Drop anchor and there's plenty of time to swim, snorkel and sunbathe before the main event – a fabulous sunset over the Aegean.You'll come aboard in the afternoon and be greeted by the crew with a welcome drink. Set sail along the coastline so that you can soak up every inch of Crete's beauty as you leave the shore behind. Relax, unwind and catch some rays out on deck as we take a leisurely cruise towards Dia Island.Legend has it that the gods created Dia Island and there's certainly something heavenly about it. There's time to swim, snorkel or even try your hand at a spot of fishing or paddle boarding before a light dinner is served. Then, you'll sit back, admire the views and – with luck – an incredible sunset too.

Let me start by saying we enjoyed this experience. Swimming off Dia Island was beautiful. The catamaran was modern & luxurious. The staff were welcoming & knowledgeable. However; the title of "sunset cruise" is misleading if you expect it to be leisurely & relaxing. Once beyond the harbour sea wall, the ferocious waves for the 40 minute sea journey each way meant several of the travellers felt or were ill. Go if you a have a strong constitution or travel sickness pills!

The sunset catamaran trip was brilliant and we’d all highly recommend. The staff were very attentive and the food platters were lovely but particularly the fruit platter. The catamaran was lovely and we had a great trip.

We loved every moment of this trip - the skipper and deck hand were so friendly, the views were stunning, the water was crystal clear and perfect for swimming and snorkelling. And the sunset on the way back was absolutely beautiful! We went on the final night of our holiday and it was the perfect ending. An absolute must-do.

Fantastic experience and we did not even take the opportunity to swim which would have been even better if a touch warmer in April.
