Der Park ist schön aber mit den vielen Merchendise Ständen teilweise sehr unübersichtlich. Es fehlten die genauen Angaben was alles im VIP enthalten ist (zB Schließfach, aber nicht im gesamten Park sondern nur an einer Stelle… weit weg vom Strand) Mittagessen nur ausgewählte Restaurants, unseres war aber sehr gut mit Mariachi Gesang. Alle anderen Aktivitäten super teuer on top und ich bezweifle das die Delfine das alles so toll finden was mit Ihnen angeboten wird.

Het park is een enorm leuk idee. Alleen word je als bezoeker zijnde op meerdere manieren belazerd. De park tickets zijn enorm duur voor wat je krijgt. Ook betaal je een godsvermogen aan andere dingen op het park zoals met de dolfijnen zwemmen of ''nurse sharks'' hier betaal je gewoon nog eens minimaal 80 euro extra voor boven op de 150+ voor de tickets. Dit is echt afzetterij. Ook kan het park gewoon besluiten zomaar alle goedkope opties te sluiten en betaal je dus veel te veel voor te weinig.

Taxi boeken en daar entree betalen veel beter. Buffet waardeloos ligt om 10 uur al klaar in bakken/alles koud. Prachtig weer gehad, maar alle gratis activiteiten en shows overdag dicht ivbm het “slechte weer” geen regen/wind gehad. Gids pusht veel voor betaal activiteiten. Show wordt aangeprezen maar heel eentonig. Park zelf is heel mooi echt een aanrader, veel dieren en ontzettend mooie plaatsen om te zwemmen. Voor de transfer terug heel lang moeten wachten.

Die Anfahrt an sich ist ja eigentlich nicht weit, doch es störte uns sehr, dass der Guide ENDLOS am Zielort IM BUS plapperte und das nur in Spanisch. Wir wollten einfach nur raus... Doch die Abholung ist super organisiert! Der Park ist sehr schön und wir bewunderten, wie toll alles organisiert ist mit den Farben stimmenden Wege so konnte man ganz leicht alles finden. Der Besuch lohnt sich in jedem Fall.

By the time we did 3 experience we ran out of time to do anything else and was disappointed that the river closed at 5:30 not indicating of closing times for things. When bus come to collect on return it was not big enough to store child’s buggy that we come on journey they with it had to sit and block the door only plus was we were first drop off or we would need to keep lifting it off every time someone was getting dropped off

No where to look for closing times of the attractions (free ones) we have the full day at XCARET! And after doing a number of paid excursions within the park. Then due to storm passing through for an hour some of the attractions were closed due to weather. I understand for safety etc however due to having to get shelter from the storm we went to go on the river ride and was told it’s closed at 5:30, we were there at 5:31 it was like the staff just happy with a early finished. Had a upset 4yr old

We had a full day and had front row table for the main event with meal that was paid extra but well worth the money. The facilities were great toilets, showers, changing room and locker rooms were clean and tidy.. plenty of water stations situated along the different coloured routes. The only thing in would say is my wife doesn’t like dark spaces so we only did the 1st part of the underground water experiment would have loved it if there was a no cave route for the wife. Loved it never the less.

Wij waren heel duidelijk vooraf geen dierenleed. Dit park zat vol met dierenleed. We zijn hierin misleid door de tui begeleiding. Tui staat erom bekend slecht te zijn voor **********. Aangezien dit blijkbaar niet als dierenleed werd gezien wordt het slechte imago van tui hiermee bevestigd.

I enjoyed everything! It made my birthday amazing. I booked through Tui with Carlos! He made everything easy and my expectations were well over met. I loved the park. I got Xcaret plus and the picture package for great price and would definitely go back. There is a lot of walking so comfortable shoes are needed.

The show at the end saved the day, the rest was of the park was minimal. I dont understand how we pay a very high price to find out once at the park there are lots of extra cost. Really? I just paid over $300 to get into the place and now all the fun things people want to do now cost almost a 1/3 of the ticket more. That is BS.

Mis sold excursion as we brought VIP and was told by TUI rep that we could choose an extra experience for half price while there, which isn’t exactly true you can have a choice between 3 we choose the stingray experience but had to pay full price. Our guide did said that TUI should be advertising and selling VIP as they don’t cater to this, we were not the only group to be sold this package as there were 2 other groups on our coach who had the same problem

The guide just ushered us to a pay desk where we were pressured to pay for photos as we were told by the guide we would have to lock our phones away all day. After paying he had disappeared we didn’t know where to go and at the end he wasn’t there we had to find the bus to take us back ourselves. We felt abandoned and ended up paying over £200 for packages we didn’t need to. Very disappointed

The park is beautiful. Loads of nature, gardens, wildlife, cultural museum, architecture replicas, archeological monuments on site, all the aquatic stuff to do to. Great buffet lunch! Pick up at 7h30 was a bit too early and ended being a very long day. We had an excursion the day before so we did come back on the 16h00 bus as we were too tired and missed the evening shows which looked very promising. I do recommend people to rest well the day before to make most out of the day.

We made the most of the TUI 50% off. Got the photo,speedboat and stingray all at 50%off We also swam with the dolphins but photos were extra. We didn't get to see all of the pack because we ran out of time and wanted to see the show. It didn't disappoint at all. It was brilliant.

On a trouvé ça très cher par rapport à ce que c'est. Les rivières fraîches sont très agréables quand il fait très chaud. Les serres (oiseaux et papillons) sont aussi très bien. Par contre les enclos et bassins des autres animaux et poissons sont tout petits. Cest triste de voir une tortue dans un bassin de 4 mètres tourner en rond.

No sufficient explanation at the beginning. We were left uninformed and finally able to visit black, red and green lines only. Kids didn't like the hassle because we were wandering here and there. They said we can't carry the water cup in the river, we gave them but at the end of the river they said it's lost. They told us to look in lost and found. Anyway, totally nonsense., waste of money and time. I regret paying. If you can refund me. Thanks.

All started as soon as the bus guide found out we were the only English speaking couple on the bus, he told us he would not be repeating his information in English and would give us a brief overview later, as well as saying that we should have learnt Spanish coming to a Spanish speaking country! He spoke for over 1/2 hour in Spanish then when talking to other passengers decided to tell us the times of the buses returning and that we needed to go with him and the others to book extra packages

mooi Pairi Daiza achtig park maar veel te duur voor wat het maar is. Buffetlunch vragen ze usd44 per man wat toch wel lichtjes overdreven is vinden wij. Positief is dat er veel te zien en te beleven is, maar er is ook zeer veel volk. Wij gingen op maandag. Voor sommige activiteiten moeten je extra betalen zoals duiken, zwemmen bij dolfijnen, .... Dit in zijn geheel maakt het zeer duur.

I enjoyed it all. We have been over 3 times. And we love it. We decided this time that we will probably not come again as it seems like it has gotten more expensive. We paid a lot of money for 2 adults this time. I also didn’t like the. Xcaret bus that picked us up at 7am. They were pushing the customers for tips and I feel like the trip was expensive enough for them not to request a tip. The person talking on the bus probably mentioned leaving him and the driver a tip about 15x. It was excessiv

Der Park war gut Schade ist nur das für alles extra bezahlt werden muss Schade war auch das wir eigentlich den Park mit Wasserrutsche und Seilbahnen gebucht hatten und zum Schluss in einem Park gelandet sind wo es ein Fluss gab wo man durchschwimmen konnte und das war’s der Rest war ein Tierpark mit verschiedenen Gehegen.

Very very overpriced. Basically an outdoor zoo and if you wanted a better experience you have to pay over the odds for speed boat rides, guided snorkelling etc…. The place was super busy and non of this explained by the rep. Our advice would be to find a private trip for a family adventure instead of wasting time and money at xceret .

It was a very long day from our hotel in Costa Mujeres (pick-up at 6:30am and return at 11.30pm) but well worth it. We did the stingray experience which we loved and also really enjoyed swimming the underground river. The nighttime show was good but too long and got a bit repetitive after the first hour. The park is expensive for tickets, any additional experiences you want to do on the day, drinks, and anything you need to buy (sunhats etc).

The park is beautiful but the attractions are weather dependant so for anyone who planning to go there check the weather. Our 2 out of 3 attractions were cancelled so we picked another one and part refund. Apart from that it was well worth to go and see most of everything and the show off course. The food was fantastic

Enjoyed every bit of the experience. It's expensive but when you get there you see what why. . Always extras when you get there. But fantastic day /night out . It's an awful lot of walking. So might not suit everyone. We did 24,657 steps. But recommend this trip. We have done 4 on this holiday with TUI and all amazing.

Der Park an sich ist wunderschön und man kann dort viele Tiere sehen. Was echt schade ist, dass man 150€ fur den Park bezahlt und dann dort noch Aktivitäten angeboten werden die extra bezahlt werden müssen und extrem teuer sind. Für eine Aktivität sollten wir nochmal 80 Dollar pro Person bezahlen. Das ist meiner Meinung nach extrem teuer.

Was informed that we would have food and drink included. We were only able to get lunch and a free drink with lunch after that we had to pay extortionate money for drinks. It was a very hot day as well. Due to having to spend on drinks we were unable to stay for the evening show as we couldn't spend so much money on drinks. Was vet expensive for what we got. We were all inclusive at the hotel so should have at least been given a bottle of water so we could re fill or advised to take 1 with us.

Did not enjoy being mis sold a trip. We were told as we booked with TUI by the rep we got 50% off all activities once we arrived. It was one experience, cost us nearly £400 more on top of the trip!

The time of the two coaches back to hotel are to far apart forcing you to stay for the meal We only did part of the river plus two extra activities due to making the coach back at 4pm Could do with being bit longer maybe 5/5.30

Our bus guide was much better for this trip than Xplore explaining what was included and about the photo discount. However, there wasn't much included for the entry price, apart from the underground river, aviary and butterflies, everything came at an extra, quite expensive cost and unfortunately on the day that we visited, most of it wasn't operating due to poor visibility which I know is out of their control but was disappointing. Aviary and river amazing, show good but too long on hard seats.

It’s a good park with lots to do. However if you want to do some of the activities you have to pay for them and there quiet expensive. Paragliding was amazing and really enjoyed it. Swimming with Dolphins I didn’t really enjoy, the trainers shouting commands at them constantly and there enclosures are small. It’s a long day, if you don’t get the 4pm coach you’re stuck there until after the show at 9pm. Having been in the sun all day the show dragged and not as amazing as everyone claims.

The park s lovely. Far too much to do in one day though. Also left early due to the heat and the amount of walking . So paying for the evenong show was a waste of money. Disappoining that you can only get the photo discount thats included, up to 11am. Its not enough time to do what you want. By the time we did the river swim we imissed the deadline. The excursions are also very pricey.

The park is very clean . Sadly it is really too large for a day visit and poorly sign posted. Animals were limited and due to heat often out of view in shady areas. Shops were clean , spoilt by overbearing untrusting staff and extortionate prices .

The park was excellent, a fabulous experience. The dream activity listed on the voucher was not available and they would not transfer the discount to the alternative booking we made of swimming with dolphins. We paid full price for 5 photos of the dream activity & one photo was incorrect. I have emailed but am yet to receive a response. Excluding above, Parks amazing, lots to see/do- we didn't get all done! Swimming the river was great fun & photo package definitely worth it, we got 65 photos

We didn’t get picked up early enough and so didn’t get to the park until 10am which was too late to do everything. There was only 2 options to come back at 4pm of 10pm which was too late with 6 children, one as young as 3 years old. Ideally should be an early pick up and the option to leave at 6pm. Apart from that the park was fantastic.

We enjoyed the whole experience, loved the shows in the evening well organised. Downside it was a long day 15 hours from departure of hotel in the morning, returning after 22.30 in the evening! With the heat and humidity we found it tiring. Overall a fabulous experience and the Mexican food was delicious.

TUI failed to explain the expectation to purchase additional experiences and photographs whilst at Xcaret, making the price of the trip substantially more than expected. There was also no prior warning that we’d be on the coach for almost one hour picking up other guests, before making our way to Xcaret - this meant we didn’t arrive until 10am losing us two hours in the park. Prior knowledge of the site app and map would also have been useful, to help maximise time spent with prior planning.

Park was very peaceful.Well maintained.Lots of available bathroom facilities.Lunch was varied and lovely with good entertainment whilst sitting.Show was very good.A bit confusing at first as non Spanish speakers.Bus guide was nice but catered more for Spanish speakers.We also felt we were taken straight into up sell part straight away but obviously that’s only as expensive as you want.Staff in park lovely.On coming out of show would have been good if staff indicated correct direction of exit.

The pricing is ridiculous! We paid to enter the park, paid to swim with dolphins, as well as for pictures. After swimming with the dolphins and having had pictures taken, we were told that the 17 pictures we wanted would cost $289.00 dollars! If I wanted one picture, it would be $55.00 per picture! We denied the pictures, but what a joke. Offensive!

The park itself is huge and we had the Tui plus pass which means your lockers are included in entrance price. This should be standard anyway in my opinion. We were told you got 50% discount on activities with the pass however it’s only certain activities and surprise the one we wanted to do wasn’t applicable 50% discount. We did the sea trek which was an amazing experience but again I feel you should get an activity of your choice in with price. That said we had an amazing day although expensive

A great day out with plenty to do!! Staff and tour guides were excellent and we never got bored. It was very very expensive and it would be nice if a little more was included in the price, maybe dinner or another activity. I don’t feel like our rep warned us enough about the price of activities. But the evening show was exceptional and well worth staying for! A real look into Mexican culture which is simply amazing.
