Übergabe hat im großen und ganzen sehr gut geklappt, wenn auch am counter nach Kofferausgabe, erst nur eine der 2 SIM Karten bereit lag. Die zweite wurde uns dann unkompliziert auf dem Weg zum Transfer Bus ausgehändigt. Insoweit alles gut und guter Service. Bestimmt beim nächsten mal wieder.

Good price. I was told someone would be waiting with my name on a card. I spent a long time trying to find them. So, I went outside the airport to my transfer and told him. He kindly went back inside & found this person. They should hold your name card up ALL the time.

Ho inviato mail per coordinare consegna ma la risposta non c'è stata.
All'aeroporto ho dovuto ricomprare una nuova sim 60gb per 10€ operatore We Egitto.
In sostanza avete preso i miei soldi in cambio di NIENTE.
La questione non finisce qui ve lo assicuro.

Alles hat super geklappt. 20gb für 30€ sind okay. Wenn man allerdings sparen will kann man am Flughafen 30gb für 11€ erwerben. Trotzdem war es für mich absolut okay. Service muss halt auch bezahlt werden.

Arrived, saw man with card with my name. Said that's me. Gave me SIM card, asked for 25 pound, stuck visa ticket in passport and wandered off. Had no SIM tool to put it into phone on me so hasn't been used. Luckily hotel has some WiFi. Waste of money,, don't bother.

Wichtig ist lediglich,die E-Mail mit den Flugdaten einen Tag vorher zu senden.Dann wird man am Flughafen ausgerufen .Reisepass muss vorgelegt werden zum Abgleich des Namens.Top!

TUI gibt im den Hotelunterlagen an, dass für das Hotel, das WLAN kostenpflichtig ist. Darum habe ich diese Karte gekauft. Jedoch bietet das Hotel ein sehr gutes WLAN an. Die Karte kann ich nicht gebrauchen. TUI hat mich abgezockt. Kundendienst will nichts von einer Rückerstatting wissen.

Leider habe ich nach 3 Tagen Aufenthalt noch immer keine SIM Karte erhalten, das Schreiben mit dem Support von TUI war sehr aufwendig und brachte auch nichts. Also habe ich die Karte, die ich Gott sei Dank mit Paypal bezahlt habe auf Paypal reklamiert und zum Trost das Geld wieder erhalten. Ich weiß nicht an was es gelegen ist und warum die Karte nicht am Flughafen übergeben wurde. Der TUI Mitarbeiter am Flughafen war sehr bemüht und führte einige Telefonate und versicherte mir die Karte würde

Op het vliegveld staat iemand je bij de bagage banden op te wachten om je verder te informeren. Daarna konden we de simkaart ophalen bij het tui loket en werd deze voor ons geplaatst. Let op hier moet je wel naar vragen anders krijg je hem gewoon zo mee en niet in elke telefoon kan je hem plaatsten zonder tool. Internet werkt perfect!

In der somabay fast nirgendwo Empfang. Wir hatten zum Glück noch eine Vodafone Karte, die hatte deutlich besseren Empfang. Was bringt einem eine Sim-Karte, wenn man im urlaubsort nur schlechten bis keinen Empfang hat. Geld zum Fenster raus geschmissen. Der Mitarbeiter am Flughafen hat, entgegen unseren Wunsch, die visa kosten haben wollen. Wir hatten visa und privater Transfer über eine andere company gebucht.

Wir haben diesen Service schon das 2. Mal gebucht. Und ich bin immer wieder sehr überrascht wie super das klappt. Der MA steht am Airport mit einem Schild wo unser Name draufsteht. Und bekommen dann unsere Sim Karten ausgehändigt! Und die Funktionieren sofort. Vielen Dank . Immer wieder gerne!

Op zich prima: direct een medewerker met je naam op een bordje. Maar die probeert jou eerst al naar de duurdere Vita-plaatsen te sleuren, daarna tieft hij de Simkaarten op een tafeltje en trek je plan. Ik vroeg hem wat hulp bij het installeren waarbij hij ' just try ' blaft. Ik vroeg hem ook een pinnetje om de sleuf los te maken en ook dat was met veel tegenzin. De SIMs werkten wel direct. Al betaal je wel meer dan de andere plaatselijke opties, ben je hier zeker dat ze werken...

Richtig einfach, einfach auf der TUI App buchen, bezahlen und dann wird man bei der Ankunft am Flughafen mit Namensschild empfangen, Vida bezahlen und die SIM-Karte direkt ausgehändigt bekommen. Karte einlegen und man hat Internet, ohne das man noch etwas machen muss, es ist alles erledigt. ??????

Leider wurde die Karte erst einen Tag später im Hotel abgegeben und es war nur eine 4 GB karte. Der Herr hat sie mir auch gleich in mein Handy rein gelegt. das war super. Leider konnte ich sie nicht so nutzen wie ich dachte. Ich hatte extra die Ankunft noch einentag vorher aktuell bestätigt.

Hotellin WiFi oli hyvä ja SIM-korttia käytimme WiFi-mokkulassa. Olimme vain yhdellä retkellä hotellin ulkopuolella, joten emme käyttäneet kortista kuin 20%. Eli SIM-kortti olisi voinut olla pienempikin.

Es hat alles gut geklappt. Ein Mitarbeiter hat uns am Flughafen erwartet und die Karten dann persönlich übergeben. Alles sehr professionell. Der Empfang ist überall sehr gut. Das einzigste was nicht ganz stimmt, auf der Karte sind nur 15 GB anstatt 20 GB wie beworben. Das ist nicht ganz so gut. Aber ansonsten alles super.

Es hat alles super funktioniert. Man darf nicht vergessen, es handelt sich dabei nur um eine Datenkarte. Kein Telefonieren und SMS möglich. Am Flughafen bekommt man relativ viele andere Angebote die deutlich günstiger sind. Aber für mich war es in Ordnung!

Der Guide wollte und nach dem er uns die Karten gegeben hat uns unser Visum ausstellen… für 29 Euro ! Da war aber schon öfters in Ägypten waren wussten und wissen wir das dies nur 25 kostet. Darauf hin haben wir ihn angesprochen und dann hat er nur genervt geantwortet alles klar dann gehen sie mal zur Bank und lassen sie es dort ausstellen. So wurden wir diesbezüglich empfangen schade… Haben wirklich gedacht das dies bei tui nicht vorkommt …

Die Abwicklung vor der Sicherheitskontrolle hat super geklappt. Es stand schon ein Mitarbeiter mit einem Namensschild da und hat uns die SIM Karten übergeben. Karten funktionieren wie sie sollen. Der Preis ist höher als bei den Anbietern nach der Sicherheitskontrolle, allerdings hat man bei Problemen einen Ansprechpartner Alles in allem gerne wieder

After entering the airport building we were pointed in the diruof the Visa desk where i noticed the rep dressed in orange uniform holding a board with my name we were asked to follow him around the corner and he gave is the 2 sim cards after taking a pic of our passports . He asked us if we needed visas and was wanting us to head over to another desk away from the official $25 desks we were originally at the price he was wanting was £30 british pound which work out to be $38. Not a pleasant expe
