Despite a road closure, we managed to visit all 3 beautiful destinations, enjoying our ferry ride very much. Valentin our guide was funny friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about these towns. He organised times and meeting points brilliantly and was happy to answer any questions or queries- he was great company for the day

We were really looked after and the staff were friendly and approachable. This is what really mattered to us. The view from our room wasn’t great and the room wasn’t 4 star but it was comfortable. We preferred the buffet menu and having a gastric sleeve meant I couldn’t eat a lot - sometimes resorts allow me to take a doggy bag to snack on. Overall, it was a great getaway- thank you!

This was an excellent tour opportunity to see the whole coastline experience from Sorrento to Amalfi from the ferry. The outward voyage, as a result of a road closure to Positano, gave a wonderful perspective of the geology of the coast. The towns were interesting in their history and layout although we had expected the colour of the houses to be brighter. The whole trip was made all the more pleasant by the cheerful and knowledgeable tour leader, Valentino. Thanks to all TUI staff involved.

We were told it was a 10 minute walk to the pick up point, it was 25 minutes. The bus was able to come to our hotel, but did not. The last 100 metres were on a road that had no path and lots of blind bends with oncoming traffic hurtling towards us. Our driver went flat out everywhere then fully expected a tip. The trip otherwise was ok, bar Ravello which didn't hold much interest to most people.

The transportation was good and we enjoyed the boat trip from Positano to Amalfi. Guide (Adrian) was very good, energetic and enthusiastic. Just the right amount of time spent in each town. Negative points for us were a lot of waiting around to board buses or boats in full sun.

The highlight of the trip for us was Ravello, which was much less crowded and more relaxed, however we barely had time to just take a few photos and get a quick drink. Overall the trip felt rushed, very little in the way of a ‘guided’ tour for the first two destinations, it just felt like we were being ferried from one place to the next to spend an hour browsing the shops more than anything. Would have preferred to just spend a half day in Ravello.

Great to visit three separate towns on the Amalfi coast in one day. Not enough time in Amalfi. Ravello was the best by far, more time there would have been good. Road network is crazy so if so you don’t like the bus or heights this one may not be for you.

We felt this was not value for money, we did not get enough time in each place to explore / shop. My husband has mobility issues we discussed this with the Tui rep at the time of booking. He was unable to come up to Ravello, the bus dropped us at the bottom of the hill. He walked to the top but then could not cope with more walking/ steps so had to stay at the bottom He therefore missed the experience. The transport was small, crowded and very hot with AC not working or not on. All felt rushed

Valentino was our guide and what a lovely person he was, so knowledgable and enthusiastic about the Amalfi coast. Coach dropped us off in Positano, walked through the town down to the beach, beautiful place, we caught the boat to Amalfi from here which was packed with tourists and not enjoyable, we needed lunch so no time to look around after as we had to get to Ravello, gorgeous place and quieter than Amalfi. Negatives - roughly an hour in each town to explore, long time back to Sorrento

MUS15643410.This was so dissappointing.Such a lot of money for an exhausting and stressful day. Unacceptable amount of walking with too many steps and gradients.Recommended lunch option was disgraceful and the restaurant was not prepared to accept what our party wanted to eat...it had to be an full lunch or nothing..not what we were told when we booked it or what you need with 31°.All in all too expensive...too little to do when there ...not worth the money,.will nit recommend.

The young man Valentino was very knowledgeable and friendly, clear instructions were given at all times regarding meeting places and times. Loved all the places we visited, the only downside was the vast number of tourists, we found everywhere a little overcrowded, but that’s nobody’s fault. The ferry trip to Amalfi broke up the day and gave some much needed sea breeze.

Excellent excursion we thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely need to have decent footwear on. Possibly could have done with a little more time in Amalfi as once we had eaten there was very little time left to explore. Overall a fantastic trip. Highly recommend

It was well organised and good to be taken to places which would have taken us a lot longer with the accompanying stress of finding our own transport etc. However I do think more time in perhaps just two places would have been much better, allowing a more relaxed visit and time for food etc Suggest missing out Amalfi altogether ( it was manic) and spending more time at Positano and Ravello ( where I believe there is another villa of interest) Just a suggestion but I did hear others saying same

Our guide, Adriano, was very pleasant and engaging and had an extensive knowledge of each are visited. The drive to Positano has a lot of very twisty roads but our driver has obviously driven the route many times and the journey was fairly smooth. The towns of Positano, Amalfi and Ravello are all simply quite stunningly beautiful. We decided to split the journey with a ferry ride between Positano and Amalfi which, not only brings a gorgeous sea breeze, allows you to marvel at the coastline

Our tour guide Valentin, and driver Luigi were excellent. Enough detail on the guided walks without becoming boring. Enough free time to explore some shops and stop for something to eat & drink at each destination, again without it becoming too long a stop that you got bored. Perfect timing all round! Beautiful towns well worth the visit, and the boat trip was our highlight.

The trip itself was good. Would of preferred a bit more time in amalfi and overlooking and bit less time in position. The guide wasn't very good. Couldn't hear a word on the coach journey. She didn't do a good job of making sure the group could keep up. We were still getting of the back of the coach and she had already set off up the road. Journey back was horrific coach driver drove like a madman

Great tour, fabulous sites and great tour guide. Only negative is the late pickup. A group of TUI guests were wondering around the pickup area as no dedicated spot. Our tour bus was 20 minutes late picking us up. Understand the traffic but no updates provided.

Too much time spent in a minibus as I asked the rep when booking my partner doesn’t travel too well on buses / coaches so we tried to balance a trip that might offer a good experience and not be too bad when travelling but this trip didn’t work for us.

Hotel Rep recommended this Amalfi trip considering my wife's breathing issues on inclines. Positano was amazing as was the boat trip to Amalfi. Ravello was beautiful too. Our issue was the guide Manuela who at no time checked if people were keeping up with her. In Ravello there was a steady incline but she just marched on and my wife could not keep up. She did not stop and went to Villa Rufolo. Said she came back to check but she could NOT have. Also at Amalfi port she left others behind

Three must see places. Nice to add in boat trip to get view from the sea of the buildings clinging to the cliffs. Amalfi was crowded (as could be expected) what it’s like midsummer I would not like to think. Needs to be taken into account if you suffer from fear of crowded places. Lots of steps of course (what’s new in Sorrento area). Villa Ruvolo in Ravello beautiful could have spent more time here and in Ravello itself.

We both really enjoyed this trip, a fantastic way to experience the Amalfi Coast if you are visiting for a short time. The combination of small group mini bus tour and boat ride between Positano & Amalfi was just perfect. Our guide Manuella was great, very friendly & helpful and made sure we got the most from our day. Thank you also to our driver Francesco who skilfully navigated all the narrow & twisty mountain roads. A fantastic day out, thank you!

Hotel pick up was really convenient and the trip ran to time. The guide was knowledgeable and the driver felt safe. We loved the variety in the trip with the bus and ferry and the places visited. Our hotel provided a packed lunch which we enjoyed by the sea front in Amalfi, but the guide also offered to book a restaurant if we wanted. There was plenty of free rime at each location. Trip felt a little expensive but we had a brilliant and easy day

Manuella our tour guide was great. She looked after us well she gave us very precise timings and showed us all our meeting points. We loved Positano it was very pretty and the Cathedral at Amalfi was amazing. There was a lot of walking in Ravello but casa Rudolfo had lovely gardens and spectacular views. We thoroughly enjoyed our day

I loved Ravello and would have preferred to spend more time there it was so peaceful and relaxing with fabulous views and no where near as crowded at Amalfi which I would have spend less time at. Positano picturesque but when you are left at the bottom by the guide due to the steepness you just looked around that area which didn’t take long, nice cuppa and cake then just waiting for ferry, you didn’t need that much time there too.

We didn’t get to Amalfi by boat because of the weather, we only drove through it which was incredibly disappointing, also the time spent on the coach was too long with only short stops in Positano and Ravello, the lunch which replaced Amalfi was ok but a quick sandwich and drink with more free time in the towns would have been better. The service at the restaurant was chaotic!

Having visited these towns before on my own, I wanted my husband to enjoy them too. We expected rain but not a torrential heavy thunder and lightening storm which meant we spent the whole day soaked to the skin and not able to see anything. The trip was dangerous for all and the ferry was awful. This trip should not have gone ahead but postponed/cancelled. We later found out that some of the other trips including a ferry ride (Capri) were cancelled by TUI as they were deemed to be dangerous.

Both Positano and Amalfi really over rated and over exposed to tourism. Views of and along the peninsula were gorgeous. Ravello was more of a highlight as it felt more traditional though now worryingly being exposed to mass tourism Very expensive considering it was just a bus and boat tour with free time at each place. Would only recommend with huge caveats

Had a fabulous day out. Loved Positano and the ferry trip to Amalfi. Prefered Positano more than Amalfi and Ravello. Would have preferred to have been driven back by the coach back along the Amalfi coast rather than the long route it took to get us back. I struggled to hear the guide through the whispering device but info given on coach was very good. Guide (Adriano) was informative and very funny and had immense amount of patience as he had to contend with a tourist who was very demanding

Small group so no other pick up drop offs.All free time in each stop off,would prefer guide actually giving us some info and background about each. Rather expensive for just a bus tour.

This was a really lovely day. The drive along the coast is spectacular and our skilled driver was excellent and took a safe, steady pace. The three stops were at such nice places and we had more than enough time for a wander around. Positano and Ravello the highlights, Amalfi is far too busy to really enjoy. The ferry ride was really enjoyable and it broke up the coach time and it's the best way to see the coast. Drive back via the mountains to a spectacular view of vesuvius.

On nous a vendu l'excursion comme étant une croisière Le minibus est arrivé avec une demi-heure de ********** Nous n'avons pris le bateau que de Positano à Amalfi Il y avait tempête et orage, nous n'avons pas profité de la vue que l'on nous avait décrite comme merveilleuse Étant données les conditions météo, nous estimons que cette excursion aurait dû être posposée Cela ne nous a pas donné une image positive des excursions organisées par TUI Nous en sommes désolés

Fantastic day with our brilliant driver Francisco who kept safe throughout the day. Massive thank you to our wonderful guide Rossella (sorry unsure if spelling) local from Sorrento with a wonderful knowledge of the area. She was so lovely and friendly and looked after us all so well despite some terrible weather. Fantastic trip to a beautiful part of Italy ????

Overall a fantastic experience highlighting a beautiful coast in Italy that deserves to been seen. Positano and amalfi very busy and crowded but the view was outstanding. Ravello higher up the mountains was more authentic not so busy and was beautiful. Only look out is that it’s expensive to eat and drink and taxi’s are extremely expensive!

This is a great option to experience Campania’s most popular towns. Traveling in small groups made travelling around smoother and easier to re-group. The entire day was well-organized, and our guide, Alessandro, was fantastic—offering helpful tips and recommendations for what to see and do in each town. The ferry ride was definitely a highlight, providing stunning views of the coastline. You'll have just over an hour in each town which is perfect for a quick but memorable visit.

It was nice to see the places, but an hour in each place is not much time. It was extremely busy in Positano & Amalfi, apparently a lot more than usual which meant hard to navigate & not much time to see things but I accept its apost card trip & you see all the key sites, just not fully explore them. It sets up future visits of what places to explore independently. The guide was fantastic and did what he could to keep us entertained onthe coach journey. Be prepared for bus journey-music/podcast

Our guide was excellent throughout. Positano, taken to bottom of hill where meeting point was before starting free time. This was difficult for one of our party who didn’t want to go up all the steps again to explore. Too much free time in Positano. Amalfi was incredibly busy. We would have liked more time in Ravello as we had to race through the Wagner gardens we wanted to visit. Overall a good overview of the coast and villages.

Expensive day out for what it was. Amalfi in particular far too busy to be enjoyable. Free time really not long enough to do anything with other than grab a drink or something to eat (which was difficult to do because of crowds). Best bit was the boat from Positano to Amalfi.

Average
Far too much time is wasted traipsing round hotels picking up and dropping off before and after the trip, which extends the day unecessarily. TUI should NOT accept bookings from people staying in remoote hotels. If they choose a remote hotel, they should make their own way to a more central pick up point. This issue spoiled every trip we went on.
