Informative attentive guide, speedy transit through immigration and customs. Club lounge relaxing space with good menu and WiFi. Re the hotel transfer handed in my bag in exchange for the token and was told to return to collect the bags after 15 minutes during which time I had a drink in the lounge. Collected my bags and went to Nexus tours. I was put on a minibus where I was told there would be a 25 minute wait before departure. Had I known, I could have remained in the lounge, and relaxed.

Lounge was worthwhile to get through security queue but going by adverts, I thought you were met and walked through but you had to find your way through airport once shown barcode at desk and find the Mobay lounge yourself. Service great inside. Only downfall screens were not updated for flights so had to go out of lounge and check at gate boarding time.

Due to extreme delays in the airport we were unable to take advantage of this offer. 1.) It took longer to go to the VIP desk get our receipt and use the "VIP" lane that it would have taken to use security as a non VIP 2.) Due to the significant delays in check in we were not able to get to the lounge. Our flight was called within 10 mins of clearing security. We effectively paid for something we could not use.

The whole process was ridiculous. I purchased the mobay lounge expecting to be able to enjoy, it's took in excess of 1.5 hours to check bags in and haven't even got to the lounge yet with our flight boarding giving us less than 30 minutes in the lounge. I will be seeking a full refund for the experience. Total waste of money. Was told would be fast track through but clearly not.

Mobay departure lounge was really good. You can come back out using a wrist band so if you need to do some shopping you can then go back in. It's great getting through security quicker too

I paid for 12-1600 hrs we didn’t get picked up till 14.00 so by the time we got to airport and got through we got to the lounge at 14.45 so all we had was an hour and 15 minutes

Departing from Montego bay, Whilst I waiting at the boarding gate, there was a group of 5 staff young girls who were just chatting amongst themselves. No one was at the turnstile barrier to control who came forward, as a result people just started to pour through. The members of staff who were chatting then got annoyed at this, which could have been avoided if they were just chatting in a group before. So that was a big let down. The air crew were fantastic, especially Kevin who was brilliant.

Enjoyed the lounge very much, however out of the 2 lounges we would have been better located to the one near our gate. I have a priority pass and wished I used that on the day instead of pre-booking through Tui. Had that not been offered it is what I would have done.

As Tui offer this why don't you put all the luggage for VIp passengers together in the hold so that it comes off first and we can actually have some time in the arrivals lounge. We have to stand and wait for luggage, we, take our own luggage off the belt while the staff meme watches and waited for a tip and by the time you finally get it and go to the lounge you've 20 minutes maximum. Hardly value for money. It says VIp but you're really missing a trick with the luggage

My daughter and I arrived at Club Mobay and ordered a drink. We only had an hour as check in took so long. The most expensive diet cokes of my life as our names were called for random bag checks so unable to use the facilities. We did check out the food when we arrived but there were a few sandwiches with flies on, lots of patties, some salad, an empty dessert tray and crackers. For me personally, I wish I hadn’t bothered.

I booked the airport lounge at Manchester Airport but when we got to the vip lounge in Terminal 2 I was told that there was no record of my booking an was told it might be in Terminal 3 which was too far away so I had to pay again £110 to gain entrance to the lounge. Was not happy at having to pay again I already paid £83 originally. I would like a refund of the £83 please. Booking Number ********** i have the bank statement showing a paid £110 21/06/26 Original was booked with Tui fort Bham

Everything was great. Food serving staff very professional and helpful. Regrettably the young lady in the departure hall at the start of the vip experience was very brusque and offhand. I tried to get her to smile but nothing!! Pity as this will be a lasting memory of our holiday. Additionally I remembered her from our trip last year when she was just as impersonal.

5 mins to get through priority security, short walk to lounge, entry quick. Lounge large with plenty of seats Ample various food which was regularly replaced. Excellent choice of drinks both alcohol and non-alcohol. worth the money

Friendly staff. Speedy journey through airport security etc. The lounge was perfect whilst waiting to board. Attentive lounge staff. Selection of food/snacks was sufficient. Would definitely recommend.

Dropped bags off and it was straight to the mobay lounge. Fast tracked through security and then in to lounge. Unlimited food and drink and plenty of choice from sandwiches to pasta and patties. Lovely chilled experience before the dreaded flight home.

Was a great experience in the Lounge with lots of food choices to choose from. Staff were welcoming, great bathroom service - please leave a tip!! The coffee could have been hotter from the coffee pot but used the machine instead. The addition of fast track security was great. Better instructions with the voucher for the fast track security would be appreciated

It was like going into Gatwick 20 years ago. The food was very basic and the seating was all worn and dated. Staff were rude and ignoring us. We were made to feel uncomfortable as if unconvincing them.

Loved this service and would definitely book this experience again. It could only have been improved by the luggage arriving more quickly to allow extra time in the VIP lounge. Loved the meet and greet aspect and getting priority access through security. Our guide was amazing.

Finding the rep to get through security was a challenge! Lounge was very busy having to wait for seats to become available. Food was very basic and dry and crusty, clearly been out under the heat lamps for a good few hours. The 'runway' views were just scaffolding and boards! you could not see out of the windows.

We had a lovely time at the VIP lounge friendly staff when we enquired about where to find the lounge very impressed with the update of the lounge clean tidy wash rooms were amazing snacks were lovely food was great and also the drinks were great staff cleaning tables and enquiring if we were happy with the food and service
