Cosa aspettarsi

Piccole strade di ciottoli, aria di mare e un dessert al cioccolato: in questo tour vi aspettano tutte e tre le cose. Da Tropea, vi dirigerete a Pizzo e scenderete fino alla chiesa-grotta di Piedigrotta, dove fede e folklore sono scolpiti direttamente nella roccia. Tornati in città, si passeggia per le antiche vie di Pizzo con una visita guidata, soffermandosi a raccontare storie e a scattare foto nei punti panoramici della costa. Poi arriva la parte dolce, una dimostrazione e una degustazione dal vivo del Tartufo di Pizzo. Diese Veranstaltung hätte man sich komplett sparen können, und das liegt nicht daran, dass wir aufgrund eines Falschparker eineinhalb Stunden festgesetzt sind.

...eine Live-Vorführung und Verkostung des Tartufo di Pizzo. Nachdem Sie sich an den Schokoladentrüffeln satt gegessen haben... So wurde es angeboten. Es gab aber keine Live-Vorführung und von satt essen kann man nicht sprechen. Kleine übersichtliche Portion, lieblos angeboten.

Der Ausflug war zeitlich vollkommen angemessen. Etwas mehr Zeit in Pizzo wäre schön gewesen, da die kleine Stadt einen tollen Scharm hat und ein paar schöne Lädchen zum schlendern einladen. Die Besichtigung der Grotte war beeindruckend, und das Tartufo Eis das Highlight am Ende. Die Empfehlungen von Reiseleitung. Uschi möchten wir besonders hervorheben. Sie ist sehr angenehm in ihrer Beratung und hat ganz tolle Hilfestellungen gegeben.

Poor

The tour guide barely spoke English so we didn't really know what was going on or what she was talking about. We had to keep asking her what she'd said, she was friendly enough but it was frustrating. There was no guided tour of Pizzo, just a walk from the coach to the main square & being pointed out the castle. There was no Tartufo demo, we were just sat in a cafe & served one.

Langwieriger Tripp. Grotten Besuch wäre nicht unbedingt notwendig gewesen. Das Tartufo Eis (Schokolade pur) war einsame Spitze. Leider gab es keine Vorführung über die Produktion des berühmten Tartufos. Ansonsten hat Pizzo nicht besonders viel zu bieten. Die Reisbegleitung hat sehr gutes Wissen, welches sie in Deutsch und Englisch verständlich und gut vermitteln kann!
