Bangkok is famed for its skyscrapers and fast-paced way of life, but on this tour you'll explore a different side to the city. You'll sail down a bustling river and quiet canals to get a feel for the traditional way of life. After cruising along, you'll end up in Bangkok's busy Chinatown for a look around. One of our local guides, Somchai, says, “Exploring the canals and rivers shows you the real Bangkok – a side full of daily life, colour, and tradition that many visitors never see.”The morning starts with a cruise down Bangkok's bustling river, in a long-tail boat, you'll be right at home as you sail past locals selling their wares – many boats are overflowing with fruit and vegetables. Your guide will point out the fascinating sites en route, and you'll begin to understand why the canals – or ‘klongs' – are so important here.And then comes Chinatown. As you arrive, you'll be amazed by the energy here. Packed with market stalls, street-side restaurants and lots of gold shops, Chinatown is an experience not to be missed. Wander along Yaowarat Road – the main artery – and its side streets, and take it all in.

Sehr netter symphatischer Guide+Fahrer. Die Kanaltour mit dem Longtailboot war toll. Leider blieben Shoppingmöglichkeiten an den zahlreichen Ständen auf der Tour durch Chinatown auf der Strecke. Was für uns aber der einzige Kritikpunkt war.

Es war eine sehr interessante Tour durch die Kanäle und der anschließende Rundgang durch Chinatown. Sehr informativ da uns unser Guide auch durch Gassen geführt hat wo man als normal Tourist sonst nicht hinkommt. Wir können diese Tür jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Ca 3 Stunden,völlig ausreichend, Longtail auf den kanälen sehr interessant da abseits vom Trubel. Chinatown für uns auch sehr interessant,weil wir es nicht kannten!alles in allem sehr gut!

Die Tour war sehr interessant. Die Fremdenführerin war sehr nett, hat viel geplaudert und uns viel Wissenswertes erzählt. Bootsfahrt war interessant, besonders aber natürlich ist Chinatown sehenswert. Alles in allem ein tolles Erlebnis das vor allem auch am Guide gelegen ist. Jedenfalls empfehlenswert.,

Or guide, Nick, went the extra mile to ensure we were well informed, our questions were answered and we had the day out we wanted. Longtail boat ride was exceptional as was our driver and we saw and learned so much. Thank you to each and everyone of the team that made this a day to remember.

Sehr gut war die Bootstour die Frau die uns geführt hat war super viel wissen über das alte Bangkok und die Entstehungsgeschichte. Der zweite Teil mit Chinatown war auch sehr interessant durch die kleinen Gassen mit Streetfood und den Goldgeschäfen aber man muss einen guten Magen haben wenn man sieht was es gibt und was man essen kann ????aber trotzdem die Tour ist sehr zu empfehlen!!!! Wie es der TUI-Agent Danai gesagt hat ??????

unser guide hat gut deutsch gesprochen, war ortskundige und hat uns viel über chinatown erzählt. die gruppe war klein, wir waren 4 personen, was sehr angenehm war. alles in allem empfehlenswert

Wir waren bei der Tour nur zwei Gäste. Das Boot hätte kleiner sein können, aber es gibt nur eine Einheitsgröße. In der China Town war die Tour Guide sichtlich enttäuscht, da wir trotz vieler Empfehlungen sehr wenig kauften.

Leider wurden wir nicht informiert das unser Ausflug für den Nachmittag abgesagt war!!! Wir warteten in der Hotel Lobby 40 min. Leider gab es keine Telefonnummer um nachzufragen warum keiner kommt!! Nach größer Bemühung unseres Concierge konnten wir im Tui Büro Bangkok anrufen nach 40min erfuhren wir das der Ausflug abgesagt wurde! Leider bekamen wir keine Info trotzdem sie unsere Email hatten!! Es wurde uns angeboten den Ausflug nächsten Tag zu machen, was wir auch taten! Aber wenn wir früher

Sehr schöne Tour um einen Eindruck von Bangkok zu bekommen . Unsere deutschsprachige Reiseleiterin ,hat uns jede Frage beantwortet und es wurde sogar auf unsere Kiddis eingegangen. Wirklich empfehlenswert

Our tour guide, MR THANAWACH SURAWANAKUL was the most excellent guide. His English was very good, he was very respectful and went out of his way to give us lots of information of the culture and traditions and history while on the tour. He felt like a family member and we were sorry to say goodbye. The canals were very interesting, we fed the fish for good karma, we attended a Chinese Temple and even did an inpromptu cleansing ceremony. Well worth the money but its the guide that made it for us.

Der Ausflug war sehr schön. Wir hätten uns gewünscht in Chinatown mehr Zeit zur freien Verfügung zu haben. Unsere Reiseleiterin war sehr freundlich, sprach jedoch nicht so gut deutsch und erklärte leider so, dass es nicht jeder mitbekam. Das war schade. Der Transfer zum Hotel war eine Katastrophe. Über 2 Stunden standen wir nur im Verkehr. Da wäre ein Ticket mit der Hochbahn besser gewesen.

Der Ablauf und Organisation war gut. Aber wir haben schon viele Ausflüge in Thailand gemacht. Aber diese Frau als Tourguide ging gar nicht. Sie hatte die ganze Zeit eine Hektik verbreitet. Vor dem Weg durch Chinatown wurden wir (4 Pers.) angewiesen nur anschauen, nichts anzufassen , nicht stehen bleiben, einfach nur durchgehen und wir haben eine halbe Stunde Zeit. Informationen gab es so gut wie keine.

Laut der Beschreibung waren 4-8 Stunden angegeben! Unser Führer hat gesagt, das die Tour höchstens 2,5-3 Stunden dauert. Was auch so war, nach 2,5 std war Schluss!
Auch die Abholzeit vom Hotel hat nicht gestimmt, wir wurden 30 Min. früher angeholt
Leider schlecht organisiert und dafür zu teuer.
