Durante la stagione estiva, dal 1° aprile al 30 settembre, le porte si aprono alle ore 19:00 e si chiudono alle ore 02:00. Lo spettacolo inizia intorno alle 20:00 e termina intorno alle 23:30.

Durante la stagione invernale, dal 1° ottobre al 31 marzo, le porte aprono alle 17.30. Lo spettacolo inizia intorno alle 18.30 e termina intorno alle 21.30.

Questa esperienza è sconsigliata ai neonati e ai bambini sotto i sei anni, a causa dei rumori forti, degli spettacoli di luci e della fine tardiva dell'evento. Il luogo non è adatto ai bambini.

The show was amazing well worth going to see. Can't rate the food as that was horrible! Drink table service was totally uneceptable and never got our drinks and they tried to charge us for them. But the show was amazing. Loved the show

It was an incredible experience, one of the best shows i have ever seen, loved every second of it. Would happily see again multiple times. The only thing to pick on is that my mum ordered a coke 3 times, and none of the times was it brought to her, she had to chase it every time.

Loved the show and the food. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The only thing that let it down slightly was the venue is not accessible. No lift. But staff helped my friend with her mobility walker. Luckily she was able to manage all the steps.

OMG it was amazing!! The show was so entertaining, had the whole audience involved and hooked from start to finish. very luxurious feel,couldn’t recommend it enough. loved the cocktails but wish server came round more often for top ups!!

Have been sat down, we were made to feel most uncomfortable when the unknown guests sat with us they waited there own booth luckily another couple swapped and the night ended up fab, disappointed that we didn’t get apologies, lesson learnt if you want you own table make speak to staff on arrival to double check thanks Mark and Cheryl

Only complaint is tables packed together to tight, very hard to get out from table for toilets Also very hard for disabled people to get to toilets and the amount of steps to get into and exit the venue No lifts or ramps
