Nous avons pris cette excursion en cliquant sur le lien Tui et avons reçu une facture Tui. Or, notre hôtel à été modifié à notre arrivée en Islande et il a fallu que l’on marche jusqu’à la station de bus car le transfert ne se faisait plus de notre nouvel hôtel. Nous avons appelé le numéro d’urgence et il s’avère que notre réservation n’était pas connu de Tui malgré le numéro du bon. En effet il aurait fallut appeler pour réserver cette excursion et non cliquer sur le lien indiqué par Tui.
