Godetevi una giornata in questo famoso parco acquatico, animale e del Far West, splendidamente curato. Vicino a Puerto del Carmen, i suoi 60.000 metri quadrati di deserto e giardini sono pieni di animali fantastici, spettacoli e avventure di cowboy e indiani che faranno sorridere tutti.Ammirate le splendide tigri bianche e le maestose linci. Osservate gli armadilli corazzati, le tartarughe che arrancano e le iguane addormentate. Rancho Texas was very clean and well maintained. The shows were excellent and on time. Food was great hot and fresh and our hotel rep was very informative and polite very helpful and stayed in contact.

We waited for the bus to go it was full so they sent a mini bust that also got full so had to wait again with a family for another mini bus.. coming home was much better .. so not to bad over all it was worth the day out brilliant

Excellelent day out, great facilities and experiances. staff were overall very experianced and very frendly and informative. Only couple of down sides were one of the animals had escaped and they didnt seem bothered by this and during the live shows, people were being aloud in after the show had started, which was a bit disrupting.

It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. A great day out for any family with young children. The transport bus was full, when it arrived. Another follows only 15 mins later though.

Wir wurden vom Hotel abgeholt der Bus kam 10 Minuten zu spät aber das ist ja nicht schlimm. Vor Ort wurden wir genau eingeteilt, wo wir hin müssen. Das ging auch sehr schnell und uns wurde die Rückfahrt Zeit mitgeteilt. In dem Fall 17:00 Uhr gestanden pünktlich draußen und durch den Lautsprecher wurde uns mitgeteilt, welchen Bus wir nehmen sollen und wo er hinfährt. Somit konnte man gar nichts verfehlen und kam sicher wieder Hotel an.

Hi I asked for the trip to be booked for Monday the 6th when school are back open here so it is quiet the gentleman who booked the trip did it for Friday the 3rd so we missed it as he booked it for the wrong day . What a waste of money. Liability

Transfer was late and did not pick us up at hotel we had to walk. No instruction of what to do or pick up. It was a really windy day which can’t be helped but not much shelter. Park itself was ok. It’s a small park and wasn’t very crowded which was nice. Clean. Animal shows were good. Not many other animals to see or interactions. Water park was ok. clean. Gift shop nice. Transfer came back at 5.10 but it was shockingly organised. There were two buses no one knew where to go, no queuing system.

Excellent trip. Animals were amazing especially the dolphins and parrots. Water park a huge hit with my daughters aged 7 and 4 and luckily it was sunny 🌞 Food in the park was lovely and reasonably priced. Only slight snag was we had to wait until 10.15 to actually get on a coach as three went past the hotel but were full and the offer code via the TUI app wasnt valid. However a fantastic day and I would recommend to all.

The presentations were interesting and the trainers had a good rapport with the animals. The timings were such that it was possible to see every presentation during my visit. A couple of things were closed such as the canoes and the hot dog stall.

It could be clearer in the pick up instructions exactly where to wait for pick and how you will know which bus it is. It would have also been helpful to know that the bus journey back was at 5.10. I liked that the there were guides at the park to check you were waiting for the right bus. I enjoyed the variety of shows especially the dolphins. The food was not very appetising in the restaurant and I left most of it. I like that food and drink is reasonably priced. Definitely worth the money.

We thoroughly enjoyed the 4 shows. the birds, the dolphins, the seals and especially the birds of prey. All the staff were brilliant. Lovely walk around the grounds, great lunch in the restaurant . Even had time to use the slides and go for a swim. Thankfully the weather was on our side. The bus to and from the park was very good. Great day all in all. Thanks

Overall we had a good experience however, we did notice when we was there we got told about the heated pools and the water park. However, multiple slides weren’t open and the pools weren’t heated at all. This would have made our experience a lot better

Enjoyed the experience. Great to see such amazing animals up close. The rep at our hotel Mo. He did not seem very knowledgeable about the trip. We asked how long it was and he said 4 hours. It was 8 hours.

The shows were fantastic! Being able to touch a dolphin changed both my daughter’s holiday immensely. Great variety of animals and clearly well looked after. Having the waterpark after a hot walk around the park is a great plus! Clean changing rooms but wasn’t keen on having to remember a long password for the lockers!

Waterpark area didn’t open until 12:30 which was 2.5hrs after arrival. Not many flumes. No information about locker cost until you arrived which was 7€ for the smallest locker which only held 1 small bag. The animals were in very small enclosures and the tiger especially looked distressed pacing back and forth. Not what I expected to see at all. Four food places but all offering exactly the same foods! Reasonable prices for fast food which was ok.

Absolutely loved the animals, very well cared for and happy. Didn't use the waterpark except for a drink and snack but it looks amazing for families. The only issue I had was finding anywhere to grab a coffee other than the 2 only open restaurants which were encouraging food with drinks. Found pool snack bar by chance after 3 hours in park with no where to buy coffee. Overall a brilliant day

The pick up and arrival was perfect. The time spent at Rancho Texas Park was also perfect allowing us to see all the shows (parrot, birds of prey, sea lions, and dolphins) and all the fantastic animals as well as enjoying time swimming and having fun on the water slides. An excellent day out.

Hi, this was our second time at Rancho but this time with a baby which made it a lot different. We had an amazing time again but the only problem we found was the pick up time being 4pm made it a long day with a one year old. However, this was just our take on it. All in all, great experience!

Animals didn’t have anywhere near enough water and enclosure are very small for some of the lager ones. The white tiger was heavily panting and had no water in the pool area at all. It was very sad to see and we left after 30mins of being there.

Was told to be at the pick up point at 9.30 which we were there early (9.15) when the first bus came they said could only fit a family of 3 in that coach and another will be along afterwards. When one finally came by the time we got to the park it was already near to 10.45. Driver spent more time messing with the blinds than actually looking at the road and was talking on his phone pretty much the whole way.

The Zoo was amazing but the transport there and back could of been better organised. The bus was late everyone getting on the same bus no matter who they'd booked the zoo with. Not clear display of Tui on the bus which made us question whether or not they'd know if we'd already paid. The Zoo is well worth a visit!

Bus was late by 30 minutes. No staff on hand to arrange queue of people or follow up with location of bus. Driver advised of pick up time. Slightly concerned that there would be more people wanting for the return bus, so we just walked back, which was only 1.5 miles away which was about a 40 minute walk. Had to queue for tickets to enter park when purchased through Tui app, (as didn’t give a QR code) which seemed pointless. May as well just purchased directly.

We read so many reviews online so went with an open mind. WOW ! What a place, very clean, animals very happy and clearly well looked after, we enjoyed all areas, lockers a great resource so we could leave our things safe. Food reasonable and not over priced, huge portions! Our Tui rep booked it for us, we caught the bus at the end of the road, the only thing I would say needs a little tweaking is the collection to bring us back to hotel. Chaotic with everyone bundling and pushing to get on bus

Great animal shows. Loads to do for the full day. The water park is great too with plenty of water slides for kids of all ages. Queues for the slides weren’t too bad either considering it was the middle of August, no more than 5 mins at peak times. Kids loved it so did we.
