Der Bus ist 45 Minuten nach dem Termin noch nicht da gewesen. Nach einem Telefonat und weiteren 10 Minuten kam der Bus mit einem genervten Busfahrer. Keine Ansage, welcher Bus uns wieder heim fährt und extrem lange Fahrzeit, wegen vielen Stationen. Im Verhältnis zum öffentlichen Bus war der Preis viel zu teuer.

5 hours is too long to walk around Kos town, unless you are planning on staying in a bar all night. There was confusion with the pickup back to the hotel as the buses had changed numbers and the second driver was waiting for people who hadn't turned up in the first place, so we left late. The booking mentioned pop guide, but wasn't given any other info.

De busrit naar Kos stad ging heel gemoedelijk en binnen 30 min in Kos stad. Er werd gezegd dat er allemaal kraampjes waren, feest op het plein etc etc etc nou niks van waar. Was een koopavond wat elke dag is. Zonde van het geld! De terugreis naar het hotel was drama en ruim 1.5 uur over gedaan!! In een bus dat geen bus mag heten! Vies en mega krap Als je twijfels om deze te boeken….NIET DOEN, zonde van je geld Neem een taxi!

Experience complete shambles our name was not on the buses we had to get a taxi and pay for it ! But told at the tui meeting not many taxis on the island ? So we’re worried to get a taxi back we qued for 45 mins and shared a minibus with 6 other people not a good experience All the rep said sorry for the confusion but the confusion was not our mistake ! Tui refunded taxi money but could take 14 days !!! Shambles !!!

Für den Preis wären wir besser mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr gefahren und hätten dann noch ein 4-Gängemenue uns leisten können. Würden wir nicht zufälligerweise noch eine Fremdsprache sprechen wäre die Rückfahrt wahrscheinlich im Fiasko geendet. Wir waren aber in der Lage uns und andere Teilnehmer, u.a. Familien mit Kindern vor diesem Schicksal zu bewahren. Aus meiner Sicht war speziell dieses Angebot Abzocke.

Got msg to say time had changed by 1hr. Waited on main road as advised till 6.30pm as we headed back to hotel, coach passed us, stopped at hotel entrance an picked up 2 people then drove off before we could get to coach! Not impressed at all totally ruined the evening! Obviously didn't get to see Kos Town and want an immediate refund!

Anfahrt war gut. Die Stadt und der Sonnenuntergang war ein Erlebnis.Die Rückfahrt war schlecht , doppelte Zeit , spätere Abfahrt da nicht alle pünktlich, für uns schlechte Route, bei Halt mussten Reisende auf die Toilette . Ich bin der Meinung der Bus war zu gross . Faher auch die vielen Vorkommnisse.

Der einzige der wirklich höflich war und einem zugehört hat und auch Geduld und Zeit hatte und immer zu Verfügung war der Mitarbeiter,, Jonas ,, der die Reisen gut vorgeschlagen hat und erklärt hat . Der Rest von den TUI was soll ich sagen .

Der öffentliche Bus kostet 2,50 und fährt hinter dem Hotel ab. Wer das nicht weiß, bucht diese Angebot und bekommt die selbe Leistung nur eben in ein Vielfaches günstiger. Das ist abzocke.

Bewertung Der Bustransfer war leider sehr enttäuschend. Der Busfahrer ist teilweise katastrophal und viel zu schnell gefahren, wodurch wir uns überhaupt nicht sicher gefühlt haben. Zudem war die Absprache mit dem Busfahrer sehr schlecht. Uns wurde ausdrücklich gesagt, dass es sich um einen direkten Transfer handelt – stattdessen haben wir gefühlt ganz Kardamena bereist und zahlreiche Umwege gemacht. Insgesamt sehr schlecht organisiert und absolut nicht das, was uns versprochen wurde.

Es war ja keine reine Busfahrt, wie schon mal bemängelt, sondern für uns von der Südküste gen Norden, an der gesamten Nordküste entlang, durch alle Orte bis Kos-City, eine 1 1/2 stündige Sightseeing-Tour. Allerdings kein Guide sondern tatsächlich nur der Busfahrer. Hat aber alles gut geklappt.

Der Transfer war sehr pünktlich bei der Hin- und Rückfahrt. Die ca. 4 Stunden in Cos City reicht vollkommen aus für ein Bummeln durch die Altstadt. Wir haben geshoppt , mit dem Stadtbimmelbus gefahren und hatten sogarzeit etwas zuessen. Wir haben das NachtLEBEN von den Einheimischen ein wenig mitbekommen, kennt man nicht so! Danke

Bus kam sehr pünktlich. Abends ist es auch nicht mehr so heiß und mit den Lichtern sieht es sehr schön aus. Die Zeit reicht völlig aus! Nur zu empfehlen.

Leider hatten wir auf Grund von vielen Stopps dann nur vier Stunden Zeit in der Stadt. Das entspricht für mich nicht einen halben Tagesausflug. Der Besuch in Kos Stadt hat sich aber gelohnt und der Fahrer war pünktlich.

Fanns ingen guide eller personal, ganska ********** annars. Stan var jättevacker, men eran sida av det hela var inget vidare. Vi blev upplockade först av alla hotell och släppt sist. Bussföraren körde alldeles för snabbt och som en **********. Satt o svor bakom ratten. Bussresan efter vi blev uppplockade var extremt långt för vi åkte runt halva ön hotell till hotell för att plocka upp typ ett par på varje…

After attending the Kos by day tour, We ended up not going on this tour. This was due to the fact that we ended up being on the bus for nearly the same amount of time as we were in Kos. We didn’t want to do that all again for the night. We stayed in Akti Palace. We were picked up first. Took 1 hour 45 to get to Kos due to picking up at other resorts. On the way back, they dropped us off last. Was in cos for about 4 hours.

We hebben de reis geboekt met advies van de reisleiding. De reis zou een uur duren en dit is in de praktijk het dubbele (geen file o.i.d.) waardoor de tijd in Kos wel erg kort werd en we ook erg laat thuis zijn gekomen. Met kleine kinderen niet leuk.

The transport coach was clean and comfortable. The coach driver was calm which made you at ease whilst travelling. Kos town has all the attractions needed for an evening visit, shops, bars and restaurants. The harbour with its luxury yachts is an enjoyable stroll. Staff in the bars and restaurants are friendly and not to pushy. The food was plentiful and varied. Overall and enjoyable evening.

Told by tui staff in hotel it was 4pm start arriving 5pm. it was actually4.10pm, bus left at 4.18pm arrived 5.40pm, giving only 4hrs 20min in kos town not 5hrs as informed.

The bus driver was a little gruff. Price of bus journey 18euro lot higher than the ordinary bus 11 euro. Journey on cheaper bus was quicker. The kos by night bus stops and picks up from the port at 10 pm which is a bit scary by night as quite isolated with nasty toilet with no door lock and didn't actually close. Lot of people sleeping on benches. Restaurants all lovely with good food not too pricy. Quite a lot of local youths riding scooters crazily around streets in town pedestrian areas.

The pick up time had changed but this wasnt communicated on the app so the coach went without us. .however Anna the rep sorted us to go 2 days later. But overall it was just a bus into town . No guide or site recommendations!

Trip wurde kurzfristig storniert. Jegliche Infos blieben bis heute aus und um die Rückerstattung müssen wir uns nun aufwändig kümmern. Abgebucht wurde natürlich sofort. Tui selbst ist natürlich nicht zuständig aber unsere Reiseleitung war schon einen Tag später abgereist. Nun müssen wir formulare ausfüllen und einreichen, damit wir das Geld zurück bekommen. Sehr sehr schlechter Service. Nie wieder….
