Cette excursion d'une journée réunit des incontournables comme la mosquée de la Koutoubia, le palais de Bahia, la médina et les fondouks, qui vous permettront de découvrir cette ville empreinte d'histoire aux tons ocre et rouges. Vous commencerez par la visite de la mosquée de la Koutoubia et du minaret, l'un des plus grands du monde musulman occidental. Vous vous dirigerez ensuite vers le palais de la Bahia et un musée historique local, avant de vous perdre dans le labyrinthe de la zone artisanale de la médina. Découvrez les coopératives locales en plein travail et parcourez l'artisanat traditionnel, avant de prendre place pour le repas du midi dans l'un des plus beaux riads.Vous vous immergerez par la suite dans les souks et les fondouks de Marrakech, où les couleurs vives et les odeurs orientales flottent dans les rues. Cette visite comprend une pause shopping, pendant laquelle vous pourrez profiter des nombreuses boutiques de la ville. Ce moment est facultatif et est personnalisable selon vos préférences. Vous terminerez la visite à la place animée Jemaa el-Fnaa, l'âme de la ville.

Historical information and knowledge of the guide was exceptional, also the talk and demonstration by the Berber pharmacist amazing, we bought quite a bit of product! Only criticism we were expecting to have had a little more time for browsing and shopping the boutique at the end of the tour was a little disappointing. Otherwise thoroughly enjoyed the day.

Very long day, with a lot of walking (12k steps) most of it going through all the Souks. Places to visit were interesting but seemed a lot of walking to fill the day. Lunch was good but no water/drink included, the refreshment for the day was later on in a cafe. Interesting talk in one of the local pharmacy/herbalist but very expensive. Only chance to buy souvenirs was in one shop at the end of the day so disappointing more options were not given.

Wij deden de ganse dag..het eten in de Riad was echt lekker en een gezellige setting, maar de rest van de middag was eigenlijk geen meerwaarde op de voormiddag..buiten de Riad hebben we niets meer bezocht. De berber farmacie en de souvenirshop hoefden niet voor mij..liever een of ander mooi monument ofzo..

This trip was a fantastic way to explore the old town of Marrakech. Our guide Yemeni was so knowledgeable and we learnt lots. He was great at keeping our group together. The morning of the trip ensured we saw key points of the medina and souks. The afternoon had too great a proportion dedicated to a herbal shop. It was purely a hard sell for products for 90 mins. The man was knowledgeable but it was all to get us to spend money. It soured our experience. Very little time to shop in the souks

We don’t go to the places that were outlined in the tour, there were too many people in the tour which ment that the walk was hard and slow. It was terrible value for money and we walk around in a circle most the day with very little interaction with the locals which ment neither them not us benefited. Also other please has been offered a half day which we hadn’t. First and last TUI trip we will ever book

Alles was heel,goed gereegeld,was gezelig druk in marakech.ook het nieuwe gedeeldte,neem een hele dag.lunch was perfect.in een heel beroemd restaurant.

Very good tour however rather than constantly walking through the souks it would have been good to have short breaks to briefly look around some stalls.

Guide very knowledgeable, Traffic of moped along the alleys. Needed a stop for refreshments A lot of walking . Lunch was incredible. Afternoon ok had a drink stop early into souks. Herbalist very good but not enough time to do shops.

I expected to see more of the city than we did. We saw all the main features that were mentioned but nothing of the cities extended areas that make up the city ie the city gates. We had the full day tour and the second half, after lunch, consisted of being joined by additional guests and a repeat of the tour of the souks we had already done in the morning with the addition of visits to three shops. All in all very unsatisfactory

Enjoyed the tour and the guide was good would have preferred if there was little time given to do bit shopping and when we we went in the restaurant for lunch we had to wait 15 minutes for our food to be ready when we booked the tour we were asked about the dietary restrictions they had prepared beef dish which was ready we asked for the chicken and when it came it was very dry and wasn’t fresh and lack of rice when asked for more waiter wasn’t very happy about it

We were booked for the full day tour. They were 16 of us in the group but we lost 4 people in the first hour of the tour. This put our son on edge and he was frightened we would be lost to. So we only did half the day. The tour guide was knowledgeable. The group was too big for the busy streets.

We decided to do the full day tour, the morning part of the tour was ok. Then we had lunch which was nice. The afternoon part of the tour was a total waste of money. We were taken around the markets to a herbal and spice shop, where we were expected to buy herbal remedies, we did purchase some items, witch we were over charged by £60 and when we complained back at the hotel to the rep they were not very interested. And then to a gift shop where they wanted you to spend more money.

Très belle visite , guide au top . Gros groupe d anglais avec nous , il aurait fallu des oreillettes pour la traduction car le guide perdait du temps de tout expliquer 2 fois . Sinon Très bien mais sous 40 degrés pas facile mais ça vous n en pouvez rien .

History was interesting and delivered well. Lunch was OK but no drink even water wasn’t included with lunch. Felt that the afternoon shopping experience could have been improved by letting us visit a few more individual shops in the sook ( not just 2 at the end) Saw a lot of shops we would have liked to stop at but had to walk past.

The tour was good and the guide was very informative. There is a lot of walking through the Souks and no time to stop and look in the shops. The full day tour was 8.5 hours which was just too long for us so we had to cut it short. But we did 5 hrs. There are half days tours which would have suited us better. The lunch was amazing in a beautiful restaurant with great food.

This tour was repetitive to accommodate those that wanted only half day tour. This tour can also be just a half a day tour - which we were not offered. The amount of unnecessary walking in the scorching heat was unbearable. We repeated the tour more or less three times. We are not acclimatised for this weather and the tour guide was gathering us to talk to us the heat. We weren’t allowed to stop and shop but only to two shops that the guide wanted us to visit. We saw some of the items cheaper

The guide was not making sure everyone was safe he informed us that a local would be counting us to make sure we was all there and it would not cost us anything.. I was on the full day and the local informed me he was leaving with the half day guests and insisted I give him money he was very insistent which was annoying as it was very hot and I could not reach my money he walked along my side until I got my money.. other guests had the same experience

Room without balcony was a right off Getting the room and the welcome coud be much better with a cold drink.such a hot day we arrived in TUI blue Medina garden but no body was offer us any cold drin even water instead we have to wait for our room since 11am to 3pm that was absolutely ridiculous. Hope Agadir trip go good.

Transfer was op tijd met de gids. De gids vertelde voldoende en had voldoende kennis. Ochtend gedeelte verliep goed in de zin onafgebroken. Lunch tijd was iets te lang ( bijna 2 uur). Lunch en restaurant was bovendien boven verwachting goed. Overgang van de Mimmddag gedeelte duurde wat lang omdat we op een volgende groep wachtten die zouden aansluiten. Het is wel veel lopen. Maar je krijgt wel een goede indruk van de medina. Op eigen houtje gaan was ondoenlijk geweest met veel tijdverlies

Was booked and I wasn't told it was dependent on numbers for it to go ahead. Day of excursion trip was cancelled. 3rd time I've booked excursions with TUI and they have been cancelled. You take money from me straight away yet I'm made to wait up to 7 days for a refund. That's not right really. Money can be transferred within 2 hours so that's poor on your side.

I would highly recommend the half day trip but not the full day as we felt it was just a rushed walk through the souks we were not given any opportunities to actually shop at any of the shops . when we even asked to be able to buy something we were told no .we were then taken to a shop which he was clearly paid to get us to visit but was very expensive compared to if we had been able to barter in the souks

Guide très sympa, bcp d'explications 👍 Cependant, nous avons fait un marathon dans le souk sans pouvoir rien regarder. Le repas, dans un resto à groupes touristiques, un bol d'harira immangeable, une tajine poulet citron correcte, et le dessert...des tranches d'oranges soupoudrées de cannelle ( ils ne se sont pas foulés). Nous avons finalement renoncé à rentrer avec le bus pour pouvoir profiter de l'ambiance de la place Jema El Fna et du souk. Je ne recommande pas du tout👎👎👎

The guide was good but I felt that he rushed us around the streets and at times I couldn't understand what he was saying. I believe you should also say that the trip included 10km of walking through the streets. By the end everyone on the trip was exhausted. When we finally got time for shopping after trawling the streets for hours, noone felt like it. We were taken to particular shops but everything there was overpriced. We really wanted to shop at the market stalls but there was no opportunity

We saw lots on our tour. Felt I got a good overview of the city. I felt very safe and looked after. The shops we stopped at were fab - it was super interesting to learn about the spices. Lunch was lovely too. I would have liked to move a little more slowly through the souks as I felt I had to rush to keep up with the guide and not get lost!

Très grand groupe, difficile d’entendre et suivre le guide toute la matinée. L’après-midi nous étions un plus petit groupe mais nous avons fait énormément d’arrêts “shopping” où on est poussé à dépenser notre argent, pour acheter des produits soi-disant moins chers qu’en Europe alors que ce n’est pas réel dans tous les cas. Aucune explication sur comment négocier au souk alors que c’est dans la description
