This early morning hot air balloon ride in Crete features a bird's-eye view to beat all others. You'll float through the sky on a 40-minute-long ride over Lasithi Plateau, spotting windmills, caves and more as the sun rises over the Dikti Mountains. After you've landed, you'll be invited to toast your experience with champagne and a Cretan breakfast in a nearby tavern.

Everything about this was brilliant. The staff were friendly, helpful and informative. The transfer was safe and comfortable. After the balloon flight we were taken for a local breakfast. Incredible experience. Would recommend to anyone!

Unsere Tour wurde einmal verschoben. Hier war die Kommunikation zu Beginn holprig, danach lief es dann. Wir wurden morgens um 6 Uhr im Hotel abgeholt und sind noch 30 min bis zur Hochebene gefahren. Dort wurde der Ballon aufgebaut, es musste nicht mit angepackt werden. Die Fahrt selbst war für das Gefühl des Ballonfahrens ganz schön, waren aber sehr niedrig unterwegs, um die Hochebene nicht zu verlassen. Sehr schade, bei einer Insel aber verständlich- wer will schon auf dem Meer landen?

We were well looked after from the moment we were picked up from our hotel, kept informed about what to expect. Staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Slightly disappointed we didn't see the sun rise, but the view from the balloon made up for it. Breakfast was lovely. Would definitely recommend this excursion .

What a fantastic way to start a morning! A super friendly team, it was a truly fantastic experience. You can help get things ready or not up to you. The ride itself over the plateau was stunning in the morning sun. Topped off by a champagne breakfast in a beautiful village. Cannot recommended it highly enough. Best day of the holiday. The pick up was bang on time and everyone was very friendly. The stop off for a coffee amd toilet break was just right. The whole balloon experience from helpinh blow it up the trip and getting it deflated was fun. I had trouble getting in and out of the balloon but everyone helped me and my husband. The breakfast was really nice too.
