We were expecting to go into the centre of Montego bay shopping, however we were taken through the town and to small little huts which were selling the same things. We actually went for a stroll along the seafront. We visited the Usain Bolt statue where the driver left us for 20 mins while he went to collect something, there were 8 of us on this trip and we all had the same opinion that it wasn't what we expected.

Words fail me. We were taken into a craft market which only sold beads, fridge magnets, posters and carvings. Essentially we visited ten shops selling the same thing. This was advertised as a trip where we could see the daily aspects of MONTEGO BAY and then do a variety of shopping. Reality was we were taxied to gift shops.

A waste of 3/4 hours of my holiday. An experience I do not want to endure again. Some people on the trip about half asked to go back to the hotel halfway through, I wish I had joined them.

Trip got cancelled & we were not informed, thankfully TUI rep was in hotel and he made a call to find out where our transport was only to be told it was cancelled as we were the only ones booked on it. I had no problem with trip being cancelled but should have been informed as we wasted a morning as we expected collection at 11.25

I'm used to walking round different shops we went to two shops chosen by guide the best place was the craft village met beautiful jamaican ladies i would have liked to mingle with the jamaican people in montego bay maybe drop off and a pick up service would be better

The guide was excellent, he was a fantastic guide, explained everything clearly and gave us a very informative tour. I didn’t like going to all the gift shops, it was unnecessary. I liked the first shopping centre (usain bolt) I didn’t like the down town stop as the women were very forceful in sales and they all sold the same thing. I would have preferred air the shopping experience included an actual retail shopping experience as that is what I had expected it to include hip strip.

Loved the atmosphere and the time each person took to talk and check in on our well-being. Constantly clean environment. The hotel was well spaced out - lots of room for personal space. activities each night. Transfers organised well and the daily support from Tui representatives was great. The service was second to non. Could not fault the service provided. Staff has clear defined uniforms. Excellent. The general food provided was great, but the real Jamaican authenticity was not provided.

Waited 35mins wasnt picked up not informec trip cancelled so we wasted a whole day of our holiday. Im not happy rep wouldnt refund me told me to come back tomorrow. Wasnt interested. At all um not happy

The tour Guide was lovely and really made the trip. But The experience as a whole was sold, to what we experienced. The market, was unsafe and not ideal for children. The gift shop they just pounced on you, making you take baskets. Made rude comments to a gentleman on the tour regarding England.

The trip was canceled message didn’t get to us before we waited for coach fir half hour, then spoke to reps regarding refund said they would issue was no help at all not interested I have been fir help three times and told to go on app which is not working either asked about other trips not much info given

Our driver took us to a Mall to start. We then went onto to a small market. We were very pressurised to buy something at each stall/shop. The vendors made it very difficult to leave each small shop without buying something. We ended up buying tat that we did not need just to escape. Would not recommend.

By making sure the correct information is available to your reps after asking 3 times and them ringing the main office to confirm everything would be open the office told them yes we got there and it was all closed we were disgusted with the trip and would not recommend this at all

Mid-sold. We wanted to go into Montego Bay but public bus or walk however was told there is no public bus and needed this trip. However it did not stop in Montego Bay to allow us to walk around and get a feel for the place or stop in the park. Instead it took us to 3 different enclosed shopping locations designed only to make us spend money. The small shopping place had very over powering units store holders. Would not recommend

It wasn’t what was described in the write up it said free time to shop at the hip strip this never happened we were taken to a small shopping mall and a couple of private shops but didn’t stop for free time on the hip strip at all

Our trip was cancelled we didn't find out until I asked if it was running late. So we paid a extra $40 To get taxi to take us to the hipstrip. We got an hour to look around to be honest that's all it needs

The title of the trip was a little misleading leaving us to think it was a day at the shops, however it was a great trip with an opportunity to see some of Montego Bay and the local area and culture with a visit to a shop and the local market although a very quick whistle stop. The guide was excellent and really made the trip great for the whole group.

Our tour guide and driver were wonderful, they made us feel really safe and were very informative. Taught us some facts about Jamaica and some great stories. The shopping stops were a bit repetitive. But overall, would recommend this excursion.

We had a amazing driver called Carlton, he was friendly and told us some Jamaican facts in the way too. He took us to a shopping mall in rose Hall, craft Market and another shop. It was worth the money and he was lovely.

The trip was very informative and the friendly guide pointed out key things around Montego Bay and gave us some historic background. The shopping consisted of three pre-arranged stops, which all sold the same things really but sold in different ways with extreme pressure put on us by the vendors. All in all though, good value and we are glad we went to see parts of Montego Bay that we wouldn't have seen otherwise on our own.

We werden naar een aantal shopping plekken gebracht, echter duidelijk te merken dat het om commissie plekken van de gidsen ging. Op zich niets mis mee maar het was niet mogelijk om even bij de apotheek van Whitter village te stoppen terwijl we daar 3 keer zijn langs gekomen

The driver and guide where brilliant, the shopping was good would of been better if could access all the shops not just one in Montego Bay. Hate the flea markets was hoping that wasn’t part of the trip as always so stressful getting harrass ex by stall owners

Enjoyed the guided tour, but the shops were just for tourists and seemed commission based for the tourist guides. Passed a large shopping area with big outlets which we would’ve preferred to shop in rather than the duty free mall. Guide was very informative and amusing, the driver much improved from the trip before!

Slight mix up on pick up time from hotel lobby as driver was given a time 1hr later than ourselves. Our tour guide was very entertaining and gave us an insight into local history. We were offered the opportunity to stop of at pharmacy and local supermarket before visiting the shopping centre and finally the local street market before returning to our hotel. We would recommend the tour as great value for money.
