Bonjour, Sous une pluie battante avec les routes gorgé d'eau une conduite dangereuse engagement dans un tunnel vitesse excecive. Non respect de la sécurité des passagers. Une honte. 50 euros de perdue. Nous avons était choqué pour le reste de la journée.

Bus in teschnisch fragwürdigem Zustand: Gebläse/Aircondition schafften es nicht die Frontscheibe frei zu halten, Fahrer hat WÄHREND DER FAHRT mit einem Lappen Teile seines Sichtfeldes freigewischt. Everything about the holiday was excellent, the hotel, the food. And the entertainment was amazing. The only thing that bad was the transport home. We eventually after queuing in the stairwell for the plane returned to the airport seats got on the plane 2hrs and 55min late. We landed at Cardiff Airport at 10.41pm. Our luggage still wasn’t collected at 11.41pm. An absolute disgrace.

Leider kam bei der Rückfahrt der Bus eine ganze Stunde zu spät und jeder Urlauber wurde dann nervös, weil wir keine Informationen hinsichtlich Verspätung hatten. Auch keine Telefonnummer vom Busfahrer, um nachzufragen, was los ist.

It was unorganise chaos my 12 year old son went missing for over 40 minutea and staff in park were so unhelpful....Ques everywhere but no staff dotted throughout parkbto help with queries very bad sign posting amd main cafe again a free for all with no queing system....as for lockers forget about them unless willimg to que 1 hr minimum

Great value for money, the food was excellent, the bar staff were efficient and drinks were good quality. Reception staff were really helpful. Some of the people we met had upset tummies, but not sure if this was coincidence or something else. We would go again.

Verschrikkelijk , toen we naar Siam park gingen betaalde we voor een retour dus een bus die ons heen en terug bracht. Vervolgens wachtte we 1 uur voor de ingang van het park op een bus die niet kwam. Later hebben we het OV gepakt waar we 2 keer moesten overstappen en 2 uur duurde om terug bij het hotel te komen.

Very long day as the market closed at 2.00 and coach wasn't back until 4.40. When we arrived no direction was given as to where we had to go and we were dropped off at least 10 minutes walk away. We are able to walk but the drop off point was up a very steep hill and no mention of this was given when booking for less able people.

Firstly long journey, returning for late people. Told drop of would be the market , dropped off at a roundabout between two towns. No where near the market. Misleading and not informed about other drops ie Siam Park. Not suitable for people with walking issues.

Coach was on time didn't say Tui on the front of it so was unsure if it was our coach. Got dropped off away from market and had to put directions on phone to get there which wasn't ideal. Also piece of paper for return said something different so was unsure where to get back on had to ask the driver. More clarification required. Also a walk for anyone with mobility issues.

The transfer from the hotel to Loro Parque was seamless. The bus turned up on time and the rep was polite and helpful. She also gave clear instructions on how we would be getting picked up for our return trip to our hotel. Once again, very punctual for return.

Zuerst war nicht wirklich ersichtlich wo genau man abgeholt wird, da das andere hotel eine komplette Baustelle ist und kein Eingang oder eine bushaltestelle ersichtlich ist. Als nächstes hat die busfahrerin die Klimaanlage so hoch aufgedreht dass man bei der Rückfahrt schier erfroren ist und eine dicke Jacke gebraucht hätte.

Kurzfassung: Zu Spät, Unfreundlich, schlechte Routenplanung. Langfassung: Nachdem wir bereits 20 min zu spät abgeholt worden sind, wohlgemerkt als erste Haltestelle, sind wir noch über eine Stunde durch Puerto de la Cruz gefahren um weitere Personen einzusammeln. Dabei sind wir 2 Mal durch die Stadt gefahren. Mal abgesehen von dem fahrerrischen können geht einem das Getrödel gegen den Strich wenn man schon zu spät ist. Alleine die Hinfahrt hat 3 Stunden gedauert...

Good journey by coach However: We understood that this journey was to visit the market at Los Cristianos. There was no guide / rep to tell is where the market was. The driver pointed us in the wrong direction. A small map would have been useful no information about the hilly walk although there were disabled passengers pick up point was a long walk from the market and the sea front

Booked this on recommendation from the Tui Rep in our hotel. Booked to go to the market in Los Cristianos, which we explained to the rep at the time. The market is not on on a thursday - complete waste of our money. Had a very long coach journey and a long day wandering the beaches for no reason. Spoke to our hotel rep the day after our return and she said she must’ve misunderstood!! Not happy

Ben naar Catalonie punta del rey met jullie geweest zowel als de transfer als de uitstap naar los cristianos was honderd per cent uitstekend geregeld. Het hotel was een van de betere met zeer vriendelijke personeel ! Het aanbod kwa maaltijden zeer uitgebreid en goede kwaliteit. Animatie gewoon geweldig. Het is de eerste keer dat we met Tui op verlof gaan, het zal zeker niet de laatste keer zijn. Wij zijn enorm tevreden. Bedankt voor de fijne service

Der Preis ist schon sehr hoch.Und dann sind die vip Tickets schnell ausverkauft und auch verdammt teuer. Im Park nochmal 10euro für die abschließbaren Schränke,wo nur Chaos ist.und der Bus brauchte länger als gedacht.

The bus transfer was extremely late. On route we took a diversion to pick up 5 other passengers. However, after quite a wait, no one was picked up! A 40 minute journey that took 1 hour 50 minutes.

the coach transfer was fine. paying 25 euro each for the service wasnt. upon collection from the hotel we got given a slip and told we would be getting this bus number leaving at exactly 5pm. when leaving there was multiple busses with the same number and quite a few of us got kicked off a bus because we thought we got on the correct bus. with no tui rep in sight and a bus that didnt actually turn up until it was time to leave, a few including myself got a little angry with the service provided.
