Het was heel leuk. 40 min met de quad., daarna simpel eten met water. Dan even de grot in, was ook mooi, wel wat kort maar dat vind ik geen probleem. Ophalen met en terug door tui.

Everyone should be required to buy insurance or it should be an added fee. Several other riders didn't buy insurance and seemed to drive slower and didn't keep up with the guide. We had to stop or slow down to wait for them to catch up. The guide explained people tend to drive more cautiously due to fear of damage.

I was ripped off in the shop we went to was told I would pay £65 for three small bottles of tequila but when I checked my account I paid £270 ! I have complained to my bank. They rip you off so bad make sure you get real prices

Length of the 4x4 was good. Would have been good to drive through some water. But the track was very good. And we received good instruction from the guide to wear a bandana. That should have been listed on the booking/voucher page so we could bring one and not have to buy one onsite. Everyone was very friendly. Lunch had lots of options

The safety precautions were quite good. The lunch provided was of good quality. However, when booking we were not aware that it was an adventure park and things seemed rather rushed and chaotic. Just not the experience I was expecting.

Our snorkwling was in a crowded area, too many groups at once, and the water was super foggy, none of the things that were advertised were visible. When I bought the package, I was told tgis was the best snorkeling location. The time we had in the cenote was cut shirt - 25 min- because of a big group behind us. It was very expensive about $250 per person.- it was a 12 hour day- advertised as 6. Transportation was a big portion of day- shared with many different people.

This trip was fantastic. The ATV tour was lots of fun and the guided cenote tour was beautiful and so interesting. There’s photographers throughout the activities and they upsell these at the end. I know some people don’t like this, but you can opt out of having your photo taken, and we loved being able to get some action shots to remember the day. We also had to rearrange the day due to illness and TUI were fab about this and sorted this with no fuss and great understanding. Absolutely worth it

This was a horrible tour. We were told we'd be back to our resort at a certain time and that did not happen. The cenote was not what we expected and also we were held "hostage". Whats further the driver delayed us from arrival because he took the wrong route.

Our guide Paoula was fantastic, very professional, an amazing guide ?????????? The lunch was a bit basic for what we paid but it filled a gap. My biggest disappoint was I paid for the photo package being zip lining and the car (quad bike) and they sent me the wrong photos - yet to recieve the right ones. I clearly said to the lady 3 times that I didn’t want the water pictures as I took enough pictures myself but they still got it wrong - so I await to hear if I get my correct order

L'expérience était très bien, très chouette. Le guide était sympa et expliquait tout. Le seul problème et pas des moindres c'est le transfert de l'hôtel à l'excursion. Notre chauffeur est arrivé un quart d'heure en **********. Il faut quand même un certain temps pour arriver au parc. Mais le plus gros soucis est que nous avons mis 3h pour rentrer à l'hôtel. Nous sommes partis vers 15h du parc et sommes arrivées à l'hôtel vers 18h. C'est beaucoup trop long!

The ATV was a waste of time and money. No adrenaline since you had to drive slow , follow the people in-front of you and watch that no other tour was driving. The fact that they pressure you to get insurance liability , stating all this worst scenario when you don’t even enjoy the ride. Definitely a waste of time and money. Will not recommend it all..

Des quads vieux, et entretenus de manière précaire, direction imprécise et remplie de jeux dans le guidons, un freinage approximatif, voire dangereux pour qq’un qui n’a jamais fait de quad ( j’ai un quad en Belgique, et jamais je ne roulerai avec le mien dans un tel état) sinon expérience très agréable parcours agréables et très bel cenote… les guides sont top et très attentifs au clients seul bémol la qualité du matériel qui est trop peux entretenu…

This was at all what was shown on the brochure or what Rick at the resort promised. What a scam. We didn't even do 1/2 of the excursion because it wasn't what we were promised. The Four Wheeler place wanted to sell us more insurance (scare tactics). This was never shared when we booked the excursion. Waste of a day and a LOT of money.

Balade en quad bien mais circuit en boucle et trop court. N’avons pas du tout apprécié le forcing (honteux) pour l’achat de l’assurance quad en réalité on ne nous laisse pas vraiment le choix, Tui devrait inclure cette assurance dans le prix de la prestation cela éviterait ce désagrément sur place. La tyrolienne Top avec des vues à couper le souffle, a faire. Le cenote sympa mais sans plus. Le repas vraiment pas terrible. Énormément de monde sur le site. Dans l’ensemble journée agréable.

The ATV activity was disappointing. We were promised excitement and pressured into paying for insurance, yet we couldn't ride more than 20 seconds without being stopped or slowed to 5 mph. We were also promised snorkeling with tropical fish, but the guide said it wasn't included. Additionally, the activity schedule was distorted, taking 6 hours to complete the first activity and lunch. This was not what we were promised.

The best part was our Mayan Guide on the bus to TULUM explaining in detail some of the Mayan Culture and History. Very informative and knowledgeable. We also loved the ATV and cave.

I can highly recommend this tour! Our guide Manuel was friendly and passionate about his job, there were numerous ziplines that my wife and I had the pleasure of using, and the ATV rides were phenomenal! It was also cool going into the underground cavern and swimming while learning about the history of those awesome calcium formations.

Nous avons adoré cette excursion !!! La tyrolienne et le cenote sont vraiment superbes, petit point faible pour le Quad… malheureusement les guides nous veulent absolument nous vendre leur assurance (qui n’est pas obligatoire) et ensuite un gros manque de mise en confiance et d’explications concernant l’utilisation du 4 roues… ceci dit nous recommandons quand même cette excursion !!!

********** de touristes. Cela fait vraiment attrape touristes. Pour le quad on fait 2 fois le même toit sur une route très accidentée. Compliqué quand on est le passager. Vente "forcée" d'une assurance en plus en faisant peur au touristes en cas de problème avec le quad. Cela devrait être inclus dans le prix. ********** de monde dans la cenote qui est très belle et pas assez de temps pour en profiter. On se croirait dans le métro à l'heure de pointe !

Had fun doing the ATV ride; however, the staff were very unorganized. We did the cave swim as well. One customer (I didn't personally know him) started panicking and almost drowned despite wearing a life vest. I swam over with another guest and we pulled him above the water and helped him to the edge. The tour guide was unaware this even happened. I was not impressed with the safety.
