Gli antichi Maya la chiamavano "Dove inizia il cielo" e Sian Ka'an ha sicuramente un tocco di paradiso. Le sue mangrovie, le barriere coralline, la fauna selvatica e i siti archeologici fanno sì che sia sia Patrimonio dell'Umanità dell'UNESCO che Riserva della Biosfera, una rara doppietta che lo pone nella Champions League dei parchi naturali. Manon, una delle nostre esperte guide locali, dice: "Sono arrivata a Sian Ka'an per la prima volta come visitatrice in vacanza dalla Normandia e me ne sono innamorata completamente - ora lavoro in questo paradiso. Vengo qui ogni giorno e non ho mai vissuto due volte la stessa esperienza".
L'avventura inizia nel momento in cui si sale sulla barca per esplorare le fitte mangrovie. Navigando nella riserva, sarete circondati da flora e fauna: oltre 300 specie vivono qui, tra cui uccelli, coccodrilli e delfini. Mentre la barca naviga, la guida vi indicherà le specie vegetali uniche che prosperano in questo ecosistema di zone umide, spiegandovi il loro ruolo vitale nel mantenere l'equilibrio ecologico. Poi, vi dirigerete verso il Mar dei Caraibi per fare snorkeling in una delle barriere coralline meglio conservate della zona. Getterete inoltre l'ancora in un tratto di sabbia poco profondo con basse maree e acque cristalline, conosciuto localmente come La Piscina.
Il pomeriggio è dedicato al relax. Vi recherete a Punta Allen, un piccolo villaggio di pescatori Maya, dove potrete gustare alcuni piatti locali, prima di avere un po' di tempo per rilassarvi. È la conclusione idilliaca di una giornata trascorsa immersi in uno dei paesaggi naturali più belli di Cancun.

Die Tour ist wunderschön , wie selbst haben die Tour vor zehn Jahren schonmal gemacht und waren etwas enttäuscht da alles sehr auf Tourismus ausgelegt ist es fehlt etwas das einheimische. Der Ausflug an sich ist traumhaft schön

Definitely not worth the money took 3 hours to get to the boat this was with a 45 minute bumpy ride that was never mentioned and I don’t mean bumpy I’m mean shaking out of your seats pot holes were ridiculous. Finally got on the boat no refreshments offered good job we took our own. At the lunch venue the food was limited to just chicken as fish had ran out only 2 drinks on offer full fat Coke and a juice we had to buy our own drinks after spending £600+ on this trip that was a joke

We enjoyed the day, but felt it cost a lot of money. Abraham, our guide, was great. He had to talk in both English and German all day, as we were a mixed group. There was a child of 4 on our boat, which wasn't ideal. Especially asthma trip states children aged 12 and above. It really wasn't suitable for a 4 year old. The boat trip is too bumpy. We were fine getting on and off the boat into the sea. But, it definitely isn't for anyone with a mobility issue, back problem, or lack of flexibility.

The trip was great and the guide knowledgeable. We saw loads of dolphins and also saw turtles. A crocodile was hiding by the bank but he was hard to see. More time around bird island would have been nice. The walk from lunch back to boat in mid day sun is hard work. We did the same trip about 4 years ago but it was better this time around.

Sehr schönes Gebiet und sehr schön so wundervolle Natur und Tiere zu sehen. Dachten aber wir fahren noch mehr durch die Mangroven, das war nur ein kurzer Teil. Jedoch hatten wir einen neuen Guide, das war ihre erste Tour, aber sie hat nicht so viel erzählt. Das wird aber bestimmt noch besser werden mit der Zeit. Und hat ein wenig mehr Info gefehlt zum Gebiet und Zu den Tieren. Preis ist sehr hoch - unsicher ob das Gerecht ist

Das Highlight des Urlaubs, auch wenn zum Teil verregnet. Haben Manatis, Delphine, Schildkröten, Prachtfregattvögel und Krokodile bei gutem Wetter gesehen - mehr als versprochen in natürlicher atemberaubender Umgebung - Schnorcheln am Riff. Dazu exzellent von Miriam erklärt. Wer die Natur in Mangrovenwäldern liebt und dazu gerne auf Wasser ist, sollte diesen Ausflug machen… Ist allerdings nichts für Rückenkranke bei unruhiger See, kurze Wellenlänge und schnelles kurzes Boot.

The pick up was 20 min late. Mini bus was very uncomfortable, it was cramped for 4 adults on the back row. The bus needs to be upgraded. The lunch did not meet our expectations. Mashed potatoes, chicken in a sauce, rice and some salad. No real choice. Desert was miniscule and again no choice. The overall experience of the activities and knowledge of the guide regarding the flora and forna was extremely good. Both captains were excellent and we would recommend this trip to anyone visiting Mexic

I enjoyed every single moment, even with not seeing the dolphins the tour itself was incredible. The best individual trip I’ve ever been on - it was truely up there with a two week Costa Rica tour I did. Seeing the turtles and the crocodiles and swimming in the warm water off the beach of porta Allen can only be compared to being in heaven. Our guide was incredible if I could give give 100/10 I would he was passionate and knowledgeable and it showed throughout the whole experience.

Every part of this trip was fantastic pick up was late but that has more to do with what's on the roads. The swim on the riff was a little tuff on people who had not swam in the sea and not used to currents.

Sortie en mer avec de tres belles à faire. Nous avons vu des dauphins et des tortues .notre guide Gabriel nous a fais passer par la mer plutôt que la piste cabossée belle excursion Tarif un peu cher

We were lucky to see dolipins, manatee's lots of birds and sea turtles. The guide Ro was excellent and seemed very knowledgeable. Along with the boat captains then ensured the stopped if there was anything to see and gave us plenty of time. The ride on the boats was exillerating. Food was very good and the walk through the village was informative. We had the opertunity to swim oin the shallows off the beach which was stunning.

Miriam was a superb guide, very knowledgeable and fun. All staff were great. The only thing I feel customers should be made more aware of is that they are required to disembark the boat by jumping off the side twice. I was led to believe that access was gained from a jetty each time. Customers also require a fair degree of upper body strength to be able to climb back into the boat from the water. It was certainly not easy and I am fairly fit! Otherwise, it was a fabulous experience

How successful the day was was very much dependent on what one saw. We were lucky and manged to witness creatures that others may no have seen ie pods of dolphins, turles, crocodiles etc. A relaxed day out for all the family though.

Transfer: für Personen mit langen Beinen nicht geeignet, Bus zu eng zu klein zumal die Fahrt länger dauert. Des Weiteren wird man erst nach Buchungsbestätigung aufmerksam gemacht , dass die Fahrt nicht geeignet ist für Personen mit körperlichen Einschränkungen. Die Fahrt ist mehr als nur holprig. Man wird ständig hin und her geschaukelt vielmehr man hebt vom Sitz ab!! Katastrophe! Ansonsten war es sehr lohnenswert und unser Guide war super . Lieben Dank an Anett!!!!

The inclusive meal was cold & very poor choice. Chicken (which was tough & cold) or fish (didn't what kind so didn't have that) Husband did, said it was luke warm but tasted ok. We had to walk in the intense 30 degree heat a few times but that's Mexico! The guide was informstive (very good) & the driver had to negotiate many ruts in the road. Which he did his best. We saw 2 dolphins, 1 Turtle & a surprise Manatee. No crocodiles though but was relieved to be honest as the boat was small.

Vastly overpriced experience, while it is never certain you will see the animals you were looking to see on any excursion when we did manage to see turtles and dolphins it was amongst a group of 6 or 7 boats that were crowding them and you just catch glimpses of them as they tried to escape the area.. for a biosphere it was shocking how much rubbish there was and our boat smelt like it was leaking fuel which was unpleasant. On the positive side our guide was very enthusiastic.

Loved the experience, saw some fantastic animals and everything we discussed was seen! Miriam was a fantastic guide and helped make the day amazing, an absolute credit! The only downside and something that maybe would have made us reconsider is the journey - we were picked up at 7am and didn’t make it to the first part of the tour til 9.30ish, the last 45 minutes of the journey is the bumpiest gravel track ever - the experience outweighs the journey but we may have thought a bit more first!

This was the best day of our holiday. We were really well looked after throughout the trip. The boats threw the mangroves were fun and we saw so much wildlife - spoonbill flamingoes, grey heron, tiger heron, frigate birds displaying as it was mating season, sea turtles, bottlenose dolphins and a crocodile! The food was really tasty and Sian Kaan is a stunning place. We couldnt snorkel due to strong currents but the day was still fantastic.

Die Busfahrt war unzumutbar. 12 große Erwachsene eingepfercht in einem Kleinbus mit kaputter Federung ohne Stauraum für Rucksack. Wer vorher keine Rückenprobleme hatte, hat sie ab dieser Tour. Die Bootstour war eher eine Speedboottour. Weniger eine Besichtigung des Reservats. Der Preis von 275 US$ ist auf keinen Fall gerechtfertigt. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht.

This trip is not as advertised, our guide was not disability aware even though we’d requested they were made aware before we went. They tried to split up a group of 3 that included a child and adult with disabilities. We didn’t get to experience the reef due to the winds and the sea was that choppy every got soaked included the dry clothing to get changed in to. The guide is on 1 of 2 boats, if you’re unlucky you won’t receive what is advertised. It’s a lot of money for a gamble on weather.

There was absolutely nothing that we didn't like. For me and my 80year old Mum this was the highlight of our time in Mexico. Not only was the trip itself fantastic, but the help and assistance given to my Mum on and off the boats by the captains, and whilst walking too and from the boats by our lovely guide, Angie - it was tear inducing to be honest. Not only did it mean that I could relax and enjoy the trip, but it also meant meant she was safe. Thank you **********

Good: Good Views of wildlife and birds. Snorkeling and swimming was good. Guide was good and very chilled. Bad: Ratio of travelling to actual trip was poor. The road into Sian Kaan was dreadful. A long time bumping over a dreadful road was not any kind of experience I want. As with previous trips we were reminded that guides / drivers / boatmen require tips to "supplement" their wages. I don't disagree that this is the case, but TUI trips aren't cheap, so where's the money going?

I feel the tour rep at tui should be advising people with back or bladder issues not to go on this trip as the road to the boat is very bumpy and there only 2 toilet breaks on a 8 + hr trip. I felt the time spent snorkling and swim in ocean was rushed and little to see. Dissappointing not to see much of the wild life. But our guide, driver and speed boat drivers were lovely and the food was nice.

Issues around road transport - the minibus was at full capacity requiring 4 adults to be jammed onto the back seat - which wasn't a pleasant experience, especially as we all had bags for swimming kit too. Furthermore the minibus was wholly unsuitable for the extremely poor road condition on the nature reserve - further discomfort for 30 mins or more on a severely potholed road. Also being expected to complete disclaimer forms whilst travelling was quite poor - these could be done at booking.

De prijs voor dit uitje is zeer hoog en dat is het niet waard. 1 krokodil gezien achter de bootjes. 1 schilpad en dan wordt er niet meer verder gezocht helaas. Die ene was wel heel mooi om te tien. De dolfijnen hebben we wel goed gezien. Vogels waren wel te zien maar niet heel bijzonder. We hadden helaas ook geen nederlands talige gids. De omgeving was wel erg mooi maar op het water was het wel erg fris en daarom niet gesnorkeld. We hebben het wel gezellig gehad en vonden het mooi maar te duur.

the overall content was good but it was a dull at times The guides did their best but if for long periods there's nothing to see, then it can be dull We left 8am & got back 16.15 Water & snacks were provided Lunch at a beach bar was great but the boat journey was too long & for what we saw The 2 swims were good, at this time of year it was cold when you got out of water We've been on better comparable trips but in exotic locations eg Botswana Mozambique & Maldives so manage your expectations

your tui rep, she was clueless about regarding the trip, I ask her what we should wear and she said shorts & T-shirt would be ok they weren’t, the guide told us to bring long sleeve tops and warm clothing as it was cold in the mangroves we held the trip by 20 mins while we returned to the room to get them. The bus which pick us up was not suitable vehicle for the trip, over two hours being thrown around we were bruised and battered, it was pure **********, it was not worth the money we paid.

War eine spannende und tolle Tour… haben einen Alligator, Delfin, Meeresschildkröte und viele Vögel gesehen. Schnorcheln am Mesoamericanischen Korallenriff und Schwimmen. Dazu ein einfaches, aber leckeres Essen in einem Fischerdorf. Sehr sympathisches Team!!

This was very expensive and more than advertised; £198pp against £220pp not including bank fees. We were told travel time was 1hr20 but it was actually 3 hours each way. Large parts of the journey were on appalling quality roads and was frankly painful. The bus did not have sufficient space for all passengers and we were last on so crammed in the back seats. V inappropriate. Guide was not great, seemed disinterested. Also got given a silly legal waiver at end of trip. Wildlife was great.

Marie-Grace was fantastic, passionate and knowledgeable. The road trip was horrific, most of the rest simply a trip on a boat, an expensive boat trip. We were eventually told that there are only 200 visitors a day to the area, so the price was for exclusivity I assume. Lucky with the weather do all in all not too bad. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with even the hint of a bad back, 1 hour on unmade roads is not pleasant

It was a great trip. Great guide and saw lots of wildlife. The snorkelling on the reef was amazing and very well organised. Just in terms of value for money it’s quite a lot per person for a day trip.

Notre sortie prévue initialement n'a pas pu se faire par un changement d'horaire de départ par le délégué lookea qui s'est trompé de clients.Pour compenser son erreur,il a trouvé une excursion au même endroit mais pas de la même qualité avec 9 heures de transport sur 15 heures et en plus nous avons payé bien plus cher cette prestation par rapport aux autres clients des autres hotels

Die Tour war der absolute Hammer. Spitzenmäßig die Tour Guid Michaela. Wir konnten Delfine, Schildkröten, Krokodile sowie verschiedenste Vogelarten beobachten. Absolut lobenswert auch die Tour Mitarbeiterin "Anja", die durch ihre Fachkompetenz uns erst auf den Geschmack gebracht hatte. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist vollkommen stimmig.

The bus was hot as the AC didn’t really work and the seats on the boat were very hard so after 5 hours it was getting painful. The tour guide was exceptional, very knowledgeable and informative, the boat captains were very skilful at navigating the mangroves and made the trip very exciting, and the food was excellent, I would highly recommend taking your own water as you get 2 bottles for the whole day.

Great to see the Crocodile, Turtle, Dolphins and the Birds. All close up. Swimming in the Lagoon was excellent Boat trips were exciting Meal at Fisherman's beach was good. Didn't see many fish when snorkelling.

Die Tour war ein traumhaftes Erlebnis. Wir haben Krokodile, Fregattvögel, Pelikane einen Rosalöffler, eine Meeresschildkröte viele Delfine und Leguane gesehen. Das Restaurant für das Mittagessen war sehr schön gelegen. Man konnte duschen und sich komfortabel umziehen. Das Essen war gut. - Die Fahrt mit dem altersschwachen Kleinbus war eine Tortur. Der Bus war bis auf den letzten Platz belegt. Die Enge bei drei Stunden für eine Fahrt sorgte für eine gereizte Stimmung auf den „billigen“ Plätzen.

À propos du transport (bateaux), c’est assez tape fesses, donc faut pas être fragile du dos/cou. Mais voir les dauphins, tortues, oiseaux, c’est juste magnifique et nager au dessus de la barrière de corails qui abrite poissons et algues c’est tout juste à couper le souffle.

We hadden erg veel hoge golven en de boten gingen erg hard. Voor ouderen of mensen met rugklachten geen aanrader. De weg er naar toe gaat door de jungle. Erg slechte weg.

We hebben expliciet geboekt voor een Nederlands talige gids Daarom bij Tui geboekt omdat hostes dit ook belooft heeft met de woorden er is nu nog plaats op deze tour met Nederlandse gids maar dan moet je wel nú meteen betalen dan ben je er zeker van Dus bijna €500 betaald voor 2 personen en dan ga je ervan uit dat alles geregeld is Dan wordt je opgehaald door een busje met een Italiaans Engels sprekende gids Met de woorden kunnen jullie ook Engels? Want ik kan geen Nederlands we voelen ons gena

L'endroit est magnifique mais le voyage aller-retour depuis notre hôtel (Dreams Sands Cancún) était bien trop long: 4 heures à l'aller, 3h30 au retour. Si nous avions su qu'il faudrait passer autant de temps dans un minibus pour quelques heures de bateau, nous aurions sans doute renoncé. L'arrivée au village où se tenait le déjeuner a été un peu bizarre, on nous a déposés à l'arrière du village, et nous avons dû marcher (notamment dans la vase) jusqu'au restaurant.

Boat trip and wildlife were great. Bit concerning was the 400 metre walk from the boat to the lunch venue, through a mozzie infested swamp and then stoney path with bits of broken glass. Unable to wear footwear as feet and sandals caked in thick mud from swamp, so barefoot??

Das Essen war einfach gehalten, nicht umfangreich, aber trotzdem lecker. Tour Guide sehr gut. Hat sich Zeit genommen, alles zu erklären. Wir hatten das Glück, alles mögliche an Tieren zu sehen, außer Seekühe. Natur halt. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Ausflug und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir wurden 30 Minuten verspätet abgeholt. Der Bus war ein ca. 15 Jahre altes Gefährt, der eine Unwucht hatte, die Heckklappe hat die gesamte Zeit geheult, alle Anbauten im Bus waren schon demontiert. In der Getränkekiste war schon bei der Hinfahrt nach einer Stunde anstatt Eis nur Wasser zur Kühlung. Es gab ansonsten keine Frühstückverpflegung. (Abholung war um 6,30 Uhr) Nach Chitchen Itza war dies möglich. Die Fahrt wurde als Grün und ökölogisch angepriesen.

Grundsätzlich war die Tour schön Leider hatten wir kein gutes Wetter. Bei Regen war die Bootsfahrt ein Erlebnis. Der Hinweis zu Regenjacken hätte geholfen. Die Stühle im Boot waren nicht gepolstert. Nach kurzer Zeit und unruhigen Wasser wird das schnell unangenehm. Kaffee am Morgen gab es nicht. Der Snack am Morgen war grenzwertig.

Brilliant day out. Our guide Erica was fantastic. Really fun time on the speed boat and beautiful scenery and wildlife. Snorkeling was fun and swimming in the Crystal clear water was amazing. Small group if 6. Beach bar and food were lovely and would definitely recommend.

From start to finish, absolute shambles. Got told on way by guide , we probably wouldn’t be snorkelling due to weather. She also told us not to expect to see much wildlife in water due to the weather causing milky water. Couldn’t dock at jetty for dinner ,as been destroyed 2 months prior. We then couldn’t dock in front of restaurant again due to weather. We then had to walk through 6 inches of mud with mosquitoes galore , with our disabled son. Food was terrible and restaurant a mess.ruined Xmas

Bei der Buchung wurde eine Anfahrt von 1,5 Stunden angegeben, gedauert hat diese 3 Stunden. Mit dem Boot haben wir eine Vogelinsel umfahren, um einige Vögel auf den Bäumen zu sehen. Dann gab es eine Fahrt zu den Delphinen, um dort 4 Delphine 10 mal hochspringen zu sehen. Danach fuhren wir zu den Meeresschildkröten, wobei wie eine 2 mal zum Auftauchen gesehen haben. Der Besuch zu einem Mayadorf entpuppte sich als Überquerung durch Schlamm und Überfall von Moskitos. Schmutziger Strand, ekelhaft.

Wij hadden graag van te voren geweten dat het 3.5 uur in de auto was voordat de excursie begon. De gids had haar zaakjes niet op orde, de armbandjes voor de tour waren pas na lang wachten aanwezig. Nadat we na de lunch terugliepen naar de boten liet ze ons achter om nog iets te checken bij het restaurant.

This was an excellent trip. Quite expensive but we had a wonderful day. Our guide, Martin, was really informative and made sure we had the best experience possible. We saw all the wildlife possible, sea turtles, crocodiles dolphins. Thanks
