Un capolavoro naturale si combina con le antiche rovine in questo tour di un'intera giornata, che vi porterà a Pamukkale - che in turco significa "castello di cotone" - e alla città adiacente di Hierapolis. Le persone hanno fatto il bagno qui per migliaia di anni, compresi gli imperatori romani. Le guide nous a donné pas mal d'informations dans le bus, mais pas assez pour moi sur le site. J'aurais aimé visiter Hierapolis (théâtre, agora, hammam,.. ) avec lui. Peut etre une option de liberte aurait pu être donnee pour ceux que cela n'intéressait pas Buffet peu garni, et pourquoi des boissons payantes alors que nous venons d'un all inclusive. L'eau, un élément vital, ne devrait pas être facturée.

Les durées n’étaient pas précisées en particulier le temps sur le site de Pamukkale, 8 heures de bus aller retour pour 3 heures de visite n’est pas optimal. La guide n’était pas au niveau en termes de maîtrise de la langue française et de structure du discours et du programme, elle n’attendait pas que les personnes soient regroupées pour parler et parler souvent en marchant sans que cela soit audible pour le groupe. Cela manquait également de fond historique. Site splendide mais visite décevante

Excursion intéressante. A faire. Mauvaises notes dues au fait que la guide parlait un français très approximatif et difficilement compréhensible. Elle a laissé le groupe se débrouiller seul lors de la visite de Hierapolis et ne l’a pas accompagné, disant qu’il faisait trop chaud et a attendu le groupe à l’ombre.

Leider mussten wir 45min warten bis der Bus kam und uns abgeholt hat. Das war sehr ärgerlich um 6Uhr morgens! Aber ab dem Buswechsel und mit dem deutschen Reiseführer war es sehr nett. Unser Reiseführer Ercan war sehr nett und hilfsbereit!!!

Hierapolis était très bien mais fortement déçue par les terrasses de calcaires, ainsi que le repas de midi qui était assez pauvre et les bains de boue dans lesquels nous ne savions pas du tout entrer... Ce est pas ce qu'on nous avait vendu lors de la réservation. Ainsi que le chauffeur du car qui était dangereux ( marche arrière sur l'autoroute)

Our English guide Ezra was brilliant throughout. She was very helpful and informative. We really enjoyed the experience at the historic site. We did not enjoy the food at the Pam hotel. It was bigged up to be a 5 star hotel but the food was cold and not appetising at all. We did not understand why time was not saved by doing the coach swap for passengers between the coaches at the the cafe stop on the way back instead of adding an extra stop in what was already a very long day.

Ich kann die Reise nach Pamukkale nur empfehlen. Die Kalksteinterassen und das Theater sind schon beeindruckend. Ab 5 Teilnehmer gab es einen deutschsprachigen Reiseleiter. Das Mittagessen in Thermal Hotel PAM war gut und ich fand toll, dass wir nach dem Mittagessen da auch in den Thermalquellen schwimmen durften. Mir hätte besser gefallen, wenn wir länger in Pamukkale und kürzer im Hotel geblieben wären. Leider habe ich nicht mehr geschafft Kleopatra Pool mit anzuschauen.

Nous nous sommes arrêtés 30 minutes à l’aller au lieu des 15 minutes. A Pamukkale, le guide ne nous a pas informés qu’il était possible de louer de petites voitures. Pour 38 € l’heure, cela nous aurait permis de visiter l’ensemble du site. Le retour a été identique à l’aller, avec une pause de 30 minutes au lieu des 15 minutes annoncées. De plus, le guide nous a fait nous arrêter dans une boutique qui n’était, une fois encore, pas prévue au programme, où les vendeurs étaient très désagréables.

la propreté des tables au restaurant (que ce soit tôt ou tard) uniquement hier soir nous avions des serveurs qui étaient vigilants sur la propreté et sympathique. Le reste du temps c était très approximatif : les tables sont salles, ils n utilisent pas de lavette régulièrement d’ailleurs on ne peut pas se la au restaurant (pas de gel hydroalcoolique). Le guide nous a bien renseigné sur l'histoire de Pamukkale et les vestiges de Hiérapolis. Découverte époustouflante de ce site magnifique. Panorama incroyable. Temps libre pour visiter a notre convenance. Seul bémol la longueur du trajet en bus ( 3h) mais aucun regret cela en vaut la peine.

Cette excursion était super et méritait largement le réveil aux aurores. Le site géologique est incroyable. Le site de Hierapolis est immense, c'est dommage qu'on ne puisse avoir plus de temps pour le visiter (mais il faudrait rester au moins une nuit sur place pour cela). A refaire, je n'irais pas dans les bains de Cleopatre et je visiterais Hierapolis, même si les bains étaient très chouettes. L'hôtel choisi pour le repas et les sources thermales était très bien, propre et calme.

Prijs was wat aan de dure kant, ,3 uur in de bus en kaar 1 5 uur in pumakele . De bronnen waren zeer glad ( ben uitgegleden) cleopatras bad was top! Hotel oortjes de lunch ook heel goed alleen thermisch bad viel tegen.

Nie podobało mi się że na spotkaniu z opiekunek TUI na miejscu nie wszystko było powiedziane dokładnie. Tak jak to że będziemy tam tylko 2 godziny , że obiad będzie w cenie ale bez jakichkolwiek napoi . Na miejscu każdy wszystko zwiedza sam więc nie wiem po co przewodnik który nas nie oprowadzał po atrakcjach tylko ogółem powiedział kilka zdań a później siedział pod drzewem z opiekunem z tui i za Nami czekali. W drodze powrotnej narzucony nieplanowany sklep z kamieniami.

L’excursion à Pamukkale organisée par TUI était très intéressante à 126€. En revanche, le repas de midi servi dans un hôtel 5 étoiles nous a déçus. La prestation était inférieure à celle proposée dans notre hôtel 4 étoiles. De plus, les boissons n’étaient pas incluses et le taux de change appliqué entre la livre turque et l’euro nous a semblé défavorable.

- De tui-begeleider in het hotel had ons niet gemeld dat we badmutsen nodig hadden bij Hotel Pam om daar in het modderbad te mogen. Dus we mochten niet in het bad, want daar konden we ze niet verkrijgen/kopen. - Hij had ook niet gemeld dat om in het cleopatra bad te mogen extra moesten betalen. De tijd bij hotel Pam was veel te lang. 2,5 tot 3 uur. - We zaten met 3 Nederlandse stellen in een verder duitse bus. De gids vertelde alles alleen in het Duits Met moeite wat belangrijks in engels

Die Zeit war sehr knapp. Ich habe für Thermalbad 12€ bezahlt aber ich könnte vielleicht 15 min. Schwimmen. Das Essen in Restaurant war auch nicht toll zu wenig zur Auswahl und unter Zeit Druck essen.

Die Kalksteinterassen von Pamukalle sind beeindruckend. Leider lang nicht mehr so schön wie noch vor Jahren, als noch ständig Wasser in die Kalksteinbecken geflossen war, in denen sich das Blau des Himmels spiegelte. Das Wasser wird heute von den umliegenden Hotels für ihre Thermalbäder abgezweigt. Für Geschichtsinteressierte sehr anschaulich die Ausgrabungen von Hierapolis Wie meistens auf solchen Ausflügen viel zu wenig Zeit für die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Hier auch wegen langer Anfahrtszeit (3h)

Wir hätten gerne gewusst, dass wir beim Transfer umsteigen. Wir hielten plötzlich am Straßenrand an und warteten bestimmt 10 Minuten ohne zu wissen was passiert. Der Fahrer konnte sich kaum verständigen. Das Mittagessen war nicht wirklich gut. Der Guide war sehr freundlich und informiert.

* Pamukale en soi est magnifique et envoûtant; quel plaisir ! * Nous comprenons que la piscine de Cléopâtre étant en travaux, il fallait remplacer par quelque chose, mais pour nous le SPA en hôtel était inutile et le repas très quelconque, surtout pour un hôtel 5 étoiles... * Pourquoi ne pas avoir combiné avec la visite d'Aphrodisias? Cela se faisait auparavant avec un autre opérateur et vallait largement la peine. Dommage que cette visite ne se trouve même pas dans vos offres

Top Ausfligsziel, aber: Der Guide war gefühlt nur mit dabei. Bei solch einem Preis das Ganze als geführte Tour zu verkaufen ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Es gehört dazu, in Pamukkale bzw. rund um Hierapolis zur Geschichte etwas zu erzählen und nicht einfach nur dazusitzen und die Reisenden allein erkunden zu lassen.

Der Ausflug mit TUI war landschaftlich schön, aber organisatorisch verbesserungswürdig. Viel Zeit ging durch das Einsammeln von Gästen aus verschiedenen Hotels (ca. 40 Min) und zwei halbstündige Pausen verloren. So blieb nur begrenzt Zeit für die eigentlichen Programmpunkte. Für den Preis hätte ich mir eine effizientere Planung gewünscht.

bel émerveillement de Pumakkalé dans un environnement très joli et apaisant. Bémol, la durée du voyage est de 4h30 alors que la responsable animation nous disait 3h. L'hôtel SPA était très agréable avec les bains d'eau chaude ferrugineuse. Le point négatif est que le personnel du restaurant avait tendance à nous presser pour que l'on parte.

Pamukalle ist wirklich ein Muss ,sehr interessant und sehenswert. Die Fahrt dorthin von Özdere war sehr lang. Auf Grund eines Besuchs im Bazar blieb nach dem Mittagessen nur wenig Zeit zum Schwimmen und Schlammbaden. Das Schlammbaden war so heiß, daß ich nicht dort baden konnte. Die kurzen Pausen natürlich in kleinen Geschäften mit überteuerten Preisen, aber ja das ist überall so. Im großen und ganzen schöner Ausflug.

The timings were not long enough at the site. There wasn’t enough time to enjoy Pamukkale and explore the Heiropolis site. I would have preferred more time at the site to explore the historical ruins and less at the spa hotel which felt like filler rather than the attraction.

Szkoda ze przewodnik nie chodzil z uczestnikami wycieczki na miejscu i nie opowiadal tylko dal czas wolny i samemu sie zwiedzalo tj. Muzeum, teatr itp. Niestety Pamukale juz wedlug mnie nie jest zadna atrakacja turystyczna. Poza tym wszystko ok.

- le Guide qui donne 15min "d explications" sur site pour ensuite dire, je suis au bar, je vous attends ici rdv au bus a 11h30 - Même pas reçu une bouteille d'eau sous 44degrés - Petit Dej dans un endroit pas propre et presque pas de choix - le lunch, pas terrible du tout. - Pas reçu le bonnet piscine alors que les autres ont reçu le bonnet Tui gratuitement. Heureusement, le chauffeur et le groupe de touristes super sympa. Les lieux sont beaux certes mais le reste .... complètement déçu

Pünktlich abgeholt worden, gemütlicher klimatisierter Bus, wo wir noch gut schlafen konnten, Pausen, super netter Reiseführer. Wir hatten tatsächlich 40°, was ziemlich beschwerlich war - aber die Ziele sind spannend , vor allem mein Hauptziel - Pamukkale ?? Beeindruckend! Dann noch Ruinen auf eigene Faust anschauen. Weiter ging es zu einem Spezialitäten Geschäft mit besonders leckeren Produkten und anschließend zum Mittagessen, in einem Thermalbad Hotel mit heißen Quellen zum Schwimmen. ????

Das wir eine lange Fahrt vor uns haben wussten wir. Als wir in Pamukele ankamen waren es gefühlte 36° beim Rundgang waren es bereits 1,5 Stunden später 41° .Bei dieser Temperatur ist es fast unmöglich Mitreisende zum Schluss noch dort hinüber bis zum Ausgang laufen zu lassen. Einen unangemeldeten Besuch in einer Verkaufsveranstaltung wurde uns im Bus erst mitgeteilt was somit das Restprogramm um fast eine Stunde verkürzte. Somit hatten wir im Termalbad nur 45min nach dem Mittages. zur Verfügung

The guide was very knowledgeable, it's a shame he barely shared any knowledge with the group. Only two hours to spend in Pamukkale, the museum and the archaeological site, barely got any time to visit Hierappolis (no guided tour either), however we were given 3hrs to have lunch and swim in a hotel pool. I did not pay nearly €300 to swim in a mediocre pool, we wanted a cultural experience that we did not have, which is a shame because Pamukkale and Hierappolis were amazing.

Bardzo polecam ta wycieczke. Organizacja biura podrózy jest swietna, przewodnik bardzo ciekawie opowiadal, potrafil sie posmiac. Podpowiedzi, które dawal zdecydowanie pomogly nam w efektywnym zwiedzaniu. Widoki sa nieziemskie, niektórzy narzekaja na to ze wody jest juz mniej i jest slisko i nieprzyjemnie bo trzeba wchodzic do basenów na boso. Cóz kazdy wiedzial na co sie pisze :) my bardzo polecamy.

Es war eine schöne, kleine Reisegruppe, wodurch persönlicher Kontakt zustande kam. Die Erklärungen der Reiseleitung waren allumfassende und interessant. Die Zeit an den Sehenswürdigkeiten war ausreichend und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Mittagessen war gut, aber für die nachfolgenden Gruppen nicht ausreichend. Leider konnten wir das Schlammbad nicht nutzen, weil es zu heiß (58°C war. Fahrzeiten (2 h)wurden mit Pausen unterbrochen, was für kurze Bewegungspausen sorgte. Ein sehr schöner Ausflug. Spitze

We payed for English language excursion but without any notice got Polish one. The guide offered arogantly to go home or join. So we joined....Iwe didnt understand much... We didnt feel comfortably because of the atmosphere the guide started the communication with us from the Very beginning - like not very welcommed.

Der Tagesausflug nach Pamukalle und Hierapolis war sehr beeindruckend und sehr gut. Das einzigste, wo man sich eine Verbesserung wünschte, ist der Guide. Bei der gesamten Reise, hat er höchstens 3-5 Minuten über die Geschichte erzählt. Obwohl über diese Sehenswürdigkeiten konnte man viel mehr erzählen.

Der Guide der hervorragend Holländisch sprach, hatte doch so seine Aussetzer in der Deutschen Sprache. In einem Laden versuchte ich ihn etwas auf Englisch zu fragen, aber da konnte er und der Ladenbesitzer leider nicht weiterhelfen, da sie nicht verstanden, was ich wollte.

Es war schade das der Reiseführer alles in mehrere Sprachen sagen musste. So ging Zeit verloren. Auf dem Weg zum Wellness Hotel noch einen Shopping stop gemacht, weil das bei den Französischen Gäste mit ins Programm hörte. Das fand ich nicht gut!!! Dadurch weniger Zeit für Termalbad!! Das Essen war auch schlecht. Pamukkale war sehr schön und muss Mann gesehen haben.

Sehr guter Reiseleiter, sichere Busfahrt. Pammukale ist ein tolles Erlebnis, auch die Thermalquelle, die wir danach besucht haben. Allerdings ist das -angebliche 5- Sterne- Hotel etwas runtergekommen, viel zu kleine Umkleiden, und das Mittagessen entsprach nicht unseren gewohnten Ansprüchen.

Mooie,leerrijke en ontspannende uitstap. Maar... Geen Nederlandstalige gids,alhoewel dat beloofd was. Dat omvat toch ook een deel van het te betalen bedrag. Niet voor de organisator, maar toch zeer belangrijk voor ons.

Ik vind het nog altijd spijtig dat dit is geannuleerd zonder dat mijn iets heeft laten weten. Het beetje respect naar een mens toe was ver te zoek bij deze "Hostess". Een collega haar probleem laten oplossen en dan zelfs nog geen sorry krijgen van haar. Schandalig.

Wszystko bylo super poza jednym aspektem - wyjazd z hotelu byl o 6:35 i nie dostalismy zadnego sniadania ani tez sniadania na wynos, poniewaz w hotelu nie przktykuje sie breakfest boxów a sniadania sa wydawane od 7;00. Natomiast sama wycieczka cudowna, a sam przewodni Ali fantastyczny.

Najbardziej podobala mi sie praca przewodnika, który nazywal sie Ali. Bardzo dobrze mówil po polsku. Dodatkowo przekazal ciekawe informacje na temat Turcji. Super poczucie humoru.

Unser Reiseleiter sprach sehr gut deutsch, war sehr freundlich. Er hat alle Fragen kompetent beantwortet und viele interessante Informationen gegeben. Vom Mittagessen im 5*Hotel waren wir allerdings sehr enttäuscht.

Der Bus Transfer hat sehr gut geklappt die Pausen waren in Ordnung. Pamukkale ist sehr sehenswert auch wenn der 2,5 Std Aufenthalt natürlich nicht ausreichend ist um alles in Ruhe anzuschauen da dass Gelände sehr weitlistAber dass war mir von vornherein bewußt, aber man bekommt ein sehr guten Eindruck. Was ABER sehr negativ aufgefallen ist ist das Mittagessen in einem "5Sterne" Hotel Das war nix essen wie im Imbiss und dazu lauwarm Das Personal unhöflich Während dem Essen schnell Kasieren
