This was not a great experience from start to finish as the guide was really rude as there was a disabled woman on the bus who asked to sit at front and was put at back. Guide said over mic to everyone that if disabled should not really do this trip. Couple got on with there son booked on app and she was so rude telling them to get off as they was not on the list but then let them stay on but had to say no to others who had booked. Guide was telling people to be quiet. Not great

Leuke reisgids , wel wat weinig tijd bij de uitstappen waardoor je feitelijk zo goed als niks ziet . De tui hostess in het hotel had beter vermeld om iets mee te nemen om te eten en drinken, zo win je wat tijd . Maar al bij al , een leuke ervaring

The trip was good overall. If you want a guide do not use this service. The guide was quite unpleasant overall . Extremely rude over maps and rushing away from a bus full of tourists. This is not an issue for people who just like finding their own around and exploring ( very time limited though ) Be VERY careful not to be late back to the bus . Be on the bus at the exact time you are given or you will be left behind. 2 x 89 year old passengers were left behind and there was no grace period.

Vertrek met 45 min vertraging zonder info van Tui We deden eerst Puerto Banus en later Marbella niettegenstaande we normaal eerst Marbella zouden doen. Voor een halve dag was het zeer lang vertrek voorzien om 9:06 in de ochtend en pas terug om 17:00 uur. Dat is volgens mij geen halve dag

De bus is 40 minuten later vertrokken omdat er geen gids was. Hoe kan dit gebeuren. Dus minder tijd om daar rond te lopen. De vervangster die op haar vrije tijd is ingesprongen wist van niets was niet op de hoogte gebracht waar we naartoe gingen !!!!!!

I think the trip should be a whole day, because I felt there was to much time in Puerto Banus and not enough time in Marbella. An hour and a half would be enough in Puerto Banus, then you would have a lot more time to eat lunch and explore the old town in Marbella

Die Gruppe ist zu groß und es waren sehr viele Franzosen dabei, weshalb wir kaum etwas auf deutsch erklärt bekamen. Wir hatten eine Karte bekommen mit Stadtplan, damit wir wissen wohin wir gehen können. Das war alles.

Reisgids Sonia zei 5 talen te spreken. Enkel haar Duits beweert ze niet zo goed te spreken. Wat dan heel raar is : 80 % van de uitleg gaf ze wel in Duits….!!!

The guide was very good but we didn’t have headphones like at Malaga and my husband being disabled couldn’t follow the walk fast enough so couldn’t hear what was being said sometimes. We should be warned before the trip if there are long walks or hills to climb but otherwise it was lovely to see the boats. I tried the market but gave up after 10mn because it was too crowded and there was no room to move and you couldn’t get near to have a look at anything .

Seeing yachts when in the harbour and going to a market was just ok from drop off point to visit the market was uphill. I am fit and 74 yrs old anyone who isn't or infirm would find it difficult due to the gradient . Also not really sufficient time to view both

Puerto Banus fijn om eens te zien, maar moet voor ons niet zolang te zijn. Marbella, zeer mooi om te ontdekken. Fijne kleine straatjes die de romantiek naar boven halen. Het lijkt ons een goed iedee om via de georganiseerde uitstap een tapas aan te reiken. Tapas in deze staatjes zijn echt de top. Zowel de gids Sonya als de chauffeur gaven ons voldoende uitleg. We voelden ons veilig tijdens de uitstap.

Die Mitarbeiterin wechselte laufend von deutsch nach flämisch. Dabei wechselt sie häufig in kurzen Abständen die Sprache und man musste sich sehr konzentrieren. So wies sie auf Sehenswürdigkeiten zb. Auf flächmisch lange vorher hin, und auf deutsch dann so spät, daß man schon fast vorbei war. Eine Führung in den beiden Sprachen ist sehr schlecht. Da wäre deutsch/englisch besser.

The tour itself was good, the transport picks ypu up on the time stated from the location stated. You’re allocated 2 hours free time in each place on the half day, but i would recommend doing the full day as 2 hours was not enough time. However, the guide did not seem accommodating to those with disabilities and while trying to show the group a monument in marbella, actually walked away from my husband too fast, causing him to lose the group as he was unable to catch up. This seemed unfair.

I enjoyed Marbella I would have liked longer time there and actually not to go to Puerto Banus. The driver was excellent I felt safe. The guide was knowledgeable she spoke fluently in English, Spanish , German and Dutch.

Chauffeur en gids = TOP, maar de tijd is veel te kort voor het oude Marbella te verkennen en iets te eten, dit zou best 1 uur langer mogen duren. De tijd voor Puerto Banus is net voldoende

Marbella and Puerto Banus were lovely and a great experience. We would have liked longer in Marbella, but this is just preference. Would have been good to have lunch in Marbella, so Puerto Banus first then Marbella. Unfortunately the guide had to translate into three languages, this was difficult at times to understand what was happening and felt we Didn’t get the full experience of what he was trying to tell us. We feel two languages is enough for both guests and guide.
