Si prega di entrare dalla porta del Mirador con i biglietti per la Cattedrale di Palma.
I tour in autobus sono attivi tutti i giorni dalle 10:00 alle 18:00 e un giro completo dura 90 minuti. Gli autobus passano ogni 25 minuti
Il tour in barca è disponibile solo da aprile a ottobre con i biglietti Supreme e Ultimate. Funziona ogni ora dalle 10:30 alle 16:30.

Dovrete salire a bordo dell'autobus alla prima fermata, Antoni Maura, dove cambierete il vostro bigliettoTUI con il biglietto ufficiale del City Sightseeing Bus.
Dal 13 aprile alle 14:00 fino a nuovo avviso, a causa della Fiera Nautica, il battello turistico non si fermerà all'Escalera Real. Opererà esclusivamente dalla fermata dell'Auditorium fino al 7-8 maggio circa.

Das pueblo espaniol hatte nicht geöffnet, wurde uns von der TUI Reiseleiterin nicht gesagt Guter Service mit den Kopfhörern in verständlicher Sprache, guter Service bei der Hilfe von behinderten Personen, gute Busse

Bellver war geschlossen montags Bus fuhr nur alle 45 Minuten anstatt alle 20 minuten E Eintritt Kathedrale nicht im Preis enthalten, obwohl es auf dem Ticket angekreuzt war

Leider konnten wir die Tour nicht antreten, da die Busse streikten. Nach Rücksprache mit einer TUI Mitarbeiterin wollte sie sich um eine Stornierung bemühen und sich dann bei uns melden, was sie leider nicht getan hat. Ich hätte mir eine verlässliche Rückmeldung gewünscht und bin enttäuscht, dass diese nicht erfolgt ist.

Zou ook in het Nederlands moeten, en slechte uitleg dat je je tickets gekocht voor de Burcht nog moet omwisselen voor een toegangsticket!

Sehr interessante Tour. Im Preis ist Besichtigung von Poble Espanyol ODER Belllver Castle erhalten. Wir haben uns für Poble Espanyol entschieden ( Kostenfaktor 0€ sonst 10€/Person) für Belllver Castle haben wir 4€/Person bezahlt. Beides empfehlenswert ??. Die Kopfhörer für Guide beim Busfahrer bitte einfordern

De hop-on hop-off tour zit frequent vol met cruise-passagiers, waardoor er lange wachtrijën zijn bij opstappunten, en je moet wachten op een volgende bus om erop te kunnen. Wij waren met 3 personen en we zijn gewoon de hele tour blijven zitten, omdat we geen zin hadden om na het uitstappen weer zolang te wachten. De tour geeft een goed overzicht van de stad, maar de stopplaatsen zijn niet zo interessant. We hebben veel meer gehad aan de stadswandeling die we achteraf zelf door Palma maakten.

Bei der Ankunft in Palma sind wir uns zuerst etwas verloren vorgekommen: Der Stand von Ticket City Sightseeing war nicht sofort erkennbar, aber dann von der nächsten Kreuzung aus. Und für die Bootsabfahrt wurde uns auch nur die grobe Himmelsrichtung gewiesen. Aber wir haben alle Zwischenziele erreicht und genossen, der Ausflug war wirklich schön! Vielleicht könnten die Voucher noch mit einem QR-Code versehen werden, dann muss man nicht die Lupefunktion seines Handys nutzen ;-)

Wir haben bei unserem Tui Ansprechpartner im Hotel das Tagesticket gekauft. Direkt bei den Bussen hat es kurz gedauert, das Ticket zu buchen. Es wäre einfacher für die City Sightseeing wenn auf dem Beleg von Tui oder in der Email ein QR Code stehen würde. So würde man schneller starten können und die Mitarbeiter könnten dies schneller bearbeiten.

Um sich einen ersten Eindruck zu verschaffen, ostbdie Tour sehr sinnvoll. Wenn man die Gelegenheit hat, sollte man das Pueblo espanol unbedingt anschauen, selbst wenn es 10 eu mehr kostet. Lohnenswert!!!

After walking from stop 4 to stop 1 to start the tour, stop 1 was shut for a run. Eventually got on the bus but I don’t feel there was much to see to be honest. We then got off for half hour to eat and got back on to go boat tour only to get there and then say last boat left half hour ago , no one had told us times of boat tour etc

Leider war im Bus nur eine Kopfhörerbuchse aktiv, so dass wir uns ein Ohrstöpselpaar teilen mussten, wobei der Knopf dann bei jeder Bewegung rausrutschte. Das war nervig. Die Tour war ok und interessant. Leider beim check in kein deutschsprachiger MA. Sonst ok.

We felt that information was lacking. We did not fully understand that we had to get to Palma to the pick up point luckily we paid for a taxi. The tickets lacked a QR code so scan and staff at bus company were not happy with our info. We eventually got tickets only to get rid of ius.. staff talked in Spanish shrugging shoulders. Tickets in cathedral were not clear and they questioned validity We paid our selves to enter.

I was very dissapointed I didn,t know where to get my tickets or where the boat trip was we started at the cathedral, then went down to the marina and finally found the boat, I only had the voucher on my phone to show but thankfully they both accepted it. we just had time for the sightseeing bus and they printed off all our tickets including a free drink and free ice creams which we didn,t get it was a disaster ! If only we had a rep or someone had replied to my text It would have been great.

We had the supreme ticket which was really good value. We used this to visit the cathedral, the full bus tour and the boat tour of the bay. We also had the free drink and even had tapas there, which we paid for. The food was delicious and plentiful, so glad we stayed. My only comment is that it didn’t say you had to go to the bus stop by the cathedral first. We did but only because we wanted to go to the cathedral before the bus. Luckily we did so they could print off their own tickets for us
