Sonnenuntergang kam zu kurz.

Zeer goede gids Tania, gaf uitgebreide en klare uitleg zowel over de Teide en de vulkanische natuur als over het heelal, sterren en sterrenbeelden. Voornamelijk in Duits en Engels (publiek). Overall it was excellent. When we went to view the stars it was really dark. No light whatsoever. A couple of us had our phone lights on , a lady fell over and cut her head. The guide should’ve told us all to put our phone lights on.

Bra o omväxlande upplevelser under ett turen. Guiden mycket bra o kunnig, berättade mycket o informativt under vägen. Hon förberett platser längst fram i bussen för ev åksjuka varav jag var en, vilket gjorde att jag hade behållning av hela turen utan illamående.

Bra guide som kunde berätta mycket informativt. Bra blandning av allt: vackra vyer, lärorikt, flera stopp, mat, champagne varmt vin. Bra förberett och planerat, t.ex med filtar när vi tittade på stjärnorna. Ska man anmärka på något så var väl inte middagen på restaurangen optimal. Bra och säker chaufför. Möjlighet att tala med de andra resenärerna blev det också.

The initial pick up was late and proceeded slowly, but we didn’t know why. Probably not the driver or guide’s fault. We were taken to a variety of excellent viewpoints from which we could take photographs. At no point did we feel rushed. The meal was enjoyable and well organised. Extras were provided, such as bubbly, bottles of water, blankets when it got cold and sweets to ward off travel sickness. Tanya, our guide, was very pleasant and informative . The drop off was close to our hotel.

This is a must if you are staying on Tenerife. Picked up at our hotel and a couple of stops to view the volcano and watch the sunset from above the clouds,then on to a restaurant for dinner which was nice but not fine dining which for the price I thought was reasonable. After dinner you go and look at the night sky through some telescopes and the tour guide points out some stars and constellations using a laser pointer. Our guide Natalie was brilliant and made the trip exceptional.

The guide, Tanya was excellent and the challenging driving was done well. I would have preferred to have at least some of the food to have been Canarian - it was a bit bland. We enjoyed all aspects of the trip and the Cava was a nice touch.

Hilight of our holiday! Beautiful sunset above the clouds. Clear srarry skies. Telescopes were great. Knowledgeable guides. Very cold! Be prepared! Food OK but a bit disappointing.

It was a well organised trip Nikki was very informative and pointed out all the visible constellations, the meal was just average but it’s not easy serving food for 50+ people. Overall it was a great trip.

Guide was excellent. The whole evening was thoroughly enjoyed by all. Watching the sun set with a glass of prosecco was lovely and the guide also gave everyone nuts to go with the drink. To see such a clear sky with stars and planets on view was jaw-dropping, again guide knew her stuff

Het enige minpunt was dat je bij het diner samen met andere mensen van de tour aan tafel werd gezet. Dat had best in de omschrijving van de tour mogen staan.
