The park was very busy. I didn't like seeing dolphins being used in shows as this should be a thing of the past. Also, seeing flamingos and macaws with their wings clipped so they can't fly was upsetting! The evening show was amazing. We also enjoyed the Mayan village which had a live show too and the church and incredible cemetery.

Seems to take a while to get there and return ,bearing in mind its not far ,left hotel just after 9 did do anything until 10.40 same on turn a lot of waiting around but the place its self was very good ,would recommend

Alles sehr gut organisiert. Es ging ja nur um die Abholung und Rückfahrt vom/zum Hotel und den Eintritt in den Park. Im Park selbst sind auch überall Personen die einem weiterhelfen. Trotz vieler Besucher herrscht hier kein Gedränge. Gute Mischung aus Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten. Die Show am Abend ist auch außergewöhnlich. Wer Themenparks mag bitte hinschauen. Der Preis dafür ist allerdings auch nicht ohne. Aber es war's wert.

We had a small issue with transport to start our day trip as the driver had gone to the wrong hotel, this was quickly rectified after calling the emergency phone number, they arrived 10 mins later. Xcaret itself is one of the most amazing day trips we’ve been on as a family. Full of culture, colour and natural beauty. We loved it!

Xcarat is overpriced attraction. Cenote river island boring and not to many things to do there. When going to VIP is to long time there. From 7.40 am pick up and hotel drop 22.20 . So long. Xplor is much better.

Die Mitarbeiterin Sandria von xaret war völlig inkompetent. Ihre Aussagen stimmten nicht und sie war nicht in der Lage eine Plan vom Park zu besorgen. Ihr Englisch war sehr schlecht (Akzent ) und sie sprach viel zu schnell.

Be prepared for a lot of walking so take plenty of water, the park and staff were great, the day time shows were extremely good but the main show in the evening was absolutely spectacular. A must go to when in Mexico.

The park itself was lovely lots to do i payed for locker, Lifejacket, but for some reason was refused entry for the life jacket? so cld not go for a swim try showing the young boy my tkt on phone, did not understand n there was no one available showed my 'wristband' so £150 wasted, explained to rep when i got back who apologised said something about a refund? not heard anything, dont suppose i will either. ??.

TUI sold this as most activities are included. This entire excursion was mis sold as none were. We were advised our infant could come in the lazy river with us, the park refused this. This ended up being a very expensive 'walk', I am seeking a refund.

Je betaald letterlijk alleen de transfer en entree. Daarna moet je in het park voor alle activiteiten betalen. Wij hebben €150 betaald voor 30min met dolfijnen zwemmen waarna we ook nog gevraagd werden €160 te betalen voor 10 foto’s. De avond show is wel een aanrader. Zelf zou ik Xplor meer aanraden daar zit alles inbegrepen. De parachute activiteit werd gecanceld door het personeel waarna we met moeite deels ons geld hebben terug gekregen ervoor.

The ground was very slippery even though it was dry. It was like a commercial kitchen floor that needs to be washed with degreaser. I am not elderly or disabled but I was afraid of falling and breaking a bone. Sometimes I was confused and felt stupid and this brings out my worst personality. (I wasn’t rude but my face was red).I don’t like to complain but management might find this helpful to better understand guest behaviour. To describe the good things I would need many more pages!

The guide on the bus was pushing extremely hard for the 'dream activities' fir extra charge, basically telling you that without any extra paid activity the parc is nothing which is absolutely not true at all. This gave gave us a lot of stress while the park is delightful!

Es wäre gut, nützlich und vor allem hilfreich deutschen Gästen ein Flugblatt mit allen notwendigen Informationen über bzw. im Park auszuhändigen, anstatt nur dort hin zubringen. Man steht dort wie die Kuh vorm neuen Tor und muß sich erst alles erlauben und erfragen. Ansonsten ein unbedingte Muss.

Xcarat is fantastic!! It’s one of those places you have to see, it was our second time visiting the park and we enjoyed it just as much as the first time! Theres plenty for everyone to do and see. The only thing that we felt could have been better was another pick up time, 4pm was too early but 9.30pm was too late, a pick up time in the middle of that would have been perfect for us

We enjoyed swimming in 2 of the underground rivers. None of us snorkel, so we didn't take advantage of that opportunity. It is an expensive day out for a family of 5 and we couldn't afford to pay for further experiences when we got there - dolphins, sting ray, speed boat. The lunch was very nice. We all enjoyed the evening show and the pick up at the end was very well organised.

All of it! The sea trek is a must. The night time show was phenomenal and so emotive seeing all of Mexicans culture and history and how they celebrate this. The park is so clean and love how this compliment the area and wildlife. Amazing and absolutely a must when coming to the Yukatan peninsula. It’s left me feeling a new found love for Mexico.

This was a great experience and we paid for the photo package which was worth it, then we did not need to carry out phones around. Glad we looked at the reviews as the swimming shoes were useful. Only downside is the shower and changing facilities are very different to the UK. All open. The night show was great and buffet lunch options great. Swam with dolphins but the photos they take were extra and extortionate.

XCaret ist ein schöner Park, Natürlich. Aber, wir haben Rund 300€ gezahlt für in den Park und da glaubt man wohl es sei erlaubt die aktivitäten im Park zu machen so wie es eben für üblich ist. Leider bekommt man für 300€ fast keine aktivitäten die man machen kann. Den die aktivitäten die sich wirklich lohnen muss man jeweils noch extra bezahlen was uns im voraus nicht gesagt wurde. Pro extra aktivität( und das die Aktivitäten die sich wirklich lohnen!) Zahlt man rund nochmal 100€ Pro Person!!

Erg duur voor wat je er voor krijgt, onderwater rivier erg leuk, verder wat dieren, waarvan een aantal in een veel te klein hok. Snorkelen in een heel klein baaitje, met nog 300 andere. De echt spectaculaire dingen moest je allemaal flink voor bij behalen. Show in de avond was leuk. Goed georganiseerd voor heen en terug reis.

Alles was echt fantastisch. Geen slechte dingen gehad in het park! Wij hebben een extra (betalende) activiteit en dat was geweldig. Alles schoon en netjes. Iedereen behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De foto optie is echt een aanrader. Zoveel foto momenten, zodat je kan genieten van alles om je heen zonder telefoon of tas! Top! Wij hadden 1 dingetje vooraf, er was ons niet verteld dat je je paspoort moest laten zien voordat je bus in stapte, je e ticket was voldoende. Niet dus....

Excaret is amazing. Unfortunately when we where there this time it was pouring rain and insane thunder. It did not feel safe to stay and I´m surprised that they kept the park open. We left due to safety reasons with the children after half the day.

The park is first class but it needs a tour guide we asked to download a map but couldn’t get a signal even if the could hand out paper maps that would help the park is more suitable for young kids younger adults the butterfly section is amazing though.

The park was good but you definitely need at least 2 days to do and see everything. Pick up time is late morning so if you dont want to stay untill the 9.40pm pick up, you have very limited time to do anything in the park.

We enjoyed the service. We enjoyed the discount/ deals; the 2 for 1 for the dolphin experience, discount on photos, etc. I purchased them all. We did the sting ray activity, the adrenaline boat activity, and the dolphin activity. We also really, really enjoyed the show at the end of the day; its a must see.

Excellent
Xcaret eco park is a must do if travelling to Cancun. Although it was a 06.40 pick up and arrived back at hotel at 23.00 is was utterly worth it. The Admission cost could be considered expensive by most people, due to having to pay separately for most of the activities within the park. However I believe it is totally worth it as the park is beautifully maintained, the animals look well cared for and it is such a peaceful place. The buffet food in the beach restaurant gets a 10/10 from me.

Food at the restaurants was appalling. Food was warm at best, restaurants were over crowded. The Park rep that came on the bus to pick us up spoke for a good 25 minutes of n Spanish but less than 5 minutes in English. No paper Park Plan on offer all the information was on the App but the park WiFi was terrible. The show at night though was very good

The park was busy with many of the attractions having an additional charge, making it a very expensive day. The underground river swim which was included in the package was exceptionally crowded. We had VIP passes which included a good buffet lunch. We also booked for the evening Mexican show which lasted two hours and was excellent entertainment. Thankfully we booked dinner for an additional cost so had great seats. A bit of a mixed bag with a long 14.5 hour day.

Lovely park set in beautiful surroundings. However not enough information given as to where to pick up your locker key by the Rep who picks you up on the bus transportation. Just more interested in selling added extras. Maps around park hard to follow. Not enough information given as to where you can sit for the main show. All you in all a wonderful park and the main evening show is a must see. But felt very lost and confused as to where to go to see most that the park had to offer.
