Je wordt van je hotel overgebracht naar de "felucca" en je lokale gids.Terwijl u langs de Nijl langs hotels, huizen en monumenten vaart, ziet u de zon ondergaan achter de bergen van Luxor en voelt u uw lichaam ontspannen terwijl u doorgaat naar Banana Island of "Gezerit El Moze".Eenmaal op het eiland proef je bananen rechtstreeks van de boom die je van de lokale boeren hebt gekregen. Je leert ook over het belang en de geschiedenis ervan van je lokale gids om je ervaring compleet te maken.

We didnt receive the tour that we booked. We were supposed to sail and see the sunset and then visit and enjoy a tasting session at Banana Island. The Tui rep first changed the time and then we received a small sail on a felucca that faced the 4 seasons building project and never moved just turned in a circle. Than we were taken to Luxor temple which we already had been to. We ended the tour and reported to our Rep. He had no idea and had no explanation. Please inform me what happened please.

The trip with the sailing boat was very nice and the cup of tea offered was lovely. The guides seemed not very happy to work on a Sunday, what was a bit disappointing although one of them really tried best towards the end to make this a nice experience. The Banana Island itself was not as the name suggests, a nice tropical place to be. It was just a whithered banana plantage extended with some animals kept in very poor circumstances to please the tourists. Not recommended and too expensive..
