Visiterete una piccola distilleria dove gli abitanti del luogo producono il loro amato liquore medronho e potrete vedere come si produce il miele in modo tradizionale. Wir hatten miguel als Guide, et konnte auch gut deutsch und war super sympathisch. Wir hatten an dem Tag sehr viel Spaß, das Essen war einfach aber lecker 😋 aber kein barbecue, es wurde alles an den Tisch serviert.

Hele toffe dagtour! Vlotte ophaling, sightseeing, veel uitleg gekregen over alles wat we tegenkwamen, heeeerlijk middageten, kleine bezoekjes aan lokaal en authentieke dorpjes... Wij vinden het een echte aanrader!

Très bon guide qui nous a fait découvrir la région et nous a expliqué beaucoup de choses sur la vie au Portugal. Il maîtrisait très bien le Français. Il connaît parfaitement la région ( fruits arbres histoire et ressources naturelles de la région). Dommage que le repas ne soit pas un plat typique de la région mais pour le reste bravo

Easy to book with TUI Rep and a hassle free day with the tour guide. Got picked up from the hotel and taken to the top of the mountain mostly off road stopping at various points with the tour guide explaining about the local way of living and traditions. The tour guide was very polite and knowledgeable ensuring everyone was okay throughout the tour. Stopped off at a distillery and honey making farm as well as at the village at the top of the mountain. Great experience.

The Guides we had was very friendly and funny. Was very good with our 12 years made her feel a big part of the group. They told us lots about the fruits and the frams and about all the little village we see and the food we had for our meal was so good.

Lisbonne très bien, Evora hôtel nul et la cerise sur le gâteau le club lookea qui est nul. Heureusement l’equipe d'animations était top, sîon le reste est nul Repas pas bon, personnel antipathique, propreté moyenne en un mot nul, nul nul. Quelle déception. Nous avons dépensé de l’argent pour un voyage de M.. Et je retiens mes mots étant très énervé et déçu.

Un grand merci à Zaid, un guide atypique et charmeur comme on les aimes. Il nous a partagé et communiqué l’amour pour son pays et ses bonnes adresses. L’arrière pays mérite le détour pour qui veut faire autre chose que la plage. Le repas du midi dans un resto de pays était parfait, copieux et super bon. 160 km parcourus pour cette journée découverte qui au final a semblé courte. Nous recommandons 👍

Driver was entertaining and very knowledgeable. Most impressive was that he knew the names of all the plants we saw and even explained that a German sounding plant name is a very different name in the German language. Safe driver, caring, loves his country.

Besonders gut hat uns die kleine Gruppe von insgesamt 8 Urlaubern gefallen. Und natürlich unser Guide war einfach absolut spitze. Super sympathisch und hat uns wahnsinnig viel über die Algarve (Land, Leute, Flora und Fauna) erzählt. Das Mittagessen war einfach nur spitze und sehr lecker. Ein rundum gelungener Tagesausflug, den wir nur weiterempfehlen können.

We enjoyed visiting the remote village areas, especially where the local honey and firewater is made. We were given so much information about the area and what they can produce. Ricardo the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend.

Onze gids Chicken George wist enorm veel over het gebied en de natuur te vertellen. We hadden weinig last van de regen omdat de jeep overdekt is. Het is dus een prima excursie ook als het weer wat minder is. De lunch was inbegrepen en heel lekker.

it was an amazing experience recommended by our hotel rep Mirthe. our guide had a lot of knowledge about the area and explained everything from local plants and what they were used for to the history of old ruins we would pass. we loved the lunch that was included as well !

De rot was geweldig, Johnny vertelde veel over de omgeving. Stopte soms om ons kennis te laten maken met de geuren en mogelijkheden van de natuur om ons heen. Ook de plaatselijke gelegenheden, waren leuk om mee te maken. De lunch was goed verzorgd, alleen de sinaasappel als dessert had wat mij betreft niet gehoeven. Verder top

All-in-all a great experience and would recommend. A friendly and informative guide/driver highlighting things that are relevant and most essential to the people of Alvor and the Monchique Mountains. Only slight downside was the other trippers in our vehicle were all Polish and couldn’t speak English and therefore couldn’t talk to each other.
