The actual Bob Marley tour was brilliant transport hazzardous going off the beaten track holding on going and coming back. We did not like the holding pen at the beginning where we got ushered in to show the ins and outs of cannabis etc. Lunch awful never experienced before on a tui tour. Value for money most definitely not and talking to others on the bus felt the same also sorry tui but this is not your usual standard

I enjoyed seeing the whole Bob Marley thing, but I hated being driven from the hotel to a shop to be pressured into buying goods and then rushed to the experience I had paid. We got that it all felt rushed we were on and out and instructed to not mess about and be back on the bus. We were only at the Bob Marley property for about 40mins. Then rushed to lunch and then back to the resort. I wish I had known that we would be visiting the shop before hand to ensure we had enough money with us..

Overall I enjoyed the tour though it's expensive for what you get. Very bumpy road. I'm shocked that a TUI tour would force people into a shack over the road from the BM museum to have cannabis forced onto them by the local rastas. Just forcefully say "No man" when offered. The BM tour itself was OK, not much info on the legend and a lot of requests for tips. A guy called "Captain Crazy" did our tour. He's a fun local rasta guy but some may take offence at what he says so keep an open mind.

Rui Ochio Rios food was not great. I expected better. Steam room did not work properly. Inside swimming pool was closed TUI trips quite expensive and not frequent. Junior suite sofa bed smelt very musty/urine. Toilet waste blocked twice. Excellent entertainment and water sports centre.

The trip was cancelled by TUI the evening before the trip due to lack of people booking!!! Then you’ve the hassle of getting a refund because TUI Jamaica and TUI customer service don’t seem to talk to each other!!!

Captain crazy (think he was called) was the BEST tour guide ever… he was sooo funny very knowledgeable and listened and answered the questions he was asked, took time for people with mobility issues… he was just the BEST…. The tour was amazing and very moving going to see bibs resting place (RIP)

Het was een lange rit waarbij we veel winkels in werden gepushed. Aangekomen bij bob marleys huis was dit een tour van 30 min waarna wij weer 2 uur terug moesten. Er word heel mooi geadverteerd net deze excursie als een niet te missen activiteit. Maar is het geld absoluut niet waard

Eerst naar een souvenirs shop op 10 min van het hotel , is een beetje onzin, omdat je in Nine Miles ook genoeg winkeltjes door moet lopen voordat je uiteindelijk bij het mausoleum bent. Geweldige gids daar,Captain Crazy! Op de terugweg op 5 min van het hotel gegeten, dan hadden we beter daar afgezet kunnen worden. Verder leuke trip en must see voor Jamaica, Bob Marley

The tour was good overall. Didn't like been taken to a shop and being pressured to buy stuff. Not having meal at reggae land after the tour was disappointing. We drove most of the way back and had an underwhelming dry and burnt veggie burger.

Excellent and informative excursion. The driver was a real professional and his assistant was really caring towards the customers. Thoroughly enjoyed the tour, being a huge Bob Marley fan. Maybe should be less expensive, it then again, it’s in line with everything in Jamaica- expensive!

This tour was not a half day tour. After numerous needless stops at shops and drug dens we finally got into the famous blue gates. After being encouraged to tip anyone and everyone or buy spliffs or candles, we finally got to look around Bob Marleys house of Birth and resting place. I loved this part of the tour as a huge fan. At the end of the tour the guide stood in front of the closed gates and pointed to a tip the guide sign. Great trip tarnished by endless money making and drugs

Nine Mile trip to Bob Marley Estate was good. The lunch stop was totally unnecessary. By the time we stopped for food it was past 2pm and most if not all the guests just wanted to be returned to their respective hotels. Added to the fact that we had to wait for the food to be served which was delivered in a very haphazard fashion. It should have been ready as soon as we arrived at the restaurant it only needed the guide to call ahead with an eta Visit to Marley estate very good indeed

The overall experience was amazing. The staff and guide at nine mile were fantastic. The reason for the bad review was Bryan The bus driver. He drove like a race driver on the way up and down to the nine mile experience on very narrow windey and bumpy road. I was at times scared for my life. Tui should ensure the safety of there guests but not at all. Everyone who was on our trip also stated they were not happy with Bryan's dring. An absolute nightmare would not recommend

Driver was 30 mins 2 hour excursion took over 3 hours tour guide spoke for 20mins then slept rest of the way there and the whole journey back she mentioned tippy her and the driver when ppl didn't she was vocal about it I paid alot of money for this trip although 9mile once we arrived was amazing longer would of been better

The Resort is beautiful, the Staff are the friendliest we have ever met! Our room was lovely, clean and the bed huge and comfy. The negatives which were few, were, not enough sockets in the room, TV didn't work at all, and the lifts were constantly out of action. Apart from that we love the hotel and resort, and the package we booked through Tui.

Everything on the Bob Marley tour was fine the lunch was rubbish, it was rice n peas and a bit of chicken even with the sauce it was stone cold and dry. Very disappointed with lunch we never got to eat until 14.30 and it was **********, lol.

Guide und Fahrer waren sehr professionell und freundlich. Der Bus ebenfalls komfortabel. Pünktliche Abfahrt. Die Fahrt war landschaftlich sehr schön und auf guten Straßen. Was jedoch nicht schön war und für mich ein Grund die Tour nicht weiter zu empfehlen die vielen aufdringlichen Mitarbeiter Vorort die mit allem Geld machen wollen bis man zum eigentlichen Museum kommt weshalb man da ist, sowie das Mittagessen was keine 5 Euro wert war und kein Wasser nur ein nicht schmeckender Fruit Punch!

The bus driver, George & his assistant Nicole who took us to the 9 mile tour were extremely informative the area and all about Jamaica as a whole. Explaining things on route. The only negative I could say is that nothing was explained about what would happen once we arrived at the venue. When we arrived at the 9 mile tour we were taken directly to a hut outside where they were selling "stuff"!!! This wasn't an issue but it would have been nice to be aware of this.

I very nearly cancelled this trip because of all the negativity I read about it, mainly to do with the drive up the mountains but I can honestly say, it was a highlight of my trip to Jamaica! Yes, the road is bumpy! But you experience the REAL Jamaica. The trip itself is excellent! Chantelle told us so much about Jamaican culture. Once at the tour, it’s a small place but the respect to Bob Marley is amazing. His final resting place is so beautiful. Don’t read the bad stuff - book it!!!

Picked up at 8am and not any food until gone 2.30 pm. We ate at 7 so we would be on time for the pick up at 7.45 which was late. This is a long time not to eat. Along the tour it was all about selling you things which felt a bit constant

Pick was prompt. Nikeesha (aka Mama) & driver were very informative & friendly. Plenty of information about the country & culture en route. Souvenir stop off...large choice with 50% off plus tax. On arrival you are offered ganja etc but not overly forced. Drinks can be bought at the bar before Bob Marley's cousin begins the very informative tour. A reggae band played music, the audience joined in & it was great fun. The guy was so funny & knowledgeable. Would highly recommend Food was fine. (V)

Our guide Casey and driver George provided a great commentary on the journey to and from Nine Mile - they are an excellent double-act. We learnt a lot on the trip about Jamaican life and culture. At Nine Mile itself, we got a tour from a very engaging and amusing guide (sorry, don't remember his name). We visited the Marley houses, the mausoleum and the church and it was very interesting and moving. Only negative - Lunch was underwhelming and nowhere near Nine Mile.

Pick up was on time. Driver and tour guide was very good lots of knowledge of Jamaica. Tour of 9mile was fantastic felt so safe no worries at all. Tour guide inside 9mile was very funny and friendly, no pressure in buying anything while there it was completely each person choice. Food was in with the price which was very good. Would definitely recommend this trip to anyone who is looking at this trip.

This trip was fabulous however the only thing that let it down was we couldn’t hear the guide when she was talking about the history on the journey. She was sat at the front of the bus and we were at the back, she didn’t have a mic and with the noise of the bus it was difficult to hear anything she was saying. Perhaps a guide sheet might be helpful or a mic would be much better. Other than that the tour itself was amazing. “Rambo” our guide at 9 Mile was fabulous and extremely well informed.

Could not recommend at all. Driver was great, tui guide was obnoxious at first however coming to the end of the trip when tips were due she was so friendly! Lunch was okay but service slow. Pushed into shack on arrival to be sold weed this should be optional to smokers . 9 mile was rushed the group was too big being 32ppl. Guide was rude and aggressive when a couple walked off. Underwhelming not much to see. Was nice to be at bobs final resting place but the tour was expensive for what it is.

The guide was not happy with the tip , after the drop off and kissed her teeth to express her dissatisfaction , which was rude. I assume you would remain professional whatever money people give to you. She was also a little pushy in obtaining money for some goods although saying she would stop off at an ATM. Too much pressure to buy things , which I understand. Other than that an enjoyable experience George the driver was very knowledgeable and entertaining

Amazing our guide Kevin very funny and knowledgeable the 9 mile guide was fantastic couldn't of ask for a better person he explained everything perfectly, but at the same time was hilarious the only thing that wasn't to our liking was the meal on way home, thought our hotel jerk chicken was better would highly recommend this tour would give it 20 out of 10 if could that's how fantastic it was.

The overall trip was enjoyable. The guide on the tour bus was rude at times. I think it was overpriced and the lunch stop was basically end of your tour virtually at the hotels headed in the opposite direction to pull up at a roadside outside diner to be served with a plate or rice and a bbq pork with a drink of some sort of weak juice. Expensive.

Nine Mile tour & Captain Crazy was fabulous - we really enjoyed that part of the experience. However Marcia the tour guide was condescending, rude & not at all interested in customer satisfaction. The tour was meant to be a 7:45 pick up and a half day tour. We got to Nine Mile at 12, left at 2pm and finally ate at 3pm then back to our hotel at 5:30pm exhausted. At the rest stop I asked why we were so late & when we’d be eating etc. Marcia was very rude in her response. I have made a complaint

Found at the 9mile,all the locals were interested in was our money,felt hassled all the time. 8 hour trip (4hours of that was on the coach).the 1st stop,again wanted our money Would not recommend this trip..I fill TUI should do something about this I,m now 40-50$ out of pccket, I did not account for

Our tour guides were great, safe driving through the hills and very informative. Captain crazy is exactly that! He's so funny, he made the tour hilarious ?? he was also full of facts. We enjoyed this trip very much and highly recommend it.

Was offered as a half day tour, left at 8am arrived back at 5.30! 1 hour for the tour the rest of your was unnecessary stops at shops to buy gifts all the same in each shop! Tour itself was okey good guide but very rushed, lunch which was at 3.30 was okey but cold! Overall not worth the money in our opinion

Loved the tour. Felt pressured to leave tips. Lunch was OK. Wasn't much, 6 pieces of jerk pork with rice and beans. 2 pieces were fat and another was bone. Dontvthjnk it wS worth the money paid

Hier enjel het bezoek aan 9 miles, Bob Marley. We hadden een fantastische gids aan bus, ze was grappig, co tinu een smile op haar gezicht. Bij iedere stop aan een hotel zei ze nogmaals van jullie zijn op een 'smoking tour'. Buiten kunnen jullie enkel met cash betalen, binnen met de kaart. Buj aankomst worden we eerst meegenomen naar een hutje waar er kan space cake, ganja snoepjes en ganja zelf kan gekocht worden, maar enkel met cash dus. Binnen dan een bar, shop en dan eindelijk de Bob M.
